Hello together, I open a new topic because I don’t even know the search terms. It’s about the following question: I drive a 12 year old car and had a damage last winter (in the parking garage one drove me into the back door). Time value of the car at that time, insufficient of the residual value: 2000€ Amount of the repair costs: 2400 € (the opposing insurance paid). Either way about that were the facts. In any case, I got quasi money to buy me a “new” car, instead of having the old one repaired. I then bought a door for 150€, installed and aligned myself. I am satisfied now and you can only see little of the damage. Now to my question: What happens in the event of a new accident? Would I then get another compensation or is my car now considered “wasted” at the insurance companies?

Rising accident – today it got me ;(
Hello municipality, today I had a somewhat unsavory encounter with another driver. The following happened: Was shopping at Penny this morning, so large parking lot. After stowage I sit in my car, and drive out of the parking lot direction exit. Here everything is still ok. 20m before the exit I see another car making the reverse turn, so I stop so that he can drive out. He was probably a bit in a hurry because lunch break, and did not expect the j I just see him looking to the left, and with a jerk he drove out of the parking lot. Only then I was standing ;( Even horns didn’t help in that case anymore, there was a proper blow. Think it was 10-15km/h. So immediately got out and looked. At first glance everything seems to be ok, could not detect any damage on both cars. I had his phone number given me, I noted everything including license plates, name and time. What do you mean? Should I have my car checked out? On the surface, I didn’t find anything, I just thought that maybe the shock absorber or something else could have gotten something, because it slightly slanted at the front left. Drive a Vectra B greeting Dennis

Take out car insurance.
Good evening together, I don’t find the right answer to my question. Situation: Saturday is a test drive and if everything fits, the car will be bought (the car is 500km away from me). I then have to transfer the money. So I won’t get the papers immediately and I won’t be able to drive the car immediately. If the money is there next week, what exactly do I have to have to insure the car with me. I’m clear that I’ll still pick up the car. I don’t want to drive 500Km with a red license plate, the option is excluded. How is this usually done? The dealer sends me the papers and only then can I pick up the right license plate or is it even a little easier? Don’t want to drive back and forth 3 times^^ Thank you and sorry for the long text.

Uninflicted accident
Hello, I’m sorry, but I’ve got someone to hold his car door in my side today. Police co everything there.. no fault of my part according to the police etc.. Now I’m like me thinking about the whole deal.. The insurance of the opponent (accidentally the same as mine) naturally wants to go to their contract workshop. I’m just insecure about how far I might get problems later if I have rust or the like on the body and don’t get back to the Opel warranty anymore. if can?.. damage is not very small, exactly the passenger hit door handle, which then moved in the sheet metal. Have now also read more often necessarily lawyer? Puh…

Accident with only one month old vehicle – entitlement to a new car?
Hello, I unfortunately had an accident today. A woman just drove off without looking and “landed” in my car in the passenger side. Now the passenger side is damaged in my Audi A5 convertible; passenger door and side part at the rear dented, rear bumper also something and the aluminium rim at the back right. I have definitely lost the pleasure of this car! Since the car is only one month old and now has 1.7xx km of running power, I wonder now if a new car is due me? Ländigkeit: The car was registered on 06.04.2016, but was picked up by me only on 15.04.2016 at the Audi plant Neckarsulm. Furthermore, it is a leasing vehicle. I lost the fun of this “former dream car”, since it is now definitely an accident car and also because it is no longer like new after the repair. It has a special blue-metallic paintwork and from experience I know that a repainting will be visible. the accident opponent also hit the rear axle or the Alufelge. I simply lack the confidence in the car. What now? How should I proceed? Thank you and greeting Frank

Restitution value for rare vehicles?
Hello, in the circle of acquaintances yesterday there was unfortunately an accident with a rather rare oldtimer – the accident opponent ran over a red traffic light unbraked and there was a quite violent collision. Although the accident opponent was taken to the hospital, the personal damage seems to be limited, which is already the main thing. The damage is substantial, whether a reconstruction is possible will be shown, depending on whether structural damage has occurred. With 10,000€ But it won’t be done, because with a 30-year-old vehicle one is actually already at an economic total damage – if there is so simply a replacement. What interests me now: how is the replacement value determined here? Mobile shows a little over 20 hits throughout Germany, among them several non-driving vehicles. In the color (white, for the then time anything but exotic) there are only 2 comparable copies – one with substantially different Moto r (115 instead of 180 hp), the other with unclear conservation status. Does anyone know the procedure in such a case?

Reviewer or estimate of Volvo? Tips for Darmstadt?
In Budapest, we’re in a good position, the tailgate is worn out. Guilt has been recognized, now the question of regulation is asked – I’ve already found the German representation of his insurance, we want to calculate the whole fictitiously Asks itself only: the whole by evaluator or Volvo estimate? Expert tends to look more closely at whether or not anything is warped, however Volvo has with the highest hourly rates, which probably not at the evaluator t werden The car is a V40 from 2003, just under 100ooo km Does anyone know a good expert in Darmstadt / Rhein Main presses the thumbs that the whole thing runs without much zigzag, annoying – but at least nobody has what happened. Thanks for the tips! Picture see below, the tailgate is bent down, so pressed in all width, the lamps have been bent slightly outwards, interior cladding is torn off

Caravan damaged when ranking a cabin, who is liable?
We bought a caravan on a campsite a few weeks ago, which was supposed to be away from there. Since everything was quite tight there, we had to pull the caravan out by hand and then maneuver through an alley, rather steeply downhill. On this slope we unfortunately took up a little too much drive, until I was at the brake, the caravan touched a small corner of a hut. I have not yet spoken to the owner, only a note there was At the bottom we put the caravan on the road, as far as everything was done and then waited for about half an hour for a work colleague, who then hooked him up and drove him to our home. I plan to pay for the damage from my own pocket, but if he is too high, I would report him to an insurance company, the question is only What? In principle, it would be the insurance of the towing vehicle with the trailer?! But the towing vehicle was not there yet and in principle we were the “pullers”. My own car liability should also fall away, since I do not have a trailer coupling at the moment. I will call tomorrow at the insurance of the 5-day registration marks and describe the whole thing, but would still be grateful for some help! Thank you already!
