  • Keep or change insurance

    I didn’t know exactly where to go with my contribution. I would like to keep it short and crisp, and not let the text go endlessly.     Hello! I have a vehicle that I currently don’t need to stand in the garage. I don’t want to sell it, but it’s too bad to stand around. I want to lend this vehicle instead to a good friend who would drive it for 1.5 years. But I’m staying with the vehicle at any time, as I may continue driving it myself afterwards. I would, however, conclude a loan agreement with my friend that limits the km to be driven, the period and the wear and tear. . My real question: Can I simply register my friend as a second driver on my insurance and am on the safe side? Or do I have to consider something else, e.g. because he does not live in the same city or he compensates me for the cost of the vehicle (no profit!)? Did someone have similar experiences?   • BF17 not possible at Allianz Direct at the end of the year

    Our daughter has passed the driver’s license for a few days and participates in the accompanied driving BF17. The consultants of the Allianz direct are completely incompetent by telephone and said first that it is not possible to expand the driver circle from 12.12.2020, since the annual fee has already been deducted from 290€ in January. After repeated calls and other consultants we were told that it is somehow possible. Our daughter was registered as a driver. e then also in 2021 rise from 290€ to 518€, which is ok, too. Now we have been charged 160€ retroactively for the year 2020 in addition to the annual contribution of 290€. This was not communicated on the telephone and it is a cheekiness to reclaim the increased annual contribution in full amount 3 weeks before the end of the year, just so that the daughter will drive this year maybe 10 times by car. Is the insurance in the right or can I claim the money back and on proportionally Is there a calculation for 3 weeks?

  • Experience with Direct-Line insurance?

    Substantial disadvantages with direct insurers!!!!!!!!!!! An attractive price-performance-ratio of a direct insurance brought me after now not even 4 years out of the contract which I was inexplicably terminated! Only a hail damage was one year back! One writes, one does not want to continue the contract! therefore one exercises the both-sided right of termination! no details of reasons also not with telephone demand! It is an in-house decision ohn e Access by telephone advisors! there was no delay in payment of the annual insurance contribution,with existing debit authorization! No reminder or any other! Even with telephone demand by me, I got no reason, no thanks for the 4 year old trust.Nothing positive! Now I have to look to find an insurance that still takes me. Because an insured customer, who quits by the insurer wi rd, is only very difficult to take back by another insurer !!!! Over the Internet at all not or hardly possible! Or only in the car.- Liability without UK or partial cascade! Therefore I can only advise in front of any direct insurer, they go best to their personal, familiar representative , so I can only strongly advise everyone. Only that could now assure me again.   • Damage to the vehicle caused by defective drainage channel

    We live in a multi-family house with 7 apartments. Together with the neighboring house (5 apartments) we share an underground car park with a total of 12 parking spaces. The apartments are condominiums, which are partly self-used by the owners or are rented. We are apartment tenants. The WEG is represented by a house administration, there is a liability insurance for the WEG. From the underground car park a ramp leads straight and with even inclination to the At the top of the ramp there is an ACO Drain drainage channel. My wife left the underground garage with her VW Polo a few weeks ago. She drove at normal speed. The insurer then sent his registration form with the request for completion. This sheet was filled out and returned 2 days later. Confirmation of receipt by e-mail came immediately. As a result, no response came for 4 weeks. After a friendly request for the processing status we had the letter in the mail after 2 days with the words ” … a fault of our insured person is not We cannot offer compensation …” and “… but you can report the damage to your car insurance so that it regulates and checks whether it takes regress with us as a liability insurer …”.   • Change of insurance by logging out?

    Unfortunately, I was a little too slow to cancel the insurance for my motorcycle at the end of the year. I have now found out that I have to pay twice as much for the AXA compared to the HUK… That’s really too much for me.     Hello to each other! I am relatively desperate, because with my problem also the dear Internet could not give me any information so far, and the “knowledge” of acquaintances drifted apart. The following facts: On 01.01. this year we changed the car insurance. On 10.01. my treasure departed from the road, cover, car total damage, no other vehicle was involved. The report was created and sent to us, at the same time with the result of the bids from the Repurchase value 1200€ Residual value bid 3888€ Repair costs 21000€ That all this is not going to happen with right things, that car should not have gone into the stock exchange without our ok, and that the insurance is bouncing us is clear to me. That’s why it should not be possible here. My question is: We get the difference replacement value minus residual value, clear. The car is sold to the highest bidder for this 3888€. We have to handle the sale ourselves with the bidder. BUT: Who will get this €3888??? I have heard all the variations: the proceeds will go to the insurance company completely, or it will come to us completely, or – what the insurance company claims – the amount will be divided between us and the insurance company. Does anyone have experience or know-how how this works? I really stand by the hose! Thank you for your answers!

I received the documents by mail from the insurance company at the time and also a few days ago several e-mails to my driven kilometers. So it is impossible that exactly this one e-mail has landed in the SPAM folder. Also on the Porta l of the insurance it is obvious that I have not yet activated this document. So the insurance did NOT inform me by email about the increase of the contribution. Therefore I have a special notice right. Is there already experience here ??

    Hello! I now have an offer of insurance for a new used one. Bavarian Insurance Association INSURANCE CAMMER BAYERN. This costs only about 10 euros per year, and includes towing costs etc. all the usual stop. I guess, however, that the thing has a catch, with the price.
