  • Helmet was damaged, question about discount

Hello, in March of this year I bought a new helmet from Hein Gericke for almost 200€. From a friend I got a voucher over 20.15%, you did not need it. So far, so well. I paid with discount deduction, almost 160€ Now this friend has happened a little misfortune, she striped my helmet yesterday with a bag and the helmet fell to the ground. At the same time a small pin is broken which is responsible for the sun protection visor. Function is but now very limited. Now my question about it. My friend will report this to your liability, quite clearly. Should the insurance replace the helmet, from which I assume, it will replace the almost 200€ or the price with the discount? Of course, the original invoice is available. I will not get the 20.15% now. Should I actually bear the 50€ extra cost if it goes very badly?

  • Insurance as a novice driver without parental bonus

Tach, I’ve already read a few Freds here and I thought I’d sign up now, because it’s probably going to be this far with me soon with the first car. So get ready for a lot of questions from a guy who has absolutely 0 idea of cars. (My parents never really had one – so it comes that I didn’t notice anything about technology compared to friends etc.) I try to avoid asking questions that have already been answered. The thing is that I’m in front of you. Obviously in April I hold the “Lapp” in my hands and will be in May 18. By 01.08.2013 I absolutely need my own car, because I need this for the training. (I don’t attach any importance to frills – A working 1000€ sheet metal companion is enough for 1-2 years, I think ) Now I have as I already wrote no parents on which a second car could be registered. The only one would be my stepbrother (mid-30, has already insured a second car of woman, lives in d The question is, however, whether this is worth it at all. He would be as far as I know then yes policyholder and I the holder – right? If not, I must enjoy the luxury well or badly and take the liability insurance on my name as a beginner. What about the 1.7? How about the downgrading on 1.1 then? Let’s go from 120€ per month – Can you guess how far this would change – so that I know if a possible return to the same city is possible. ckdaten would be worth it at all? Maan so many question marks! I’m really sorry :S But I’m already thanking you in advance and hope you can give me a little bit of clarity.

  • Short-term identification marks and comprehensive

Hello together, finally I ordered my Skoda Octavia from an EU car dealer. In 4 months (I calculate with 6) I should be able to pick it up at the other end of Germany (simple route 850 KM). I informed myself a little bit and learned that I need a so-called short-term identification mark for the journey home. A few questions: 1. Where do I get it? Insurance or registration office? 2. How expensive is it? 3. I absolutely need a comprehensive insurance (sch Is this common with a short-term registration mark? 4. What documents do I need? And how do I go on afterwards? 5. I have to take out the insurance with the COC paper first for insurance, normally and then to the registration office, right? 6. Does the insurance not require the vehicle certificate Part I and 2 or is the COC paper sufficient to replace it? Hope someone can help me further. Thanks and LG sc hwokels

  • Chassis defect due to light contact.

Hello guys, my sister had a little accident a few days ago. She wanted to change the track to her Corsa (D) (from the left to the right track – it was 2 lanes) and she missed a smart and touched it slightly – but then immediately pulled back. She herself had 2 yellow stripes of the smart which could be wiped away with the hand(!). She has not reported the damage yet…doesn’t ask me why…it’s none of my business… now he has but wrote to her via text message that the repair costs 750€ since the chassis would have taken damage and it had to be repaired immediately. My sister and my ma who were there in the accident but found no visible damage with him except 2 paint racks… he meant he had to evade and got hit by the edge stone allegedly…. but now the edge stone there is about 20cm high, so there there is an obvious damage to rim and tires. But that wasn’t the case… neither my sister nor my mother had seen any damage… by the way, the accident opponent also had a second person with him. Yes, now I wanted to hear your opinion… in my opinion, it could have caused him the worst chance if he really got off the boardstone… but that doesn’t mean there was any damage to tyres or rims… And he seems to have had it repaired for 750€ He refuses to give her the license plate that she needs to report the damage. So, for me, it sounds very funny… What do you think about this case? I meant I can’t get any damage repaired until I know if and to what extent the insurance pays… And then refuse to pass the license plate…

  • Truck insurance for commercial transporters up to GG 3,5 t

Own searches in internet portals for insurance, direct mail request at KRAVAG, inquiries with an insurance broker, all effort in vain. Does not insurance in Germany any more transporters up to 3.5 t? High damage rate, high fluctuations in the courier industry suggest it. I get these months a new transporter (commercial freight transport) and for this I would like to have an alternative offer to the existing one. Only with whom, who insured at all what?? Less cost-effective?? With the expected annual premium (provision) all field staff would have to run my hut!? Who knows another insurance that does not shy away from taking a risk? You know them…insure? yes, yes, concrete under water against fire… Storm and theft are unfortunately not insurable…

  • Pain money after car accident – negligent assault

Hello, my question already in advance:Is there a time limit in which the causer of the accident has to contact the car liability insurance after the accident, after the criminal order has been delivered and pain money is determined, but there is no payment request yet?I had a car accident with the rented Sprinter from Europcar in May 2012, I was too slow to turn left or did not pay attention to the oncoming traffic when turning left and thus caused an accident. Both vehicles have a total damage. The owner and her occupants of the second vehicle had no visible injuries (probably only sling trauma), they have filed an indictment. In November 2012 I got the criminal order. A fine (pain money) was imposed, payment only after payment request. Payment request came in mid-February 2013. Since I had never had such a case and had not consulted any lawyer (I thought I need k one, the case was clear – I was to blame), I assumed that I would have to pay the pain money until I learned recently that the liability insurance of the rental company bears these costs. I called the insurance company and the lady told me that I had not complied with the deadline of the “notification/submission of documents – criminal order – payment request”. I knew nothing of a deadline. I’m a student and of course I’m trying to save money. Next week I wanted to get a lawyer, but if you know something, I’d be happy to have any information. I hope you can help me. Thank you for your reply.

  • Accidental victim, despite lawyer I remain on the cost?!

Good morning together, I’m really shocked what’s happening to me…. I’ll give you a brief description of the approach. My car was properly parked and the road was parked. A neighbor drove his tractor and crane trailer backwards into my passat. He reported immediately and well. The VW contract workshop immediately told the lawyer in case of damage in the height. Well I did. 2 days later Rief hit this and I said I can now appoint an expert. llt. 290€ +49€ compensation/day. The lawyer has submitted it to the insurance company but they wanted to have their own expert look over it. After that it was only 1200€ + 43€/day. Of course the 2nd expert had painted positions like varnish. Ok with that I can have car repaired so 4 days in the workshop. Now my lawyer writes he doesn’t understand why the E… Not the 49€/day and my expert wants to count. Now I would have this Guta If I want my money, I have to go to the court. Something is going wrong here! Why should I pay any costs now? I am only the victim here in this matter. I have to report to my lawyer next week. Do you have any advice what I should do now..?? Thank you very much!!!

  • Insurance doesn’t want to replace Navi, what to do?

Hello community, a friend recommended this forum to me, because you would always get competent answers here – so I just try it and turn to you with a problem, which really bothers me at the moment… A few weeks ago my Audi was broken up in an underground garage – the Navi was stolen. Only the strippings hang where the Navi was before (Audi Navi plus). Other things were not stolen. Burglary tracks not visible! Advertisement made to the police – Police officer looked at the car, no burglary tracks – however (O-Ton): nowadays totally usual. Notification of the damage case with the insurance on the same evening: Statement there that everything was no problem, I should contact the Select workshop. Said, done. The workshop manager photographed everything and gave his estimate to the insurance. Some time later a reviewer of the Dekra called, he wanted to check my car for burglary tracks on behalf of the insurance company He came, he documented everything, no traces of burglary (also here: totally usual nowadays). Now came the report of the insurance: because no traces of burglary exist, nothing is paid at all. Previously there was always talk of time value (always). What do? According to Google there were some cases, where insurances had to pay after all and also not only time value, but new price, because no used market for Navis is there (no serious one). I haven’t heard that yet and according to my documents, a Navi is also listed in the terms of the contract under the insured parts. Who can give me advice on what to do? Do you have any chances in a lawsuit? I’ve been insured there with two cars and various other insurance companies and never had any damage. And now this… I would like to thank you in advance for your help! Greeting, Jürgen

  • Door panel and leather seat damaged by glass splinters

Three years ago, my car got an exfoliation through a grass trimmer. Stones were thrown against my car, so that the paint was damaged and the driver’s side window was broken. Although the side pane was broken into small pieces, these were still hung together in large pieces and then fell onto the door panel and my leather seat. The door panel (shocks in the plastic) and the leather seat cover (several cuts in the upper surface of the seat) were added. he) damaged. Now to the ingenuity problem: The insurance of the affected company could have simply paid.. But it did not. Now the thing is already 3 years in court. And to my disadvantage there are now already 2 expert reports, which literally say: “One glass safety glass decays into small pieces, which have no sharp cutting edges and thus can not have caused any damage to my door panel or on my leather equipment.” I’m sure that in several similar situations the interior fittings of cars were damaged by the splinter pieces of one-panel safety glass. Does anyone happen to have a good tip for me? What can I do now?? If I don’t soon think of something useful, I’ll have to live with the fact that I have “thought out” the damage and stay at the expense. I’m for ever Thank you for your help!!!! LG Jan

  • Insurance does not pay everything in case of accident abroad

The following has happened: A German caused an accident with her vehicle registered in D in Switzerland due to several traffic violations in a row, which were documented by police, and damaged 3 vehicles, a house and a garden fence. Everything is documented by police, the driver loses the driver’s card on the spot, acknowledges her guilt and signs the protocol accordingly and there comes days later also an expert of the insurance and sees the The insurance company then writes to the individual injured persons and informs them that due to the large cost difference between CH and D and the unproven sole debt of the insured persons, only a maximum of 50% of the damage is paid, without VAT, this would correspond to the amounts due in D for this damage. The damage to the building is not paid at all since there was still repaired on the same day (window, door and wall were defective, -21°C except The accident was a steep, narrow mountain road, slightly covered with snow and ice, slight snowfall, -20°C, the driver has driven down the mountain. Traffic violations according to police protocol: -Do not control the Fzg -Inappropriate speed -Inappropriate equipment of the Fzg (winter tires 12 years and below) b Minimum profile depth, Fzg but only 5 years, the tires it allegedly bought only in the bay) -Grobe disregard of the pre-accession rules (who drove up the mountain has advanced) The driver’s pass was confiscated on the spot and a 4 digit security service had to be paid, the car was no longer mobile anyway. Accident: The lady descends the narrow, steep and curvy mountain road and, despite visible oncoming traffic, does not stop in the stop bay on her side at son who drives at high speed (allegedly it has slipped), hits the first car in the oncoming traffic side-frontal, slips away sideways, hits 2 parked vehicles, then slips through the garden fence against the house and comes there only in the house entrance door to stand. So really massively too fast for the weather.
