  • Why do I have to have the same SF class in the second car for almost 3 years?

In advance the information: with my first car I have in 2021 SF 4, both as liability as well as comprehensive. (the info is probably irrelevant anyway anyway..) The whole coming problem we have with the second car. We received an e-mail from our current car insurer in February that they have received a different SF class from the pre-insurer. Therefore the current insurer has us for both the liability part as well as for the full kas The whole insurance history looks like this:1- For the first time a second car registered on 04.04.2019 with HUK. Only liability insurance. The next insurer will then be transferred by HUK the SF class the same way (I write lines 1-1 if there are any relevant key codes dr KH: 04.04.2019 – 31.12.2019 / RGJ 2020 GDV Slüssel 17 (SF1/2, beginning 1st half-year) 2- On 31.12.2019 HUK terminated (unfortunately), with the hope that we will pay less. Second year of insurance with One Insurance AG (wefox meanwhile), on 01.01.2020, again with SF1/2, since the colleagues of wefox think that I do not have this SF class for at least one year, therefore not the next level. So I have the SF class 1/2 again between 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020. 3- We sold the car on 03.06.2020 and bought a new car. I have a new insurance, this time Verti AG. This time also comprehensive. So insurance year looks like this: 03.06.2020 – 03.06.2021, because apparently Verti is one of the few insurers with so-called underyear contract. Verti gets the SF 1/2 transferred. Therefore we are practically still SF 1/2. And supposedly the Verti classifies the contracts not at the end of the year (31.12) but at the end of an insurance year. 1. 4- Now our next insurer HUK24 is starting from 03.06.2021. They rank quite normal on 31.12 again. That’s why we are probably again SF1/2. and only on 01.01.2022 SF1. Here again a general info. I had no damage or anything else. Does this look normal for you? Why do I have to have the same SF class for almost 3 years now (until the end of this year)? Is this just my ‘pech’ that I often change the insurer or do you see any mistake with an insurer where you say “they should have reclassified you here”? Vllt. here’s another listing: – 04.04.2019 – 31.12.2019 (SF1/2 HUK) – 01.01.2020 – 03.06.2020 (SF1/2 One AG) – 03.06.2020 – 03.06.2021 (SF1/2 Verti) – 03.06.2021 – 31.12.2021 (SF1/2 HUK) – 01.01.2022 – … (SF1 for the first time) Thank you very much for your support. Any help.

  • Does the police pay the accident assessor for the insurance, tow costs?

Hello, is an expert ordered by the police to the scene of the accident taken over from the comprehensive insurance? Under what conditions is the police entitled to order an expert and to charge these costs? We are not quite clear why the expert was ordered at all. The policeman and the expert become really good friends over time if there are no rules. The car had the police tow away and it was on the yard of the tow company b I have found in the net the following: “Self-indebted accident: For the cause of the accident, the car insurance will only cover the towing costs if he has completed a partial or comprehensive insurance. Here, too, the costs are to be kept as low as possible.” Due to the confiscation, the costs are already unnecessarily higher.

  • What is an economic total damage? How is this calculated?

What is an economic total damage? How does the insurance determine the residual value? I wonder what happens if I have an accident now, my car is already older, BJ.2007. I bought it 4 years ago for 3800€ privately. I care for it because I am relatively large 210CM and the Golf Plus is really a dream car. I am a very conscientious driver and because of my performance of about 25,000KM annually have completed a partial cascade without SB mainly because of SB The golf of VW probably got a replacement engine and the new one now has 120,000KM down, the car 98,000KM more so 218,000KM All repairs and services have been made, the car is in great condition. How is this calculated now? I hear so much of time value, residual value, restocking value etc. I have to drive in front of the car still so 5-6j, but what happens in case of case? Zb accident, where I am innocent. Zb advanced, or h or in the event of a wild accident? Drive through a mooring area every day. I make sure that the insurance Z.b pays 2000€ and I find none for it.

  • Insurance Reclassification Right?

Moin Moin, I had a parking accident a few months ago. Over the night someone drove me to my car (cratzer at the fender, front skirt and the rim) and started hit-and-run. I called the police directly, which took the damage. After a few weeks came a letter from the police saying that they could not find anyone and that the advertisement was dropped. I also informed my insurance company and should have my car in a We In the given workshop, I had an estimate made, but did not take advantage of the insurance’s performance and still live with the scaffolding on my car. This morning, a letter came from my insurance by saying that I should be reclassified in my freedom of claims class and pay about 215€ more annually. Is that right? I mean, I only reported the damage, but none of the insurance claims What am I going to be reclassified for? I have a full insurance.

  • 45 years accident-free not recognised

In Germany I have been driving accident-free for more than 20 years, after which I have lived abroad for 25 years and have not had an accident for 25 years.Back in Germany I have tried to allow a car on me,but I have to pay the maximum rate of insurance, because my German accident-free time is back for so long. What can I do?Is there a car insurance, where I have to pay normal contributions and not be treated like a driver? • First contract on me, which SF class?

Hello, my partner and I have purchased a Pampers bomber and this is to be insured fully. On the topic of SF class I am not getting through completely, the following situation: I took part in the driving licence since 2010 and also in the accompanied driving. Own car, as well as accident-free driving also since this time. The car is insured by my parents. With my partner the constellation is similar, driving licence since 2015 and also since time accident-free with own car The new station wagon should now be insured on me as the main insurance company and it. And here are the questions: Obviously I would get into SF 1/2. Okay is just like that. But what happens now in the following year? Is it really going on with SF1 etc. and the whole accident-free years are lost or will they be caught up and I would then be granted the accident-free time of 2010-today? From the previous contract of the existing cars we could where Hl at least take the previous SF class for these cars or if I understand correctly you could take the one for the new one and let the previous car start with 1/2? We are both insured with the same insurance, by the way, if that plays a role. Would be great if someone knows it and brings light into the dark- google makes me unfortunately not smarter… Thanks and lg

  • When will special equipment be considered as special equipment?

Hello. What is the exact definition of special equipment? Does it apply to any equipment that is not serial, such as everything that has to do with driving assistance systems, seat heating, etc? Or does any retrofitted equipment that was simply not available ex works apply? What if, for example, an original rear-view camera and AHK are retrofitted, which would also exist ex works – is that special equipment anyway? Thanks and greeting Pascal

  • AllSecure or HuK ???

Hello, at the moment, I am insured with the Allianz but this is just too expensive for me. I quit. When studying the price and the comparison at Stiftung Warentest I stayed stuck with the HuK and with Allsecure. Since the HuK Classic tariff with factory binding is, according to my opinion, very similar to the Allsecure Komfor with workshop binding, I don’t know what is better for me. Find with AllSecure well that in case of damage there is a free rental car what for The HuK would only give this one very cheap, whatever that means…. For this reason I would currently end up for Allsecure. What I find funny is that at the moment in a Focus Money Test the AllSecure is the price-performance winner in the text but is not listed in the Top10 list. However, there is always the HuK there as well as on other pages, but why is that so?

  • Insurance in case of overlapping vehicle change?

Good day, I have a few questions about the change of vehicle. Will buy me a new car, while the old one is still registered – if only for 2-3 days. Since I need the new car directly after the weekend on Monday and the old one can only be picked up on Sunday and registered online on Friday, since it is still needed until then, it can not be done otherwise. In advance: I already terminated the contract of the old car on December 31st, as I have the insurance independent 1. Do I have to register the new car with the same insurance as the old car (because of first/second car?) – my old car would probably run as a second car and fly out automatically if it is logged out? 2. If so, how long does the contract for the new car run? One year or even until 31.12.? 3. If I register the new car with a different insurance as a first car, what happens then with the old car or if I can get the new car. do I still have my SF? Or is that irrelevant, because they are not informed at all so quickly, and he is already logged out anyway? Would the new car not like to insure with my old insurance because of lower costs with other insurances – even more so, where I first have SF1 in 2017. Unfortunately, I have never had a car on me other than my own first car or no two cars at the same time, so I am a little confused. Old car is a smart, new one a 330CI – and no, I’m not only 18, only had cars rented before and therefore the bad SF. Thanks in advance.

  • How long do you have to wait for parts in case of casco damage?

Hello, our C4 Grand Picasso, EZ. 12/2016, has been standing at the body builder since July after a self-inflicted accident. Repair is completed, but Citroen cannot deliver the installed steering gear. This should be replaced for safety reasons. The built-in steering gear is not supposed to exist at all. Several steering gears have been delivered on suspicion. The number on the steering gear is completely unknown to Citroen (according to the dealer who used the vehicle as Neuwa). This steering gear is also not available for the foreseeable future as a used part or in the accessories trade. We had the whole thing checked by a lawyer some time ago. Here it came out that we have no claims and that no manufacturer is obliged to supply any spare parts. Our bad luck if parts are not supplied. In this respect we could only wait for the delivery of the spare parts. The insurance offered us at the time In the meantime it has been established that the required part of Europe is not to be procured for the foreseeable future. This has also confirmed the insurance last days by e-mail. Question: How is the further procedure in such a case? The vehicle is not repairable for the foreseeable future. We already have to notify a specific date. When the vehicle is ready, asked. So far, there has been no answer from the insurance company on demand. We only hear: we have never had such a case before…..
