Hello everyone ! with my Duke 390 from 2019 with 5000 KM mileage the ABS for the front wheel brake intervenes much too early. I can not pull the brake completely through, the brake lever pulsates already when pulling lightly and I can only pull it extremely hard. This is possible only under 10 km/h. After 5-10 kilometers the problem usually settles. The ABS sensor has been cleaned several times and fits well. Do you have tips or ideas where the error comes from? Otherwise everything runs wall-to-wall Ei!

Would like to buy an Enduro / Hardenduro or Softcross. Ride since my 18th motorcycle, so soon 22 years experience. Right motocross is too stressful for me or. I don’t dare to anymore. too much fear. Would prefer to enduro hiking. Over stick and stone, dirt roads, forests, gravel pits, and sometimes again a k a day tour on the road (so max. 200 km) Would also like a low-maintenance bike !!!! NUN on the actual topic – what should I buy. The new Bmw 650 X Challange – or the new KTM 690 – or the Husqi Dual Enduro 610 – or you know another alternative Would you like to hear your opinion or experiences.

EXC 520 BJ 2002 Conversion to Sumo
Hello guys…… finally it’s time, after a long time back and forth I recently hit Ebay. Black Behr rims 5*17 and 3,5*17 in very good condition, with good tyres and brake discs. I would like to use the existing brake pliers from my 520 EXC (Bj 2002) now. For summer I would like to switch to a big brake plier. Who of you has idea what I have to pay attention to when buying? Which brake pliers and adapters should I use? Do I need an adapter for r the brake disc? Which hand pump is suitable? And of course everything with TÜV. Gruss VWT5er

Set Wheel Size
Hello, I have a question. (It’s a 2024 Ktm Exc 250 2T Sixdays) I’m changing my Enduro to Supermoto. Now I want to adjust the Wheelsize to the 17 inch. I’ve read that this is going on at Ktm via the menu on board computer. I don’t have the Ws sign in the onboard computer. How can you adjust this on the 2024 models.

Husqvarna SMS 125
Hello, I have installed a new LED light on my Husqvarna SMS4 125. I had an EXC light mask with halogen lamp before. However, this is very dark and you can hardly see anything in the dark. By the way, it always lights up the main light light. After I had installed the new lamp and connected it, the light was still on and the light is only very weak. When I turn on the main light the whole light goes off. Then I have the light completely out Eckt and the main light light went out. Does anyone have any idea what that is about? and possibly a solution proposal? Thank you for the help

EXC 250 2t does not react to stand gas control screw and knocks
Moinsen habe ne EXC 250 2Takt Bj. 2000. My problem is the stationary gas adjustment. It runs very restlessly in the stand, sometimes it turns up quite high, then it goes out again because it runs too slowly. It does not react to the regulator screw at all. No matter if completely turned in or out (I currently adjust at the top of the gas handle with the knurled screw). The regulator screw is fine, neither broken off nor worn off and it also lifts the slider. It is a JD kit built in with blue needle (3. Clip), 45 LLD and 175 HD. Although it speaks to the idle mixing screw, I still don’t get a reasonable stand gas (1.5 revolutions open basic value). At 3.5 revolutions open it ran high touring, but like a sack of nuts. False air does not pull (have sprayed the area between the head and carburettor with start pilot). Carburettor is cleaned, air filter is new, nozzles and needle is also. In addition, it “nails” in the stand gas (every 3-4sec) and during exit/slide operation ( It’s hard to describe: Sounds almost like an early ignition. When you take off with the gear in place, there’s a real short jerk forward, then the whole moped is shaking in the stand gas.Listen to it…. and can’t be right. Above the stand gas is the greatest mopped of the world, pulls stripes to the horizon and at full gas the moon bursts. I soon have no ideas :-(( I am grateful for any kind of input).

Hello, I have my piston in the appendix. The side you see is the side to which the small arrow (the triangle) points on the piston bottom, or the opposite side of the two locking noses in the respective ring groove. I would like to know if this is the pressure side or the counterpressure side of the piston shaft, as this side is a little bit more worn out. My question (I did not remove the piston): – the arrow certainly points towards the outlet channel – the motor turns clockwise , if I stand right next to the vehicle ? Thanks for your answers cm

Which engine oil for the 690 Duke?
So my estimate is model year 2010, my driving profile has grown, sometimes short distance, sometimes longer “sprints”. I drive warm, then much full load and a little cold driving.. Motorex 10W60 is required alternatively 10W50. Can I use MOTUL 300V Factory Line 15W60 or the 7100 10W60 without hesitation? Or is another recommended?
