Two weeks ago I finally got my car back. A Peugeot from a Hyundai dealer. Now 500 km from the contract workshop and two weeks after the purchase some defects occurred. So the seller asked me to drive to the next Peugeot workshop and have the fault memory read out. Among other things, the glow candles were defective and the fuel filter leaked. The Peugeot workshop phoned with my salesman and faxed him They also told me that the garage master of the car dealership only wanted to clarify the cost assumption. For me 500km from home it was clear that the costs had to be covered. The man of Peugeot also assured me that I was not ready to drive 500km with a defect car. I therefore gave the repair order. Later the seller on the phone told me that only the fuel filter should be changed. The remaining defects wanted to be replaced. I would have had to drive 500km home with defective glow plugs as well as a defective tank cap encoder (as a result of overloading the particle filter or something similar). Since Peugeot had already fixed these errors, my seller refuses to take over the costs as a guarantee case. I can’t imagine that I am obliged to drive 500km for such defects in order to have these repairs and can’t imagine that I can repair the By the way, when reading out the error, it was noticed that the battery must have been empty once (thereby some small errors). Private used car sales buyer claims defects one day after!
Hello all, I have a huge problem: I sold my Honda yesterday, as far as so good. Sales price 1550,- In the contract I “sold as seen” and excluded the withdrawal. Now one day later the seller arrives and sends me pictures of allegedly defective brake parts and a supposedly broken and welded front axle. This should come from a concealed accident. Lt his data total damage! After yesterday, today the brake is supposed to be fixed. By the way, I drove 2 weeks ago 900 km with the car in 2 days. There happened nothing more funny. I announced defects such as the rear crash and recorded them in writing. Brakes in front were renewed, so a rear renewal was excluded. He now refers to a cost contribution or he invoices me these costs + some towing fees, because the train allegedly is no longer suitable for traffic (tüv without having to make brakes at the front in the near future in July NEW) And brakes at the front have I renewed.
