Hello, I have one question: I finally have my driver’s license in the next few weeks (with 22 , but that’s a different story), and of course I want to register my car too. My problem is that my parents don’t have a car or a driver’s license, so I can’t register my car as a second car. Are there any other ways to reduce the insurance costs? Unfortunately, my parents are also both single children and therefore fall t also uncle or aunt away I have already done the HUK24 with the online computer and must say that it is extremely expensive without the second car regulation! Rabbits taken – how expensive? pays partial cascade? Process?
Moin first, I’m just a little shocked – I partyed in my 20th Geb day and now took a rabbit on the way back. Scratches on the bumper, inner wings over, possibly parts of the lower engine cover, no idea if the suspension can be affected? Should in principle pay the partial cascade (I assume that the hair game is…) however, I guess the damage will be clearly within the excess of 500EUR (yes, I would have chosen lower). my parents didn’t happen for years, so I thought… now eats anyway too late) How does it go now? I just called the insurance company, which said, I should please report the damage to the police, this refers me to the hunter, but I should please stop by tomorrow (which I will of course also like to do, especially since I have a witness that I still took away, that I couldn’t do anything – jump right in front of my car, the guy) and dan n that would be clarified… How is your assessment, will that be more expensive than 500 EUR? (with a bumper painted in metallic paint, which had no other quirks, and who knows what is still broken under the car, I will look at tomorrow and capture photographically (Film+Digital)…) How do I do that? Estimate from a workshop, then about the insurance, or only if KV over 500EUR, or when or how? Probably I wouldn’t even do everything yet? and I guess this will be the most expensive part of the whole action, which is not worth mMn) but look… Since the car (also still) is insured over my father and I do zZ “not at home” Zivi (about 500km) I would like to save the paperwork with the insurance, if I have to pay everything anyway, because I am under the excess, or if my father has to have the in any case, so that I have a chance to see the money at all, if then in the end 1000EUR painting costs are with me at all? Hello, at the moment I’m thinking about buying my own car again. Since I’m still in my studies, I’m looking for the best way to insure the car. I’m in advance, I’m 24, so above the magical 23-year limit, which seems to me as far as I could see so far. I haven’t decided yet for a particular vehicle, most likely the liability class will be at least 20, so a low percentage would be a lot more All-inclusive would be important to me, because I don’t want to take any risk. I just put in the room, which I have come up with so far and hope you can comment on it or maybe make better suggestions. 1) I use the second-car fare of the direct line with my father as vehicle owner and myself as main user. I come with all-inclusive (SB 1000) to approx. 1800 €. If I am only a side user, approx. 1200 €, if I do not sign up as a user under 900 €. Consequences for not giving a vehicle user only to under 24 year olds, would not be true for me. Nevertheless, I would have a little concern – right?? 2) I have my mother re-register the very cheap Fiat Seicento (so to 100% ?) and take over the damage-free classes from her. That would probably make me up to maximum SF 5. The fun would cost me with a full amount of about 1100 €, with the advantage that I would be the vehicle owner. The transfer of discounts is not a problem, as far as I know. But how would I have to proceed exactly to get rid of the classification of the seicento? And where could my mother then get involved with this? strange gesture of the RA
Hello, Forum-Gemeinde, at the beginning of the year I was unsuspectingly involved in an accident. I commissioned a lawyer (recommendation of the ADAC) to deal with the case with the opposing insurance (HUK). Has worked quite easily and quickly with the resolution so far; now I get a letter from the RA that its costs are not fully recognized by the opposing insurance and wants to impose them on me. This contradicts my sense of right. I have changed any accounting arrangements between the RA and the insurance companies since the beginning of 2004. I don’t see this as my problem. Of course, I don’t have legal protection insurance. What do you think?

Hello, I will be eighteen years old on 21.09 and then register from there to my father a car for me. Today my father got a promise (only orally) about a new entry with 85%. But a few hours later came the Job’s message…from 1 September this year new regulations apply with which less than 140% (anyhow about that) are NOT POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would the car run over me it would be sluggish TWOTHING AND TWOTHING PROCENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! because now it would be just a month “too late reacts” without which the insurance would have been completely 60% cheaper OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE A POSSIBLE POSSIBLE TO GET A FOLLOWING INSURANCE?????????? Is it possible to exchange the damage-free rebates?
I try to explain it as uncomplicatedly as possible: My stepfather (respectively my mother’s husband) has 45 in the HP and 80 in the UK (who once belonged to my real father, but were transferred because of B-tariff from the stepfather, so that my car is cheap…he is now also holder).My (real) father has a discount of 30% each, but currently uses this only for his old VW Polo…now we have the following: My stepfather assures my transitional car with the insurance (or at the insurance office), my father is also insured. We want to “change” the percentages (either during the insurance period or when my newer comes), i.e. my father takes the discounts from my stepfather, in return my father gives his percentages to my stepfather…so a change! Is that possible? I mean, 3 years ago we already gave the percentages from my father to my stepfather…and there existed/is no family bond…is such a ta we know the insurance fuzzi very well, have there all other insurances run (both my father as well as me). So is this generally feasible or absolutely excluded? Hope I have not been too confused now 😉

hi have the following problem: I was taken the advance and my car that I bought 2 months before the accident for 52K (according to §25 difference tax/VAT. not passable) was significantly damaged and I don’t like it anymore. the accident opponent was warned police and the debt question is undisputed. the damage was estimated by the reviewer at approx. 19K net plus 2.5K value reduction. purchase value 52.5K. I ordered a new car with day registration in value v on 74K. same car – only just new. the accident was a JW. accident car I did not want to keep and have fictitiously billed. neg. vers. has an offer for the accident car of 30K over the rest of the stock exchange – also i.o. and undisputed. the vs. has now regulated the following quantity: 52,500 gross repurchase value approx. 45,000 net WITHOUT VAT ./. 30K scrap car offer therefore about 15K have now read at the adac that the VAT. when obtaining an equal or higher value replacement value my lawyer does not necessarily mean. seems that I did not get the lawyer as and please ask the expert for clarification here. likewise, I would not have a right to pay for the compensation for use and the reduction in value for fictitious invoices. can’t be that 16% VAT on a difference taxed fzg to calculate and deduct. oh yes accident car ran privately and privately paid- so not about the company, no leasing car etc. I am grateful for every input. gruss dig

Problem with HUK24
Hello, I’m riding a motorcycle, and I’ve been allowed to drive open for about 1 week. Now I thought that if I change the insurance from HuK-Coburg to HUK24, I’d be able to manage everything online. Insurance cover started at HuK-Coburg on 19.05.2003 to 1.11.2003 (seasonal license number 03/10), and then from 1.03.2004 to 28.06.2004 (automatic termination of HUK24 to HuK-Coburg), i.e. a total of 255 days of insurance. My problem: I was at the HuK-Coburg at 100%. Unfortunately I was rated 125% at the HUK24. Shouldn’t it be that I am now graded into the next higher SF (75%)? I have already written an email and received an answer: “We have taken the discount directly from the HUK-COBURG to the HUK24. Since the contract was interrupted for more than 180 days by the closure, only the class 0 with 125% is possible.” Well, hope you can help me and that I didn’t write too confused. Gruss KINGMING
