I have to return a purchase contract again, due to considerable defects in the purchased car. Since the dealer is about 200 km away and I want to hand over the vehicle as deregistered as possible, the question arises whether I can still drive the approximately 200 km with the deregistered vehicle on the day of the deregistration. I have to hand in the car registration certificate and only receive a deregistration certificate. I would be pleased about the answers.

Uprising accident (damaged) What’s the next step?
Hi, everybody, I got a hit on my car yesterday. At first glance, it’s just scratches. The police took everything in. Nevertheless, of course, I want the money from the opposing insurance company. I called my insurance company, which thinks that I should report to the opposing insurance company. The police told me yesterday that I can drive straight to a workshop, which regulates this via a form with the insurance company. If I have the opposing insurance company, then I can go to a workshop. g now calls, they will recommend me an expert. Should I perceive this expert? Furthermore, I still have an appointment with the doctor, because I got a pain in the evening and today neck. How do I proceed now? I have a lot of reading but am now only confused Thank you in advance for the help! Greeting, DG

VHV – EVB outside business hours
Moin, villeicht can answer me the question of an answer. I bought a car today(Hurrah!), and just surprisingly got an appointment tomorrow morning 7:10 for approval. (Lunch was before Monday afternoon nothing to get). Hotline called, only bandansage “Unfortunately call outside bla blie blub…” Then online because gehoftt, that goes also outside of business hours. Confirmation that my request is received, but still not get anything on the phone or email. The long sleepers at the VHV start working at 8 a.m., which will not be of any use to me tomorrow morning. Is there still hope to get an EVB before? VHV Hotline is not occupied until 8 a.m. as I said.

Did a re-registration work without going to the county council office?
Hello, I have the following problem at the moment: In 2013 I took over my father’s old car (Ford Focus). Recently I bought a new car (Seat Leon), now I wanted to unsubscribe the old car, problem only the vehicle letter is currently not available. Now the question: to determine the place where it could be more precise: in 2014 I moved out of my mother’s house, my father has his own house. I have been living in another apartment since 2014. r no one of us knows who received the letter. My father thinks he gave it to me at the time. But: In 2013 a re-registration of the vehicle without a passage to the Landratsamt was possible? So my father would have remained practically owner and only the insurance was re-written to my name? But since I think that was not possible, I think in 2013 the vehicle letter was presented by me or my father at the Landratsamt, since the tax is debited from my account and also I If we don’t find the vehicle letter by Tuesday, the question is what I do. I have a buyer for my Ford up to now, questionable is only what the buyer wants to do with the Ford (sampling out or driving with himself again and registering on himself or not) If the buyer would like to slaughter the vehicle anyway, then perhaps the procedure of the new Beant would be next problem, I had the insurance of the Ford run out on 27.03.18, since I assumed that I would register the car immediately, because the buyer wanted to unsubscribe on 27.03.18 and then I got the information, he has not received the letter yet. Now hope I would probably have to go to the Landratsmat on Tuesday and I hope there are no problems that currently no insurance exists, for a few days and the car is still registered i If I need a new letter, I would have to wait for it at least 2 weeks or more. Perhaps a provisional cancellation would work over the Landratsamt? The car is no longer driven since 25.03.18 and is only standing around for a short time. Before a cancellation and a new registration has not taken place, it should continue to stand.

Insurance contribution increased again (Mazda 3) old Leipziger
Hello, I have a Mazda 3 (2015). He is insured with the “Old Leipziger”. This is such a deal with Mazda. I have: SF13, TK (150), VK (500) 12,000km. Annual contribution was in the first year 500 EUR After a year has been increased to: 550 EUR Now we are supposed to pay 660 EUR. With my cars in the past the insurance would be cheaper from year to year, and not more expensive. They explain this with increasing insurance damages (thefts and so on) At Check 24 I have the cheapest Versic I don’t want to take a cheap insurance that doesn’t pay at VK or anything like that. Do you have any tips for me? Or is that easy, like that? After all, I have the cheapest insurance, according to Check24. Thank you.

Insurance and (economic?) Total damage
Hello together, I’m busy just the following topic: At the end of February someone drove me in a parking lot frontal into my car (2003 BMW 318ti compact, good condition, M sports package, 156T km) because curve cut. The car has now some deep scratches on the bumper, but otherwise ready to drive. The insurance from the accident opponent (100% guilty admission) sent a reviewer to me in the company 2 days later and this one inspected the car on the company parking lot. Resulta t: – repair costs: 3.019,29€ (incl. VAT) – Merchantial impairment : none – repair time: 2 working days – replacement value: 2.800,00€ – residual value (acc. to enclosed offer): 1.001,00€ – replacement time: 9 working days Now the insurance paid me 1.829€ and gave me 3 days time to submit the car according to this offer, then I would get another 1,000€. I rejected this offer in writing, because I can not just give my car within 3 days. This offer has now been extended to 05.04. My new car, which has already been ordered, will only come in August. My questions: – Is the car an economic total damage? I mean to have heard somewhere, only when 130% of the vehicle value has been exceeded, it would be a total damage. – Since I (allegedly) cannot be economically better after the accident (according to insurance) than before the accident, the insurance does not want to pay the repair costs without VAT. Wouldn’t there be a way? – Would a peer review be appropriate? Who pays for it? Ciao and Happy Easter

Good explanation for multi-kilometres: Nürburgring?
Most car insurance companies require more money depending on the annual driving performance. If there is an accident, and the insurance company gets the more kilometers driven, there is trouble. What, however, if you can be sure that you have covered the multi-kilometres on the Nürburgring. That is almost 21 kilometers long, and on the ticket stands, if I remember correctly, that on a race track the usual insurance cover does not apply. So if there is someone 3000 kilometers around and the insurance is not liable anyway, then she can also not charge an extra fee because of the 3000km afterwards? Correct? There are really many people there, who travel with an annual ticket several thousand kilometers on the Nordschleife.

eVB for short-term identification marks
Hello, I have the following problem: I am interested in a vehicle that is almost 2 hours away by car. Because it is so far away, I would like to go there only once and if I like it take it with me immediately (and give the old one there in payment). According to the dealer, I would have to get a short-term identification mark on the local road traffic office and could thus transfer the car home. For this I would need eVB number (electronic insurance b) I have now simply looked at two insurers, and there it would always be the case that you have to apply for insurance, where you have to specify the key number of the vehicle to be insured. I have never clicked through so far, but I have read that during the course of the application you can also request an additional eVB for a short-term registration mark. An eVB only for a KZK obviously does not exist, is apparently always only in Verbindu ng with a “right” insurance contract? The question is: If I make such an application and get an eVB sent by the insurer by e-mail, did I automatically conclude an insurance contract? What if I don’t take the car at all because I notice a lack on the spot? Do I have an insurance contract for a car, which I don’t own? Do I have to pay for the eVB for the KZK in any case, even if I never allow the car, so the eVB doesn’t have to pay for it. tz? Or do you have to pay only when you get a registration number at the road traffic office, so you allow the car? I would like an eVB for a KZK in case I buy the car. But in case I don’t buy the car, don’t want to pay anything. Is that possible? Thanks for your tips!

after three months of mail from damaged turrets
Hello together, my wife was on the way with the children in early June. When one of the children got out at the opening of the door touched another car. My wife without seeing the whole, first called the police. She wiped the affected spot cleanly and it was practically nothing more to see. No bumps, no scratches. They took the whole thing nevertheless and the holder placed the phone number of my wife on the disk. Today over three Monas After that, the lawyer’s mail (whether this is excessive in the case of the damage or not) came, one may nevertheless communicate the data of private liability. I do not want to commission even a lawyer because of the lapalia. Can one still claim a damage over three months after that? Who knows what happened in time etc.?

What kind of car insurance do you need?
Dear readers, in the financing forum the question arose whether you need a traffic law insurance and I argued that I didn’t even have a partial cascade for my car. Since this is OT there, I ask you, which insurances do you think are necessary, also depending on the vehicle age and the possible ongoing financing? I drive an old car with a current replacement value of about 7,500 € and have only a liability, however with increased coverage ( one thinks of the accident with the tank truck, which fell from the bridge) and otherwise no Kasko, because it would quickly exceed the total vehicle value and also no traffic law protection. In my almost 18 years driving license and car ownership would have brought only once a comprehensive something and paid about 2,500 €. So over the years a bad deal calculated. When I once had a leased new car, I closed the quite favorable all-round package with CAP, because this is absolutely not necessary. In particular, I think traffic law protection is quite unnecessary and even if a case should occur where you need it, you can also pay it out of your own pocket. I don’t like to sue others, nor am I sued. I was only one witness in court and that was about something professional. So, how do you think that and am I now naive, as one here in the forum described me? BTW: Against high towing costs or for the breakdown aid bin ic h at the ADAC. Only the tank discount at Shell and the cheaper traffic trainings bring the annual fee back in.
