Hello, I have reported a rockfall in my windshield and this one to the insurance company in March. However, I would like to repair/exchange the disk only with the next maintenance (about 9000km until then). Today I received a letter again and called on it. On the phone I mean the wife, I can not have the disk replaced in general, but must have it repaired if this is possible. I am obliged to do this as part of the damage reduction programme. I should also take a photo of the rockfall now, so that I can be held responsible for this in case of a deterioration of the disk. Now the real question: Is that true, that I have to have the disk repaired?

Car park accident and causer of the accident suddenly doesn’t want to pay anymore…
Hello you love, I have a brand new car since Friday and as fate wanted I have now since yesterday already the first scratch and more at it… the following happened: I parked yesterday at noon quite normally at a parking place, I looked still in my rear-view mirror and parked further. When I looked a second time in the rear-view mirror I had almost parked out and saw how my work colleague parked out quite quickly. I stopped and worked very fast. I was hoping that she could still see me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the progress fast enough to prevent the accident. Well…she had caught me nicely on the left side of the back. She didn’t want a police, because she’s still in the trial period and she’s already had two accidents…well, okay, I’m not an unhuman so we explained everything in the vocational school. It was agreed that I would go to the workshop first to see what it was all about and then the cost estimate and she wanted to see if she could stem it herself. So said, I was at the workshop and men’s car has a scratch, the bumper is moved and my return sensor strip is also affected. I told her that yesterday and got the estimate today… well and suddenly she doesn’t even know if it’s really her fault… I’m so mad! She wants to get an expert because there’s nothing on her car and she’s the workshop that my car is working on. We should have called the police, I am aware of that now too. But what can I do now? I know absolutely that I am not responsible for 100%! LG mogli2390

Warranty/guarantee that most dealers do not give at old cars…sale on order us
Hello, I have been wondering for a long time what it looks like with warranty or warranty, which the car dealers actually have to give. Mostly it is with cars that are older so that in the ads stands “sale on order”. Then about some private person in the (large) family of the dealer (corrects me if that is different), this car is sold. Thus a private sale, although it actually has a dealer sold. But a private person can not also be arbitrary v iele Autos verkaufen?! Second question, how can dealers legally sell an old but intact car? and another 3rd question: A dealer must give warranty (so 6 months themselves liable for any defects). Mostly you offer a warranty insurance against extra charge. That means, this warranty insurance covers all (?) damages? Greetings Frank

Damage after the washing machine
Hi, I was in the car wash yesterday before changing the tires. In the end, just wash off for 5€, which it doesn’t look so bad. I got off after the car wash, just wiped the entry strips for a short time. When I was in the workshop I suddenly see a dent on the roof. I am 100% sure that I would have noticed it before, if it had been long. Looks like the one with the spotlight hit the roof, because also a lei What would you do? Go back there again? Can you save something, since it is already a day after that. Greet Marcel

§7 Road Transport Code?!
Aii people, I had an accident with my Corsa a couple of months ago. A girl ran across the street without peeking and was hit by me. I had 3 eyewitnesses who all told the police that I was not responsible for the accident, the girl herself admitted it and the police then also gave me right in her report. When I then came into contact with the insurance of the girl, I honestly thought, in such a clear and unambiguous situation, w I had to wait 7 weeks for the insurance to come out of my ass to send an expert who looked at my car. I then thought that it would end soon, until I got a letter from the insurance company, in which they told me that they were in accordance with §7 Road Traffic Code (“When operating a vehicle or a trailer, the vehicle is in use”). u is destined to be carried by a motor vehicle, a person killed, a person’s body or health injured or a thing damaged, so the owner is obliged to compensate the injured person for the resulting damage.” only for 75% of the damage will arise. In the factory I was told that they had never experienced such impudence before. I also thought I was crazy. I have an appointment with the lawyer on Wednesday, in the worst case the girl will be I just wanted to know, has someone here an insurance already come with the §7 stvg as an excuse not to pay the damage? Has someone had experience with it? I find it so bold and naughty. mfG

Take over percentages from the father
Hello, I have a somewhat special question. I have insured my car as a second car over my father’s liability. My brother has also insured a car as a first car over my father’s liability (45%) + all-inclusive (45%). Now I want to buy a relatively new car next year with which I then also need a comprehensive insurance. Since I am currently only driving around with liability I would get into it with the all-inclusive relatively high next year. Now I wanted to know if me n plan would work that way. I want to get my brother to re-register the insurance on his name and take the percentages he currently has about my father. My brother drove the percentages down so it would have to work. Then I want to register the new car that I buy a few months later on my father as a first car so that I get in with lower percentages. Would my plan work? The decisive things are whether my brother can simply take over the percentages and whether the percentages are still available with my father as a first car so that I can use them. Wouldn’t be bad if something like this works because comprehensive with high percentages is expensive. Is a bit complicated but hope you understand what I mean. I should actually know this the insurance questions but wanted to inform me in advance already if this is realistic, because it still has time until shortly before November.

Car LiabilityV – Termination in case of damage – Regress of the V?
Moin together, one more question : I unfortunately produced a small accident in December 2011 while parking (only lightest scratches) with my mother’s car. We reported the accident in January 2012 of the car liabilityV. As a result, my mother in the damage freedom class has significantly upgraded for the year 2012. Now it’s the case that my mother wanted to give me the car for a long time.We now plan to transfer the car to me. Then in case of admittance would be Is it possible to cancel the old insurance policy of my mother automatically? With the result that the old compulsory insurance company could only require a share of the annual amount until my mother’s termination, but would still have to be fully liable for the damage caused by 2011 or? My question: can the “old” compulsory insurance company take recourse in such cases? Otherwise, any policyholder could be liable for a breach of the law. in case of increased premium quite easily evade by selling or decommissioning the car.. Thank you.I hope I was not too complicated… Admiral

Drivers insurance with special situation
Hello Motor-talk people, I will soon be finished with my driver’s license and wonder how it is best to insure a car as a beginner. My situation: I live in Berlin and am 19 years old. I have the problem that my mother with whom I live has no driver’s license. My father lives in England, has a driver’s license and owns a vehicle. My grandmother has no driver’s license, which also lives in Berlin. My grandfather has a foothold. My uncle lives in Munich who owns a driver’s license, but not a car. He drove his own car for a few years. My step-daughter is not married to my uncle, who also lives with him in Munich. She owns a vehicle and a driver’s license. I would like to have the car insured at the HUK-Coburg or at HUK24.de. Now to my question: en: Can I have the car insured on my grandfather and can I then drive the vehicle and enter later in a cheaper SF class? Can I have the car insured on my uncle or steptante, who live in Munich, but the vehicle is run in Berlin and later also take over the SF discount? If so, what would be cheaper? Let the car be insured as a second car and must it be the same insurance? Will I be forced with 240% (1300-1550 € at HUK) a How can you best prove to have driven a vehicle (because of the insurance)? I would be happy if you would leave answers.

Workshop of the insurance has not professionally fixed damage
Good day community, I had a car accident last year, a few days before Christmas. I was hit by someone, so far as good, he is to blame. Because of lack of time (and because I was not in my home town) I wanted to have the damage repaired as soon as possible. I was advised to have it done at one of their partner workshops. That sounded great, of course, because only original parts are installed. I also got rental cars (since In the new year my car was ready to pick up and from my layman’s point of view also professionally repaired. Today I was then to the spring check and TÜV appointment in my workshop. To this I described then also what happened and he said that the damage was not repaired properly. To the damage: – the rear bumper was completely replaced – the trunk flap was depleted According to my workshop wu If the boot flap is not properly fitted, it is only fast and good. Furthermore, the flap is pulled out in the event of an accident, which was then not properly adjusted again, too small openings between the flap and the rest of the car. Furthermore, the workshop of the insurance company had told me that the right rear fender, on a bracket rust, could break this. He wanted to repair this immediately, at my expense of course, but what I denied. Sorry for my layman Now, of course, my question: What rights do I have? Can I have the damage repaired at my workshop or do I have to go back to the insurance workshop? But this is 90 km away from my place of residence. If I have to go back to the insurance workshop, I would of course have the damage or repair checked by an expert, because as a layman I can’t reproduce what m I hope you can give me tips. mfg DS

Fictitious billing by private liability possible?!
Hello together, here’s a question that has to do with cars and insurances, but it’s about a private stick. I hope, however, that maybe someone can give me a tip. Today, unfortunately, an 8-year-old has “been stuck” at my girlfriend’s vehicle while playing with a big stick. Result is a 4 cm long scratch that goes up to the primer. Since the car is only 1 year old we consider to have the damage repaired – on the other hand, it is “only” a car. Wi r have contacted the boy’s parents and they were also very friendly and have immediately reported the damage to your private liability. This told me that I can drive to Hyundai and they make an estimate which then goes to the insurance and then the car will be repaired after examination. NUN TO THE QUESTION: I can also fictitiously charge like with a classic car sticky light damage – so the car does not have to be repaired and the damage value paid out or is this with a private liability obligation not provided for? lg Sascha
