  • No car for more than 7 years – which insurance does SF cover?

I haven’t had a car for 9 years, but I’ve been driving every now and then. When I signed off my last car in 2001, I was in the SF4. Now I could take over a car and until now I have been reclassified by any insurance company to SF 1/2. As far as I know, however, this is at the discretion of the respective insurance company, whether this happens or you take over the old class. Now my question is: Does anyone know an insurance company that I classified according to my old class (SF4)? will?

  • Value added tax after accident – private purchase

Hello, I hope you can help me a little bit. I had a car accident over 2 months ago, in which another driver took the lead and drove into me. The accident was 100% indebted of her, accepted by the police and against you a fine was initiated. I had my car (Citroen C1, 5 years old) examined by an expert. It came out that an economic total damage is present (10,000 euros repair costs), the replacement value was set at 3,950 euros (purchase value 2,800 euros). I received 780 euros of residual value from a scrapper. Still remained about 3,100 for the insurance. However, the opposing insurance tried to restrict payments from the beginning or to make with extreme delay. After I had to fight with the insurance for almost 2 months, I got transferred for the 2,400 euros. The rest (something about 600 euros), so they told me, is VAT and we d transferred if I could prove that I really bought another car. After a Peugeot 207 was snatched away from me in front of a car dealership, I bought a similar Peugeot 207 (5 years old) from a private person. Of course, I didn’t think about the VAT at the moment, because the insurance said yes, that they only need the proof that I really got another car. For that I should have a copy of the purchase contract and the vehicle c The insurance company suddenly thinks that it does not have to transfer the VAT to me because there is no VAT on the private purchase. Fortunately, however, they would give me 300 euros. Is that right? It should be pointed out that a private purchase completely deletes the VAT refund. Finally, I paid VAT for the C1. The VAT for the new Peugeot 207 is I have here an article about it:http://www.accident.net/faq/items/how-is-the-with-the-refund-of-the-value added tax.html And an extract from the accident aid (http://www.auto-accident-hilfe.de/stadt/index1.htm?accident-mehrwert.htm):c.) Total damage with proven replacement procurement The victim is entitled to reimbursement of the gross vehicle value according to expert opinion (incl. added value or difference tax). The only thing that matters is that a replacement vehicle has actually been purchased. And another extract from the traffic dictionary (http://www.verkehrslexikon.de/Texte/UStReplacement02.php):The victim, who after a total damage obtains a replacement vehicle on the private used car market (i.e. not from a commercial dealer), is to replace the “shared” value added tax even then. n, if the purchase contract does not show a separate value added tax or if it is merely an oral purchase contract. And here:”If the injured party buys his replacement car from private, he can also demand the (gross) replacement value determined by the expert, according to a judgment of the BGH of 1 March 2005 (Az. VI ZR 91/04, ADAJUR-doc. No. 63616), if the amount spent on the replacement purchase reaches or exceeds that value” What do you think? Is this worth fighting and/or possibly the Involvement of a traffic law lawyer (with legal protection insurance)?

  • Fictional invoicingComprehensive damage after verification of professional repair in self-service

Hello to all I had a patrol damage with the guardrail. I am fully insured. An expert was also there for damage detection before the repair and has the damage to 610€ or roughly 5100€ without VAT, the replacement value to approx. 11200€ without VAT 9300€ and the residual value to 690€. I have repaired the car myself professionally, since I am from the specialist. After the successful repair came again an expert, which was sent by my insurance to the R eparatur to inspect. He confirmed, the absolutely perfect execution of the repair on the vehicle. My insurance nevertheless only wants to pay the replacement value minus the residual value, with the simple reason that I provide them with a repair invoice, otherwise there are no further payments.Whether the vehicle according to expert report and specifications has been professionally repaired. My question is, it is not enough, according to the law, that the car again more specialized has been repaired in order to have the sum less the VAT paid out according to the opinion ?

  • Insurance changes SF and contribution rate without damage regulation, question is the right

Hello forum, the following situation. I had an accident with a cyclist with my car about 2 months ago, we agreed not to make any claims to each other and to pay our own damages. On the advice of the police I reported the accident of my insurance. This now changes my SF from 25 to 12 and my contribution rate from 24% to 33%, which represents an increase of about 115 euros per year. Now my questions: May my insurance (Lippische Lan) the fire insurance ) increase the contributions although it did not make any damage regulation. How should I behave now. Perhaps another information: from the police the accident opponent and I each received a fine. Thank you in advance for your information.

  • Windscreen wiper bracket Fires against disk, when buying used cars, who is liable?

Hello, today something very stupid happened to me. I looked at a car, when opening the bonnet, (the owner just changed the windscreen wipers, which I had not paid attention to at all), bangs the left wiper holder against the windscreen, there were several approx. 15cm long cracks and a big… no matter what the compelette windshield must be renewed. At the time of the damage, the car was melted on the owner, he is still. Then had The owner called the police, she said I had to be careful if I opened the hood, that nothing happened. The owner stand next to it. Now I should pay for the damage. If the owner had at this time, the wipers did not weave it, it would never have happened. And if I unlocked the hood, and wanted to open the hood, and the owner stands 1 meter next to it, he can carefully lower the wiper, don’t you think? On the change of wipes I have at all I did not pay attention, I once ran around the car, paid attention to the paint etc… Now I should pay all the numbers? That can’t be!!! What do you think, which insurance must pay for this damage???

  • Car deregistered in 2008 and today 400€ bill of insurance

Hello dear forum, I made a typical mistake with my first private car sale a while ago and sold my vehicle unregistered in June 2008! In the purchase contract we had agreed that the buyer cancelled it within 4 days. Of course he did not do that and when I came back from vacation it was still not logged off in September and I am with the purchase contract to the registration office and these meant to unsubscribe. As a result, I also sent it to the tax office. I’ve received the remaining taxes back and also canceled the insurance by phone. So now see there in my account missing 400 euros which the insurance has deducted me. On the phone they told me that they received a notice from the registration office of the buyer with cancellation date March 2009. The registration office of my city said that this was probably because the city of the buyer had only to find this license plate (6 months apparently) etc. . Ic h doesn’t want to hear how stupid it was of me… but I’ve had a lot of fun all in all that cost me over 400 euros. I have a purchase contract (he didn’t want none for himself). What am I supposed to do, do you think I have a chance with a legal lawsuit? The guy seems to have money already. Should I file an ad with the police or a lawyer? I’m already in despair, this sale is following me now just over a year!!! Would it bring something w can I present the purchase contract to the insurance company? Or am I simply still their contact person? Would be really grateful on advice!!

  • Further settlement after accident damage

Hi guys, Unfortunately I have to work in this forum now, because for the first time an accident happened on my car and something like this has never happened to me and I don’t know the correct further procedure yet. Briefly to the accident: A woman drove into my parked car, noticed the accident and called the police, I arrived in the meantime by accident at my parked car, we exchanged personal data and insurance data, the police wanted to e still see the vehicle registration and driving license. After that I am to the VW-contract workshop and have there ordered an expert who evaluates the damage, moreover I signed to the workshop a cancellation declaration, which they calculate the damage with the insurance. The vehicle was now repaired in the meantime, the report was sent to me. In it stands that by the accident a depreciation of 200EUR occurred. Now my question: How do I get this 200EUR from the opposing insurance? Who do I have to get in touch with, furthermore for the 4 days indicated in the report I still have a service failure fee, because I did not take a rental car. However, there is nothing about the amount of this fee in the report. As far as I know, I can also claim a cost flat rate? Achja in the report is still noted that a copy of the report was sent directly to the opposing insurance. V Thank you for your help.

  • Paint damage by Vordermann

Hello together, the following story happened to me: 2-3 weeks ago I was with some buddies on the way to the Baggersee, when a good friend of mine came up with the stupid idea to give a good gas on the gravel parking lot… Of course I was the sufferer and got a whole load of stones etc. on the front and windshield. A few days after this action I noticed a paint damage on the bonnet of my car, which I had not noticed before. Ic h have also several witnesses who can confirm that that “friend” catapulted the cargo of stones on my car to me. He even admitted this until I had addressed him again to the damage… now he does not want to settle the damage. Just for information: this is a 3 month old car, the paint damage did not notice me before. Who is the burden of proof? Who pays? Thanks already in advance!

  • MI Autoglas Service 24, who knows the service provider?

Good day together! I had my windshield repaired in a parking lot from a shopping center, i.e. stone strike removal. It seemed rather strange to me but what should it happen and at least I wasn’t the only one. Data passed, went shopping, when I was at the car, everything was done. Five stone impact points were removed and entered into such a damage record or only three. I asked the guy again how it would be ft etc. He says from Teilkasko the damage is taken over by the insurance and without SB and I do not need to worry about anything. Today I got a letter from my insurance, quote letter: Dear Mr. XXXX, unfortunately we can not refund the repair costs, because the sum falls under the agreed self participation. Quotation end. Shortly after I read the letter and called my insurance, I called the operator of this company and he confirmed But it wouldn’t be a problem, he would bear the costs. Now the questions to you; – did I have been pulled over the table? – is that because of the insurance? – does someone know the operator/the company? – did someone also have the same/similar experience? Would I be happy for any answer. Greetings WAF
