Our family owns a Kia Carnival with EZ 30. December 2009. Now we wanted to exchange this with our Kia dealer on site for a KIA Carens for additional payment. Now the dealer told us after inspection of the Carnival that this is now already 7 years old and he can therefore offer us 3000€ less for this. Now to my question: In the then sales contract the Carnival with EZ 30.12.2009 is declared as new car. Can one with a BJ 2006 built, which stands only 3 years around. And then at the end of 2009 a new car will be admitted. The dealer at that time did not tell us that he already has a certain age and we then of course looked stupidly out of the laundry when we heard that he is already 7 years old. In the purchase contract nothing of the year of construction, but only the date of the EZ. Thank you

We bought a new Kia Venga 1.6 Collection , built in 2011. We had 2 flaws from the beginning: 1.The paint went off slightly on the rear bumper but was repainted as part of the warranty. 2.In the area of the right exterior mirror it whistles between 80 and 120 quite loudly, but if you collapse the mirror during the ride, the whistle noise disappears. The master is at the moment baffled. We told him to mount a new exterior mirror,but he thinks that it is not The air currents are different due to this! Has anyone had the same experience? Hello guys, my parents are looking for a replacement for their old A-Class towards the end of the year. Mercedes unfortunately offers nothing more in the vehicle class and therefore I should introduce them a few alternatives. Gasoline engines with automatic gearbox and high seating position with compact dimensions are required. Of course, the Venga or the sister model Ix20 came to mind immediately. The automatic drivetrains, as so often, are coupled to high equipment variants. But I think that the Venga still has a 4-speed automatic is already a pity. I noticed the soul too, which costs with comparable equipment but with more modern GDI engine and 6 gear automatic (DSG?) just 1000€ more list price. Strangely enough, the Venga still has the lower standard consumption ? Is it foreseeable whether the Venga will soon get the modern automatic? I ordered a new one from Varta, which fits according to the TSN/HSN number from the vehicle license, but it is significantly larger than the one that was installed before. Such sizes are only available on No-Name China batteries, which I would not like to order. An official Kia dealer requires for a battery three times what I paid for, and does not say which model is installed. The battery I ordered, could be installed theoretically, but it no longer fits into the fabric thermal protection cover that was with the old battery. Do I have to keep this cover or can I leave it out? Will the effect on the use of the battery have? Thanks for your help!

Hello together, at our Kia we noticed a strangely strong diesel smell while driving a few days ago. In the garage I saw then also a 60 cm diesel stain on the ground. The whole driveway is full with diesel stains. From above looked into the engine, there was not much to see, only that just the soundproofing tank had already had a lot of moisture down before. Then I removed the soundproofing tank and the entire lower engine and transmission area was wet from Diesel. I then took the air filter hose a little aside and came across that the clamp of the fuel line was about 2 cm too far to the right and the brown fuse plastic was not right on it (see picture). And there was also everything wet and deeper in the engine area inside was a lot of moisture that stuck like small puddles on the grooves of the engine. I then got the line right click on it again (see second picture). It has been significantly decreasing, but it still drips a little and forms stains on the ground (significantly less, but present). Is the question whether the remaining drops are from the places where diesel has collected, or whether there is still something leaking. When driving, it smells only 20% as strong as the day before yesterday. Unfortunately, you don’t get it properly cleaned from below. Or do you go in there with a Kärcher? n then today, for safety reasons, went again, and I saw that the hose directly behind the plug on the right side already showed diesel when slightly folding up. I then made a cable tie around it and around the brown fuse plastic on the plug. I don’t know if that’s a hint of anything. Another idea where I can look up? One gets there also so crazy bad from above. Or I have to expand the battery.

I have a little problem with our new Kia Venga automatic. At the beginning when you go, the Venga heats very quickly to the preset temperature and keeps it perfectly. If you then drive on the highway the air of the side exit nozzles becomes colder after about half an hour, it pulls slightly cold, but is actually warm in the car. A bit unpleasant!! Even if I make the middle nozzles at the climate automatic it comes cold from the small upper side nozzles, we If you want to keep the side panes fog-free! A closing of the nozzles does not change anything… You can regulate, but somehow this is not the purpose of a KA. Only when you adjust the air from the side nozzles so 25 degrees is it suddenly warm and in the car it is no longer possible!! At first everything regulates perfectly and then no more… Is there any key combination to perform a reset or diagnosis of the ventilation valves / air conditioning automatic?? Hello, I would like to get a new car soon and have the Kia Carens in mind. How long are the delivery times at the moment? I would like to have the Spirit version because I want Xenon headlights. 7 seats I don’t really need. Isn’t there the possibility to have the Spirit as a 5 seater? Because of the Xenons I would need the performance package. But with Diesel there are 18″ wheels that I don’t like and also too big. nd. For this tyre size, the tyres cost almost twice as much as for the 17″ rims. Is there a way to get the “normal” 17″ rims, despite the performance package?
