I don’t really know if I’m exactly right with you, but it has to do with the insurance. The following problem: I would like to register my car again in April, but I have to go to the workshop for that. So far I had just obtained an insurance confirmation from the insurance company with the current date (not as normal … from the day of registration) and you will be in the registration area and adjacent county for registration, workshop and TÜV. I can’t do that anymore. I need a short-term license plate. Has something changed or did not know only the insurance employee? I found out the following:You have to have the registration plate assigned in advance: § 10 FZV : Quote: (4) Journeys that are related to the registration procedure, in particular journeys to attach the stamp plate as well as journeys to reach the mark. a main or safety inspection may be carried out within the area of registration and an adjacent area with unstamped markings if the registration authority has previously assigned such a licence and the journeys are covered by the motor vehicle liability insurance. How exactly is a pre-damage to be assessed?
My old Golf IV (Bj.99) got a shram in 2013 times on the fender, which was regulated according to the Haftplficht reports as follows: WBW : 1400,- EUR Rep Costs: 950,- EUR Remaining value: 0 EUR The expert said to me at the time that the car in unrepaired condition has no value and therefore no claims can be asserted in the event of another accident. Due to the high vehicle age I also have no reperature v The other day, however, the rear bumper has been damaged. Can I really give myself another test report?

Trouble with an expert
Hello you, there would have been a question I had a wild accident with my motorcycle last year ,covering , turn signal , brake lever broken to add some small scratches to the exhaust and engine cover . The disguise had a small crack under the headlight The insurance paid all the damage without any compensation after the vehicle had been examined . I had paid out the amount at that time . and the damage itself repaired or partly also so let since it partly only winz Now I took the motorcycle to a workshop on the weekend to have a new chain drawn up. Unfortunately, the apprentice threw the motorcycle over again on the same side where the damage was at that time. Now comes the best workshop reports the damage of her insurance the sent a reviewer stupidly the same who had examined the motorcycle at that time had not looked big at all but says that were all old damages. the cladding a small crack now the whole side is broken. before there were tiny abrasions on the exhaust and engine cover now are delle and deep scratches on it, not to mention the broken blinker and brake lever. How is that now the insurance must pay again or stay I sit at the expense my opinion would be that if everything had been repaired by a workshop they would pay without any reparation, but the parts at that time have only been slightly damaged, now but so ri They would normally have to pay for it because if I had changed the disguise, for example, she would have broken it again. What do you think about the case. Greetings to all bikers and hopefully it will soon get warmer

Insurance percentages “buy”
Hello… Many old people stop driving and sometimes there is no “younger” And since there is everything on the Internet, I wanted to ask if maybe someone knows a page where the percentages are sold… That it costs accordingly is clear but at 2000 euros a year you would have a higher sum out quickly… 🙂 Or is such a thing not possible anymore ???? Previously something like this happened anyway… only have heard now more often that it was probably not possible at all. eht ??????

Opponential insurance pays too little !?!?!
Hello all, I had a traffic accident in which I was of course not self-indebted. Now I have a lawyer switched to which however strangely only a partial amount was transferred by the opposing insurance. The vehicle has a replacement value according to opinion of 3300€ The repair costs would amount to 7410€ therefore total damage. now the opposing insurance has only 1515.00€ transferred to my lawyer as I today according to the opposing Versic What happened there ?! can someone help me villeicht, because unfortunately my lawyer seems to be a little lazy and I have to pull everything out of his nose.

accident due to automatic full braking?
hey people I need your help… and I had a crash yesterday and that came so I was on a road with my twingo with a speed limit of 70 km\h so I drove good at 70 and enough distance behind a Q7 suddenly the audio slowed down very strongly so I got a good piece closer to him and in the next moment he makes a full brake, I of course also full in the irons but finally I am on the wet road the Audi driver gets out and is totally confused because his car has made the braking action completely independent???? then we called the police and he has explained it exactly as he stretches it. Then it was first that his assurance must pay and then probably have to settle with audio. and today an early call from the police came that apparently I should be responsible now why always???? I can’t know that the one on the free road the ank he throws and that such an armor is much faster than my twingo is clear…. now to my question, can I really be blamed for the accident? or do I possibly even have a chance to get my harm replaced??? while great if someone could give me an answer mfg Secrex

Insurance with 20 much cheaper than with 18 (despite the same SF class)
Hello, I am now 18 and would like to insure my C Corsa on me. I made my A1 driver’s license at exactly 16 years and had since 2 years a motorcycle insured on me (to be exact 23 months). I can take over the SF class from these 2 “motorcycle years” for the car. I have already clarified that. However, I get only SF class 1, instead of 2. Why always.. Probably because instead of 24 months, the motorcycle has insured only 23 months because of sale t. Now my real question: If, for example, I choose Huk24 as 18 years old with 2 years of possession of a driver’s license (by A1 with 16) and SF-Class 1 I pay almost 200 euros more than if I choose myself as 20 years old with 2 years of possession of a driver’s license (i.e. with 18) and also SF-Class 1. (500 euros vs. almost 700 euros). I thought the age only affected the amount of contributions from 23 or 25 on? How can it be that, despite identical data besides age, such a large price difference is it?

Discontinued HU/AU 6 months before expiry of valid HU/AU
Hello forum friends, the following case design: A vehicle has 6 months HU/ AU. On the occasion of planned sale/purchase it will be presented immediately at a inspection office for HU/AU. There you do not issue new plates. Which report is valid now? The not yet expired? Or the just issued (without badge assignment) ? Which report must be shown at a traffic control- upon request? In the context the following would be interesting to know : If you buy a vehicle n wants and does with this an extended test drive , comes along on the way by a HU/ AU-examination office , then one can then let the car without consultation with the dealer / seller undergo a HU/ AU-examination ? And what happens if the above mentioned case ( no plaque assignment ) occurs ? I would be pleased about numerous opinions . Many greetings quali

Accident: How much must the insurance pay?
My sister had an accident a few weeks ago. She was standing at the traffic light and at Glatte someone slipped in the back. Classic rear-end accident. She then went to a separate expert, who estimated almost 1,300 euros without VAT. Expert reports also went to the insurance. Now came a letter from the opposing insurance, in which all items were listed again, however with the billing of the opposing insurance. At the same time a letter came from the evaluator, according to which the opposing insurance only partially paid out the evaluator. My sister should now pay the balance. At least this is about 250 euros. Is this all right or can you resist it? I thought the evaluator insurance had to pay for the full evaluator costs?
