  • Economic TTS – WBW related to equipment

Good morning. In the event of an accident that I did not blame, fortunately without personal damage, my old lady was probably damaged so badly that it amounts to an economic total damage. Pictures were taken, the insurances are in contact, the report is in work and a MW was promised to me by the opposing insurance already via EC. Now I have some questions, which I can answer partly already a.G. the logic itself, however how does it look in reality a us *smile* Data on Lady Bschädemungen (Ersteinauswert) Now my questions …

  • Complete or partial cascade?

In the meantime I got my first car. Is a Opel Astra GTC (2012), cost me a little over 10,000 and has run 50t KM. Although no Ferrari is for me but already something halfway high-quality/teures, because it has used up my savings (not everything) and I am still a trainee. Live however still with the parents (because no rent, otherwise I could not have afforded the car). Now of course a car insurance and I ask myself the question which it should be. Vol lkasko or Teilkasko? And where exactly should the excess be located? I have checked through these check24 things, because the majority of the users seem to do so with the car. Excess is 300€ (UK) and 150€ (TK). Now it’s just that the average that is used is probably firmly employed. An apprentice would/could not possibly afford such a car without the next 3-4 years from the owner. and to live in the mouth. And the life probably also not with Mama & Papa and are probably rather busy already. Therefore they probably also have a little more money available. How should I now proceed now best? What should I choose in your opinion? Did as said times shot through at Check24 and then I pay half-yearly at the respective cheapest/best offer 670€ (VK) and 450€ (TK). So I would tend to be more comprehensive then, but I don’t know what there is and what exactly I enjoy for extra compared to Teilkasko. Counted by the year, this is already a few hundred euros then, of course, that should be worthwhile. How do you see that?

  • Total total damage. What possibilities are there?

A friend asked me here to ask briefly what options he has. Values from the report: Repair costs without VAT 5794.31 VAT 19% 1100.92 Repair costs with VAT 6895.23 Assessment no repair release replacement value (difference tax 2.5%) 5.170.73 Replacement value with VAT 5.300,00 Residual value with VAT 2.720,00 Excess profit 500,00 Costs Emergency repair without VAT 49,00 Insurance has already transferred the 1950,73 €. Car was hit by a guardrail and the complete driver side from front to back is scratched. Son of the vehicle owner is a car mechanic and he would fix the vehicle a little bit together again. So car should be kept. What other possibilities are there now, except to take the 1950,- € and to do nothing more with the insurance? – Can he ask for the VAT for parts that he has to buy (e.g. new fenders)? – If the son does this free of charge rep Is there any way that the insurance must pay for repairs (complete repair?, road safety repair?) up to the replacement value? Do you need more information in order to be able to assess this? Thank you very much!

  • Car insurance online?

Hello, I would like to buy a new car and would like to have some reviews, if it really makes sense to close the partial cascade online. Supposedly this is more and more the case, as you can read here: http://blog.geld.de/…/335609.html. Has anyone done this of you before? I am a bit skeptical, however, the favorable contributions are tempting! Is there a catch? Greetings

  • Incident in Italy

Hello, the following incident happened in April in Italy: We were standing by our car on the main road in front of the red traffic light while an Italian has striped us on the left rear side of the vehicle, he wanted to turn left lane and since also oncoming traffic he thought that the place is sufficient… The accident causer has given me his insurance data etc. Since my car liability or comprehensive insurance includes a foreign damage option I have the damage In the meantime, the damage is regulated by my insurance company. According to my insurance company, it regulates the damage and reclaims it from the opposing insurance company (Italy). Now, in my customer menu, I have seen by chance that I would be upgraded because of this reported damage… Can someone please explain to me how that can be, since I am the victim and my insurance has the damage quasi “interpreted? Don’t give me a financial disadvantage? Thank you very much, Chris.

  • Accident, allegedly to blame but not noticed? No police

Greetings together, party 1 parks out and is supposed to have party 2 bumper “angeremptelt” whereby the following damage should have happened:https://www2.pic-upload.de/img/33605760/image.jpg At party 1 on the car you see NIX, at party 2 only these scratches. After some discussion names are exchanged as e-mail, party 2 reports after 7 days with an estimate for the “damage” which is to concern 800€ because only a bumper change would come into question. It would be e did not involve police in the accident, party 2 had only one witness, apparently his partner etc. How should party 1 proceed now? And is a sum of 800€ justified for this damage? The model of party 2 is a silver Opel Astra bj- 2014-16 estimated, with the model of party 1 a BLUE Polo BJ 2015.

  • What is the situation for two registered vehicles with insurance and damage-free

Hello, I have been with the SF 24 / 30% Bin for years at the allsecur with my mx/cabrio which was shut down from 10/09 – 04/10. 05/10 after various investments I have registered the convertible as a season car 04 – 09 there again. Since 01/11 I have registered another all-year car Toyota rav4 additionally with the allsecur. There is also a clause in insurance of several vehicles of a percentage bonus. Just before the beginning of the year I got the contracts. Now however, I have to I came out of the blue a contract supplement to the all-year car of the SF was set to 25 to 100% and once just a post payment of several 100 € demanded and promt deducted. After careful examination of both contracts I see only that, the old anyway cheaper 6 month convertible is set to 30% and the more valuable 12 month vehicle to 100% and of any percentage credit I can also discover nothing. Now I would like to know the right thing? because actually I am out of it The full-year car is set at 30% for 12 months and the convertible is set at 100% for 6 months, because that’s how I have to do without my old, beloved convertible.

  • Uninflicted accident, questions on economic total damage, if any

Hello, my wife today had an accident with our VW Passat 2.0 TDI BJ 10/2010 KM 215,000 170 hp / 125 KW Diesel manual transmission quite extensive equipment I suspect that I could sell the car for approx.10,000 – 11,000 EUR here in Stuttgart (without the damage) Today my wife drove on the road, from a yard entrance the other car came out and drove my wife into the side. What damage I see visually immediately: – driver door and rear door e heavily dented (left side of the car) – fenders between rear door and tires as well as wheel cap heavily damaged (left side of the car) – bumper slightly scratched (left side) – both right wheel caps scratched, as until walkway wiped out (possibly also curbed curb) – optically on the right side no further abnormalities I have taken contact with the opposing insurance. Debt question was now clear. The opposing insurance thinks I should take the car to the partnerwer My questions: – What do I have to pay attention to from now on? – How do I behave? – I could imagine that it is running out of total economic damage. – Do you have any tips on this? – Is it a mistake to bring the car to the insurance partner workshop or rather to a VW workshop? I am grateful for every tip, advice or hint, since fortunately still lay in this field. Thank you for Eur e Help. Jens

  • The residual value is way too low.

My car has suffered a total damage according to the opposing insurance. Mine says something completely different. A counter-assessment was made. My expert opinion: Value of the car: 3300, Damage 2100 incl. VAT. According to the counter-assessment: Restitution value: 2000 and residual value: 230 and repair costs 2700 incl. VAT Where did the extreme difference come from? How exactly does the equivalent insurance want to proceed? The residual value is ridiculous, I have seen damaged cars in I-net for 140€. If I have to sell the car for 230€? Or does it matter, do I have to show it what? A question remains, does the insurance have saved money with it or is that hardly a difference for the insurance? In addition, there is 16 days of use compensation. the insurance then pays more than before, since VAT is deducted?! Or did I not understand anything?!
