Hello all, I completed a warranty of 2 years for my car at GGG 1.5 years ago. Now I have in the car an error message of the engine and according to the manufacturer and workshop the solenoid valve in the engine must be replaced. Costs amount to approx. 300 Euro. In my warranty conditions is under §2 insured things: For the engine are inter alia valves, valve spring, valve guide and valve seat insured. It’s a solenoid valve, isn’t it?

Election of the contribution
Hello dear community, the following starting situation: – 27 years old, married – Purchase of the first car is available (SF 1/2) – Peugeot 308 SW, Diesel, Automatic, 150hp – Condition: approx.50-100k km, 2-4 years old, purchase value approx.15.000 € – Would consider me a safe and careful driver Now I ask myself the question, how I best assure the car, especially with which excess. Check24 spits out the following: The comparison of 300 € SB to 1000 € SB results in approx. s from 120-220 €, depending on the fare –> About 3-6 years accident-free for a break-even check24 recommends 300€ SB by default. What do you think? Best regards!

Use default when insurance replacement value pays very late
I Googled quite a lot, but I get only results in terms of loss of use without reference to my question: We had an accident without fault, the report was issued promptly (three days after the accident, on the fifth day it went on, on the sixth day it was before the insurance). Since then another 29 days have passed. In this case we are not able to get in advance (both in retraining with children). The pure replacement period is 12-14 days. M a question is now, if the insurance leaves long time, is there not the right to more use loss?

Wrong classification sfkl
Hello, I changed the insurance in November 2018. I am now with an Internet insurer. With the sfkl a mistake happened, I was in 16/21, which was communicated to the new insurer and confirmed, one month later the new insurer set the premium clearly high and informed that I am now not in 15/21 but in 1/21. Several calls to the hotline were to settle between ignorance and impertinence, first call information I should the old insurance If nothing has happened, second call information my insurance certificate is not relevant, the (wrong?) information from the preinsurer is relevant, one wants to ask again… Third call, I did not object to the increase and thus had bad luck….That’s not true, of course, I objected to the increase and made the payment subject to reservation, and received a corresponding confirmation by e-mail a month ago. I complain in writing, with deadline until today, no response…. I have the insurer’s suspicion that the matter will be settled. I have two options. Let the too much paid part book back or contact the legal protection insurance and turn on a lawyer. Of course, option 1 prefers to make 2 a lot of effort. My question, do I endanger the insurance coverage by option 1? I’m sure that the insurance should pay me. But if you don’t want the car to be shut down, then you’re a lawyer…. If you know the big union in the public service, maybe you can think about which insurer it is, I can only strongly advise against it. Thank you Alex

Accident: Policyholder with both cars equal
Hello, my father accidentally drove me into my car when I parked yesterday. The damage amounts to approx. 5000 euros. The situation in itself would not be bad only so that my father his car is of course insured on him and he is also a holder and my car is also insured on purpose % however I am the holder and registered main user of the vehicle. Now my question.. Can there be problems there in terms of insurance? (The cars are with different Insurance) Greeting Leon

If the HUK Teilkasko insurance pays for this damage
Hello, the windshield of my Chrysler 300M 2004 was obviously hit in at least 2 places. I have filed a complaint for vandalism. I am insured at the HUK (Base Select). Are glass damages insured, no matter why? I assume that it is not different in the insurance conditions, but I want to call there tomorrow morning, feel sure not to say anything wrong, which leads to a categorical exclusion. However, since the start of the contract, the car only drove 150km, could that be a problem?

Maintenance/insurance Golf VI
Hello everyone! I have to order a Golf VI in the next few days. The question that I now still asks, which model is cheaper from the side of the insurance ? The 1.4er with 80 hp or the 1.6er with 102 hp ? (A TSI is not in question from the price ^^) My dad meant I should rather take the 1.4er machine, because of the tax and insurance. I have already driven the 80PSler and must say that it is already good for just 80 hp, enough. (Bin to jet Is there any insurance that you can recommend ? I have to tell myself I will be 21 and was insured with my parents until now, so I have not yet admitted FZG. I would be happy if you could give me a few tips on the topic 1.4 or 1.6. That is (dumb) I want to have delivered my order by Wednesday at the latest and the 1.6 machines are a bit limited at the moment. P.S. what I have to say: I plan a LPG remodeling, if someone has experience, then please post. Thank you already

Insurance does not want to pay part of the car rental costs
Hello, I had a rental car six days after an accident. Costs 299 €. However, the insurance only pays about 179 € and 120 € are still open, because in their opinion the so-called Frauenhofer list applies and that says my rental car is too expensive. I drive a Chevrolet Matiz and had taken a rental car for 43 €. Not a very big one, because already I can’t rush through the area with an SUV. But what smaller thing there was there on the morning n I wasn’t really taught either. My lawyer is arguing with them about it. Do I possibly stay at the expense?

Ride with unstamped registration plates
Here is my first question to the experts: How this is with unstamped registration plates with a journey to the registration office and back, I have read in detail here and know about it. My question is however now another and I have the following problem: I wanted tomorrow with my registered car to the registration office and this log-out and in the same step I register a new car on exactly the same registration number, this is possible with us, while keeping the old identification number Now they are stamped again. May I screw the license plates back to my old car to drive home with them. The license plates are actually unstamped now, because cars are deregistered. But since new cars are registered again, seals are on it, so nevertheless registered, but for other vehicles. Can I do this or do I make myself punishable?

Important question regarding beginners
First a hello in the round… I have the following “problem”. I have to buy a Opel Omega 2.5TD before spring. With the HUK24 calculator it came out that I have to pay about 1370€. The insurance runs on my father, but my percentages (140) are “considered”. DH he is very expensive. (Every car for beginners I think, an Omega is not the typical race car for teenagers) But now something else: A colleague drives a porsche 924 for 350€ in the That’s why the question is: can it be arranged in such a way that the % of my father is taken into account and not my 140? Imagine this so that my dad is registered as the main driver and I only drive “on and off” times. You insurance experts can certainly help me there?! 1370€ is just a great amount! If you know how to make it cheaper. I would thank you for that. bar! Of course on a liability basis MFG WAR
