  • Accusation of motor vehicle liability damage despite innocence

Hello, I was accused in July this year of having caused a rockfall in a two-lane construction site due to an overtaking manoeuvre with excessive speed. However, since I still have a good memory that there was a lot of split on the road and I did not want to damage the vehicle myself, I kept exactly the speed limit. So I did not overtake anyone and certainly not too fast. Quite the contrary: I was from some other A utos overtaken, which in turn were considerably too fast (for the specified speed limit). I also didn’t notice anything about the incident on the ground, since no one has made me aware of anything. Only 2 weeks later I received a letter from my car insurance company, where I had to comment on the incident. I described the whole as here and that I was not aware of any guilt. In the meantime, I was upgraded in my liability yesterday I received a letter that the plaintiff had a witness and that my insurance now regulated the damage 100%. But how can it now be that a definatively lying (!!!) testimony leads to me being an innocent person sitting at my expense of the upgrade? Then could anyone do that, who has his stone stroke replaced free of charge? n. Just write down a license plate in a construction site and get in touch with his insurance company. And if they cross the line, just pull the brother in as a witness and let him lie as well!? Can you help me how to proceed? Thank you! Greeting Alex

  • Insurance requires photos

About six weeks ago, my car rolled onto my neighbor’s van (Toyota Picnic). Except for a few scratches in the paint on the bumper at my neighbor’s. I reported the damage of my insurance, because I was responsible for the rolling car and my neighbor drove to the workshop. There was a new bumper ordered. This then apparently arrived after a long delivery time, as my neighbor drove around with the scratched bumper for a whole five weeks. Yesterday my neighbour asked me if I had photos of his car, since the insurance now wants to see some, but he and his workshop didn’t make any. My neighbour said one day after the accident that the workshop had to replace the bumper because it had broken. I then looked at this again carefully and could not detect a crack or break. I then found this out to my insurance company. Can the insurance company refuse to regulate the damage because there are no photos available? After all, the workshop could have exchanged more than necessary. And what if the insurance company does not want to pay? Can my neighbour then demand the money from me? In addition, my neighbour told me yesterday that I had to pay the rental car that was due to him, even if he did not use it. Do I have to pay here or my insurance? Thank you for your help in advance. Greetings Tim.

  • Order for lack of insurance coverage, cars sold!

Hello people! I have a huge problem with the road traffic office. The following: on 27.02. I registered my Omega, registered in Viersen, at the road traffic office Düsseldorf. On the same day the car was sold and picked up, he is currently driving through Siberia. After a few weeks I demanded from the tax office the refund of the too much pay amounts. Response of the tax office: until now no cancellation has been received, please contact the road traffic office. Well, I got about 3 weeks ago. If the D’dorf Road Traffic Office asked to send a duplicate of the registration to the Viersen Road Traffic Office, this has also happened. Today I receive a payment note from the tax office about car taxes and from the Viersen Road Traffic Office an order for lack of insurance protection combined with an administrative fee, I should present registration plates etc. within three days at the Viersen Road Traffic Office. Sorry, but what are these sleeping caps? I know no Did anyone have a similar problem here? Thank you very much!

  • Insurance off-take

We from the “sat.1 automagazine” look for case examples on the topic “Insurance arbitrariness”, i.e. persons who feel treated unjustly in the regulation of a damage – ripped off; persons who have flown out of the cash insurance, for example after 2 accidents or who have been unfairly upgraded in the damage-free class. Or also drivers who have problems finding a new insurance after they have been terminated. If someone feels addressed and Call us at 06131 – 600 2642 or email me: [email protected] or a colleague:[email protected] Bernd Raschke, editor “das sat.1 automagazin

  • Management of wild game damage

Hello, last night in a place where I parked my car, cattle broke out. The cattle left some scratches, damage to the SWRA and a 4cm bump. I was only one of several people affected. The police was alamed and took note of the affected marks, but without taking a close look at the damage. (probably because of darkness at 0 o’clock) Now my question: How should I proceed best to get away still reasonably well or how is the r further procedure? Insurance number of the keeper of the cattle was communicated to me about another damaged person Thank you in advance! Greetings Marc

  • SF discount 30% with 27 years

I’ve had my driver’s license for more than 9 years and have been driving nearly 300000 km since then without a self-inflicted accident and no significant parking tickets. However, my cars were always registered on my father or mother. Currently my car runs on my mother with an SF discount of 30% (Allianz). Now I had hoped that I could take over this 30% by now. However, according to Allianz insurance, this is not possible, since I have not yet reached them because of my age. Has any of you had a different (= better) experience with another insurance? Greetings, Holger P.S. I didn’t find anything in the FAQs or in the forum. If there was a topic before, then I would be grateful for a link.

  • Partial cascade : Excessive participation = cost of advertising?

Teilkasko : Excess = advertising costs? Hello, a question about the approach of advertising costs in my ESt statement: Last year I had a wild accident on my way to work in December, in which a damage of approx. 1,400,- € arose on my car according to the expert estimate. Since the car is year 1993 and I did not mind the bump in the hood, I insisted on fictitious billing and had the money paid out accordingly. Extra charge of 150,- € as well as VAT withheld.Question about this: 1. Can I place SB and/or withheld VAT as accident costs in the Est statement? 2. If yes: the accident was in December, the calculation and payment took place in January. For which year could I claim the costs? Thank you in advance for your expert answers! Ralf

  • Fictitiously billed game damage/repair in self-service – Do I have to pay back????

Hello, I would like to get some information about the following: – Wild damage to my own car – Damage has been taken up by the police, the regulation by my insurance has already been carried out. – I have repaired the car myself and will continue to use it in the long term An expert appointed by the insurance company has determined the following: Replacement value: 4680€ gross residual value (according to the offer vehicle utilization operation): 3230€ gross excess: 15 0€ The insurance has fictitiously settled with me. Got 130€. WBW -RW -SB = 130€ As far as so good. Now the insurance sent me the same expert to check my car. Now I found out during the repair of my car that one thing is not defective and I made parts also needed. To the point, I repaired everything in everything more cheaply! Now I have the fear that the afterwards I have to pay back because I have to Is everything replaced by new parts or have not repaired everything that is written in the report (because it is not necessary). Can they debit me again so without further money? As said, it was fictitiously billed before! Thanks already for an answer!

  • Accident after a lane change

Hello I’ve had my first traffic accident yesterday I’m still in the trial period. So I was on a 2 lane road on the right lane and left next to me drove a golf plus and wanted to change the lane to the right because I was at her in the dead angle (most likely) or she didn’t look in the mirror, she hit me on the left side. Now the question what comes to me now as the police there was meant who changed the lane always adheres to In addition, the driver of the golf had a plaster on the right hand and was also noted by the police not to drive at all.Do I have in this situation right or can the woman refuse to do so she is quite clearly hit me right when changing track but thinks however that I would have driven faster than 50 kmh. And damage case with my car are clear scratchers and paint cracks she has a few small scratchers at the front right???? so yesterday I was also at the gutach ten office and there you meant me if the woman doesn’t give up now that she wanted to turn that she did but as far as I can remember was also the police there it may be that the whole thing can’t be told the other way around. Now my question what happens now as a näcshtes I got the car review and they said they want to get the files from the police is there everything in it who’s right or how is the whole thing and how would it go out for me the police even told me that I am right because they change their track and have full guilt but if the police has not noted and the golf driver refuses to tell the whole vice versa what happens then or what do you see the chances from experience??? I please answer mfg doris

  • Park scratcher with paint!

Hi I noticed today, that I have a scratch with opponent car paint on my driver’s door side about 2-3cm long. The color (blue) is still super good to recognize. That is certainly a door-park-rempler scratcher, who lives with me here in the residential area. I have already checked in the surroundings if anyone can stick my paint on their door. Unfortunately in vain My question is now… Could my insurance look at the damage and the paint color of the corresponding vehicle find out? Then the search is also easier. I still have partikasko, but is canceled in July and then I drive only with liability. I am very grateful for every helpful answer
