The following problem: Self-inflicted accident, car not ready to drive, car has VOLLKASKO. Own insurance sends reviewers. Reviewer issues the following numbers: Replacement value: 20,000 € Repair costs: 15,000 € Remaining value: 10,000 € Insurance wants to calculate as follows: Replacement value 20,000 € minus residual value 10,000 € equals payout 10,000 €. 3 questions about this: 1. Do I have no right to pay out the estimated repair costs, i.e. after fictitious billing? 2. Does this acr method of calculation only if I sold the car as an accident? 3. If I had the car repaired (favourably) and the insurance would prove the repair, would I be entitled to pay the (fictitious) repair costs?

Costs for claims assessment in relation to the amount of the damage
Hello, my partner recently drove someone into the car. The damage is manageable: bumpers, headlights, shock absorbers and a few small parts. At first glance there is hardly anything to see. The amount of the damage is just over 1000 €, the report cost not quite 200 € at the Dekra. In a telephone inquiry to the opposing insurance the clerk reproached me, because in this case an expert report is superfluous and only from approx. 3000 € Schadenh My answer was that I am not willing to discuss it with her, because my partner as a victim has a claim to a neutral report. Point. Then there was also rest on the other side of the telephone line. My question would be whether there are any under-limits at the level of damage, in which one is virtually not allowed to become an expert within the scope of the damage reduction obligation. As a layman one can of course tmals also do not estimate what might still be hidden behind a supposed bagatelle. And in a later sale of the car it makes sense if you can prove the damage neutrally and in detail. Thanks for the answers.

Dellen – accident escape – causer known; how to proceed?
Greetings, after a long time I also have something to write again. It is about my not even 6 month old Laguna 3 Grandtour. On our rented pitches I have a more or less nice 68-year-old lady standing next to me, which leaves me quite regularly orange paint marks on my car. I have often addressed them, but it doesn’t seem to be really bright. A few days ago, however, it didn’t stay with the tracks, but there were 2 dents in the ne uen car m1 m1 m1 . I immediately approached you, we opened your driver’s door and it fitted directly into the fresh dent. She admitted it then and verbally admitted that I should have it repaired – she then paid the bill. Since that was too uncertain to me, I wrote the whole thing in writing and threw it into the mailbox with the request for a signature. Did you then address yesterday on the signature – before still very red-souling she just got into her car and I assume that her commitment to take over the costs is therefore obsolete. Now the patience or understanding had slowly disappeared. Finally, she damaged my car and did not report to me. That’s what they call a driver’s escape. Damage height is between 150 and 200€ if you let the dents out. I gave up an ad for accident escape last night after the nice encounter. What else can you advise me to do? e Claims also assert civil law. Greetings

Car dealership caused an accident – what about the insurance?
Hello I had my car in repair at the car dealership. Is finally practically such a hol-and-bring service… …only the employee who wanted to bring us back the car thought, he hops over a curb and mows down a (pretty expensive) fence. Car economic total damage and the fence is not quite as good anymore. Now it’s about who pays the damage to the fence The car dealership insurance thinks that my insurance should pay. In compensation want to d he somehow calculates what the upgrading (from 45% to 60% !!!) costs me over the next 7 years or so, and then pays me out. I have the feeling, however, that I end up with minus. In addition, I actually change the insurance every year and you always have to specify whether one has caused a damage in the last 2 years, which means again higher contributions. Besides, I miss the argument, I would have finally in the last 20 years no accident built (bla bla) These are all far too many disadvantages to me and I would like the car dealership to pay the damage to the fence white one of you looks like the legal and what I have for possibilities? Best any § or something I can hold under the car dealership’s nose. I am grateful for all the tips and help. Thank you Quicks

Vers.-Change by proforma sale and buyback?
We have a situation similar to score12: my wife bought her tdi in 6/2006, insured with direct-line, because after a long carless time she was most favorably rated.Breaked in 6/2007 out of gratitude at d. Now when comparing big turns out: she pays per quarter 252, she would go “from outside” now to d., she paid 208, she went to huk24, she paid 185. Her contract still runs until 7/2008. So question : what could she do to get to huk24 by 1.1.2008? If she sells to me, I’ll call her back the next day ?????? Do you have an idea? Andreas, I’m not going to be able to do anything.

How to make test drive possible with old vehicle if new purchase has already been made?
Hello together! For the current occasion I would like to get some tips from you professionals here on the board… I will get a new car in the next few days, therefore the sale of my old vehicle is pending. However, this one has to go to the workshop again for a few days, as an unknown person drove me into the door. In the repair is included a cost-effective complete cleaning, so I do not want to move my old vehicle after repair and cleaning Now the question arises for me about the best procedure… My old vehicle will be repaired at the beginning of March, on the day of the completed repair I would like to register my new car and ask the old vehicle for sale… The question of insurance is now open. Since I do not know how long it takes until the old car is sold it may be that both vehicles are registered at the same time 1-2 months… which brings corresponding costs with it. I do not have any extra costs, but the problem with the test drive or the insurance cover during a test drive. Which way is most suitable for me here – did I overlook that all this makes it easier for me, are there any other ways for me to drive my new vehicle the same and make the old vehicle available at a reasonable cost for test drives?

Hail damage (service): What regulates Kasko?
Hi, our mini van (run from year 04; approx. 60 tkm) got a hail damage a few weeks ago (was on a service trip). I have a few questions about the regulation or don’t really know which options I have at all. Lt. of our previous information would first come up with the normal Kasko, the employer would only apply any resulting differences, or gaps. Question 1: Is that true, and what would be a gap to which regulation we can ask the AG (Only) the excess? (as far as I know, our company does not yet have a duty of business travel liability)… evaluator of the insurance calculated as follows: Assessment: repairable Rep. cost net 6300 Rep. cost gross 7500 replacement value gross 8500 Re-employment taxed difference 8300 Re-employment net 7150 residual value 3900 (offer residual value exchange is available) (All values rounded) The repair limit is the replacement value. If renunciation of repair, would be based on a w Irtsch. Total damage settled. In case of fikt. Abrechnung: VAT. Reimbursung nur so far gefallen. Question 2: What would the insurance have to pay us correctly if we fictitiously settle? I think WBW minus residual value minus excess, but applies to WBW net, gross or diff.taxed (bin private person)? Question 3: Would we be obliged to sell the car to the seller in case of a sale for 3900, which the evaluator has attracted to land? Thank you!

Randal at the car
Hello everyone! It’s already embarrassing to me that I have to write this in, but I ran in the suff with a friend at the car and now it’s called economic total damage! The reperature would cost about 350€ – 450€. But the car had before that only a value of 250€! Now comes my question: How much do I have to pay this? I was told that I only have to pay the 250€, because it does not make an insurance any different. And it is a bad time! ahsinn a car that has only a value of 250€ for 350€ or 450€ to repair. Or? Thank you for your help
