Hello, a question that has occupied me for a long time: If I want to sell my car, the ADAC, car insurance and other clever advisors always advises to log off the vehicle before. It is always pointed out that the interested should bring corresponding badges. I have not understood all these tips so far or do not think all these tippers end up??? The following situation: 1. I register my vehicle from 2. a potential interested person wants to enter a To make a test drive – the registration plates are therefore already devalued and there is no insurance cover 3. In order to get short registration marks, the interested party must explicitly obtain the data of my vehicle, so that to (s) an insurance and this data can be entered in the insurance card 4. then he must get to the registration office and a short registration plate – registration as well as the signs (yellow with expiry date) 5. now the potential buyer with my – but only with my – Cars do a test drive. as a seller: WHO does something like this (time + money for a test drive)? The license plates are only valid for a few days, only for a vehicle… even if I (!) would get the signs, besides registration – nobody sells his good used within the 7 days validity… maybe always fetch new ones until someone comes and decides? as a buyer: I would also have the problem differently, since I already after various test drives knew why a car should obviously be sold or if transmission and chassis damage only revealed itself there. I will not do the steps 3+4 for each of these few minutes lasting test drives (per vehicle min. 2 hours effort + costs)??? Or is there still a possibility to get a blanko-police (sounds naively – however many years ago had easily got one and thus at the registration office the corresponding red plates, the Therefore, the question: How do you solve the problem of trial driving with unregistered vehicles from private, or how do you sell a car to private (no tugs)? EDIT: So I try to sell my car in a way (official tips for buying used cars), but how would I never buy it myself? Greeting Christian

Insurance contributions – that’s how you get screwed!
My parents have insured 2 cars at the HUK with HPF and VK – for more than 20 years customers there, never accidents, highest damage-free classes. Now as always in October came the new contribution invoices for 2017 and both vehicles should cost a total of a few euros more than in 2016 – half-yearly both cars together around the 400 EUR. My father had to pay a lot more than a year. f then at the HUK, whether one could not somehow adjust the contributions, in order at least to reduce the price a little – the HUK stood across – nothing is possible. Then my father called at the Allianz, where he also has other insurances, and there the price for both vehicles was considerably lower – both vehicles cost there half-yearly only 250 EUR with the same services. Then my father resigned at the HUK and concluded the contract with the Alliance – and suddenly passi After the cancellation, mail from the HUK came with a “improved” offer – that was even cheaper than the price at the Allianz. Honestly, that’s really bullshit. First you ask if you can do something at the price and there is no insight – hardly the termination is fluttered into the house, the price is pruning by almost 40%. My father still stays with the alliance and doesn’t crawl back to the HUK again – but a Le You have to pull her out of it again. You just have to give it a precautionary notice that something is actually moving. So – still use your chance until the end of the month!

Car insurance car when using caravans – brake- operational and breakage damage important?
Hello, I was told that it is not enough to choose a car insurance for the car, which damages the towing or towed vehicle secures, but that one should also have a protection of braking, operating and breakage damage (BBBS). Can jmd say something about it? Does it really have to be a car insurance, the BBBS insured? I am grateful for every tip. Thank you

Two insurance companies, two first cars, crossovers – very complicated
Moin! I have a rather complex problem, because I have a somewhat unusual constellation. Two insurance companies where I wanted to make new contracts could not help me, because only the bosses of the respective stations could have done that, which were not present! History: I have been at the VGH for almost 13 years and have now quit, since the contributions are exorbitantly high and I pay in part in the year altogether almost 900 EUR more than with other insurance companies. Why I’ve done this for so long has a background: My constellation is a bit complicated. It looks like this: 1 Audi, season 10-05, semi-kasko, SF13 – 40% 1 Toyota, season 04-11, semi-kaso, SF13 – 40% I’m the holder, VN taker and sole driver. As you can see, there are two special features: – The season overlaps in a total of 4 months – Both vehicles ride in the same SF According to various statements, it doesn’t really work! The new insurance companies are reluctant to do the following things: – Insuring two cars on the same SF – Coupling with the same SF I have now insured the Audi with the AXA since it is cheap and the time was short. The Toyota has quit at the VGH and runs out with the old insurance at the end of the year. So I have to watch now slowly what I do. AXA itself could not tell me how they would/want to handle this with the Zwe iten vehicle. Now I have thought about the following, but do not know if it works: I would leave the Audi, as it is currently completed, on SF13 at the AXA and simply go to another insurance and lock the Toyota there also with SF13. As I heard, you can not share the SF on two vehicles, BUT I have two separate insurance certificates of the VGH, where the cars are both listed with the SF13! So nobody can get me a rope dr because if the new insurance company asks the old one about the SF, they will call it the SF13! Maybe someone can help me! Thank you and greeting, Ben

Hit-and-run – What to do?
Hi. I just came from Wuppertal, where I had a small accident. Since I don’t want to make it too complicated: – Someone drove me in the car on an open road with approx. 5 km/h – 100% no fault – The causer ran off right after with squeaking tires After that the police was there and took everything up and so on…. Had also mindfully noticed the license plate from the driving car and named the police afterwards. Unfortunately, the police did not have any aut o found, which is allowed on it o_o I then thought a letter-exchanger possible and called the variant of the license plate, which is considered as the only second possibility. I had ” *ABC*” in my head. Then I noticed, because I had stored this in the shock in my cell phone, that it could also be “*ACB*” and I had simply pressed the button “7” once too little. But both license plates were not allowed. Now the question arises to me: Can the Police find the car anyway? The following description has been given by the police of me and about 5 witnesses who have driven the car away: – White – Small-Transporter (such as “Sprinter” – Company car with company inscriptions and small logo in blue-yellow font – Wuppertaler Kennzeichen Since I am quite sure about the “829” at the end of the license plate, I ask myself whether the police of themselves have the idea that you simply have the license plate list of all White-Small-Transporters from Wuppertal could and could see if there might have been a license plate that deviates from my mentioned only in one place. Otherwise the license plate would have been faked…. The guy must have been js rather stupid, because at least I was behind him and he drove in on the open road in reverse and therefore MUST have been clear to him that I can see his license plate. if he pushes forward… If I was with the police would I do it in any case as described above. Soooooooo many cars to which all this applies, can not exist in Wuppertal and because of me I myself look through the list with the possible marks. Do you think that the police can do it? Have no experience and…well…. I would like to get the money back for my auto repair -_- Ahja, another question: If the culprit does not find himself: Does my comprehensive insurance then pay? Experiences? nke schonmal für eine Antworten =) spYro***Character edited (Schreddi)***

Merchantial impairment
Hello, I have a question about the “mercantile impairment”. My New Beetle convertible was “accident victim” two weeks ago in a collision (on my part) without fault (Idiots drove a gyro in the wrong direction…). The debt question is clear; the opposing insurance takes care of the costs. According to preliminary opinion, the damage amounts to happige 5600,- Euro (always almost 1/5 of the former new price). My car thus mutates into an accident car. In May This year he becomes 6 years old and has a mileage of almost 65,000 kilometers. My question now: Can I still claim such a depreciation at a vehicle age of 6 years and how is it calculated and by whom? Thank you for your answers!

Victim what now?
Hello all, about 1 week ago someone drove me in the parking lot in the car. I was about 3 meters behind the cause of the accident and did not move. On the contrary, I stopped extra. Unfortunately, they could not stop the 3 meters return journey and my horn. The guilt was recognized immediately, this I already received in writing from the opposing insurance. Now it is so the My car has come into the years Bj. 96. The car is worth approx. 2400,- Euro. The damage amounts to approx. 2800,- Euro. According to the car expert, the damage may be 30% above the residual value of the car. Thus, it would not be an economic total damage. Now I am thinking about whether I can repair the car myself and with the parts, if necessary, from My question is whether this is possible at all and what sum do I get at all the 2400,- € or 2800,- Euro. Can there be problems here? The employee of the contract workshop told me that the counter insurance does not have to pay the sum of the report, since here the hourly rate of the contract works serves as the basis. Here the encounters can take place. erischesversicherung also take another sentence which is cheaper. What do you think, because it is my first accident (happy that nothing happened to me and I am not to blame) I do not have as much idea as the procedure is so and what is advisable. I hope this can give me tips or advice. Thank you in advance.

Minimal paint damage opposing exterior mirror, but pre-damage ! How to behave ??
Hello, I have striped a car on the (painted) exterior mirror, only minimally scratched. However, when I examined the opposing damage, I saw that the exterior mirror already has other paint damage, such as scratches and overpainted “paint bubbles” or something like that (a kind of outline that signified under the top coat of paint) Without an accident report being filled out, only telephone exchange, I separated myself from the accident opponent. It doesn’t. Photos yes, but mine have not become anything, because I have a bad mobile phone and you can hardly see the damage anyway. You can’t delimit the damage reasonably from the other paint defects !! As expected the lady called me afterwards and said she had now obtained an offer : 80 € should cost the repair, 40 € of which I should wear. I don’t see. First, the lady has parked so that you could hardly get through at the appropriate place, second, was She was constantly overreacting (he was annoyed) and after that I received a threatening SMS from her husband in the evening that one will turn on the police. (this is not possible to my knowledge, because it is not an accident escape, therefore purely private law thing….) P.S.: the accident happened in France at a nearby gas station. Does it make a difference ?? How should I behave ? I thought I could propose to pay 20 €…..or NIX

Buying used car after 5 months of damage will cost merchants?
Good evening. I bought a used Ford Kuga from a dealership on 24.05.2016. This was a direct purchase contract between me and the dealer, so no resale on behalf of a third person. – we did not have a used car warranty, since the purchase contract stated one year warranty for material defects (purchase contract template of 08/2015) Now the following: On 07.11.2016 came the message engine malfunction in the vehicle, then I called the dealership u With the statement that this would be normal for the car. On 09.11.2016 I wanted to drive early on to work, battery dead. No light, no unlocking anything was possible at the car. Then I called the ADAC, he towed my car to the workshop, on the day a new battery was installed within 2 hours although they were told they would have to order first. Well, nothing thought about it, and that’s all. the 160€ paid. Since a battery is now a wear part. Well the highlight, this week on 15.11.2016 I wanted to drive to friends in the evening, the steering went already a bit difficult, the light started to flicker during the ride and car went out. I informed the car dealership, telephone, these just hung up. Then I called the ADAC this towed me back to the car dealership. There the car stood until Thursday because we had holiday on Wednesday. On Donnersta g drove early at times to the car dealership, to which all this explains everything and yesterday came the call that the alternator is over, the whole should cost me 460€. Today the call came that car can be picked up tomorrow. Now I wonder what I have with the one year warranty? And that one year is also divided again, that is to say that until half a year of purchase the dealers should stand for any shortage and have to fix this for free? or do they want to drag me over the table? Half a year will run out on 24.11.2016.

First insurance for new entrants
Hello, I’m about to make my driver’s license. I think I’m finished in October and I’m already getting smart about insurance. It’s certain that I’m going to buy a small car as a new car. The car is financed by my parents. The car is registered as a second car by my father under DBR, because everything is much more expensive in HH. Now I have a few questions about the comprehensive, the liability and the registration. 1. With how many percent would I be without me Is that 140%? 2. If I am now causing an accident and my father’s full-time insurance will then be automatically upgraded to a high level? 3. How many percent of the year is absolved when driving without an accident? 4. If I change my own insurance later I will take the percentages with which I had under my father’s insurance? 5. I wanted to complete the full-time insurance with € 500.00 SB, because it is only about € 100.00 more expensive than if I would take € 1000,00 SB. What do you say about this? 6. I want to register the car with my parents in Meck Pom instead of in Hamburg where I live. What disadvantages does it have for me except that I have a different license plate? I would be happy if you could answer my questions.
