  • Damage to car park accident

    Moin moin, I know it’s a frequently discussed topic, but I’d like to hear an assessment of my case: I’m on my way to a company parking lot in a semi-public parking lot and drive forward in a U-shape around a curve. From another parking bay to the left of me, a driver who didn’t look at all and just drove on it in my left fender. She didn’t suffer any damage except for a few scratches, with me the mudflat I don’t want to rule out that I might have driven 10 km/h, but the woman looked at zero and, in my opinion, bears the full blame. Am I right about that? On the picture, you can see my vehicle in the same position as in the accident. The woman is back in the parking space from which she came. Thanks for the answers.

    Hello guys, I recently had a small accident. I drove blindly backwards, touched a parking car. was even less than pace speed. Accident opponents absolutely wanted full program: police: insurance, reviews, contract workshop. pipapo…. Now it’s almost a month ago, I call my insurance to un un d ask what happened is the insurance: expert opinion is available: 2000€……….for me clearly too high. Then I offered to send pictures to the insurance, as the whole is still checked. 1. Why does my insurance not ask me???? Why is I not kept on the run. 2. The gap measurements and everything still fits. nothing is broken or anything else. Here are the pictures: The silver is my (VW Bora 1999) damaged car is a Kia Sorento also older year, the auc h VR on the bumper down had already pre-damaged. I’m curious about your opinions.     Hello, it’s holiday time, therefore my questions: I have recently read about an additional insurance for abroad, which you can probably conclude with your liability insurer. This insurance takes care of the damage to your own car even in case of unincurred accidents and then takes care of the recovery of the claims neim accident opponent or its insurance. Is intended for the case that the processing of the refund takes place over years or the accident object is not insured at all. Cost point probably from about 30 EUR /year. Sounds quite interesting for me and I think about taking out this insurance, because we have planned 2 long holiday trips by car this year. On the pages of various insurers, however, I did not find anything to do with it. Does anyone know perhaps more about it? Is this in your opinion useful?     Hello, my wife has insured our Audi A4 at the Huk24 – all-inclusive with 45%. Now we have bought another used MX-5. Again my wife has insured this through the HUK24 – as a second car with partial cascade. Shortly after the beginning of insurance came the police – we were also classified here with partial cascade 45%. It all looked wonderful. Today, 3 weeks after conclusion of contract, a bill from the Huk24 flutters into my house. Our first car – the A4 – is now available as a second car. It is rated 50% worse than our MX-5 (our actual second car). I am supposed to pay back for the Audi since MX-5 registration date and pay ~120€ more in the future per quarter. Thus, the Audi A4 will be twice as expensive (~500€/year more than before)!!! I have questions about this: 1. I was not informed about this second car regulation with 50% worse classification anywhere and the insurance certificate for the MX-5 did not recognize this. Is this valid? 2. Why is the r Audi classified as second car/regraded (i.e. the car which is significantly more expensive in the insurance), whereby it is clearly the first car (should also be recognized by the indicated kilometers/year). 3. Do I get out of it before the end of the year? If I had known that I would have registered the car on me. I feel cheated and ripped off 🙁 I would be really grateful for tips Sven

RSV and SV say that we want to see… 😉 What will I expect? Is not really about the money, but about the “arrogance” of the riot insurance.

    Hello dear, I have a question for the insurance experts among you. On Wednesday (my birthday…) my car suddenly burned at a red traffic light. Diagnosis of my mechanic: Martendamst. I have only had my driving licence for 3 years (am only 21) and therefore the damage-free class 3. According to my research, this means that I have a contribution rate of 85%. The costs are not the problem, but from a certain amount on I simply ask myself the question about meaning and ours. n,because even if I have a good income, I don’t throw out 250 € a month for insurance.     Hello together, after our car was unfortunately stolen from our front door this week (after not even 2 years in possession), I now have the damage report for the HUK in front of me. In one point it is asked if I have been abroad with the car in the last 12 months. Why is this asked? Does this affect the replacement value? I was in Sweden. Also comes the question whether it is a reimport. Is it and indeed a Danish with improved equipment.     Hello Motor Talk members, on occasion of the situation. On 08.06.2016 I had an unindebted (right in front of left) damage with my BMW. On 13.06.2016 a report was prepared by the expert of the opposing insurance. Here a damage of 7000,- € gross was determined by the expert. And a replacement value of 11400,- € (BMW 535d, 2005, 150tkm, full hut) measured. I had fictitiously calculated and paid me the 6000,- € net. Since I wanted to have an M-package retrofitted and everything had to be repaired in a car body operation of my choice. Now, due to the prepared report (the M-package, 2 headlights, bonnet and many small parts) were bought and also already with the repair and painting of the parts started. Unfortunately now in hindsight a non-reparable frame damage (cracked frame tips) has been determined. There are now costs in the amount of 5053,62 € (incl. the workshop rec) Now the reviewer comes for inspection and evaluates the “current” total damage. I will no longer want to keep the car after the determined frame damage. But now I have all the parts as well as the workshop bill on the leg. But soon (residual exchange) no more car and lt. evaluator I get now only 11400,-€ – the paid 6000,-€ paid out and the car is gone. I can not sit on the damage now, since I (and the workers) now my questions to you: Who is now to blame for this problem? Do I have to pay the costs for the workshop and parts myself? What should I do with the parts without a car? How can I make it clear to the insurance company that I can’t get an equivalent vehicle for €11400? How do you see this?
