    moin, I don’t know what’s the difference between “Kit Trasmissione Enduro Twenty Oshiro 520 KTM 125EXC 2013” and “Kit Trasmissione Enduro Twenty Delta 520 X-Ring KTM 125EXC 2013”? Did anyone happen to know the difference here? Because I just think the price makes a difference….   • CDI SEM 14-07 (2-strokes) instead of SEM 14-05 (4-strokes)?

    Hello! Last weekend I had the problem that my KTM (620’er LC4, Bj.95) under load, in a warm condition, died off as if the tank was empty. Ignition spark was gone. Had nevertheless adhoc seat and tank unscrewed and checked all connectors. Afterwards the ignition spark was back again, but probably due to the fact that the CDI unit had cooled down. It jumped on anyway again, but only ran for about 2km before it got off in the same way. Yesterday I checked the ignition spark again at home. It is there, but weak. This also shows the fact that it starts shortly and dies again after a few turns. Am I right with my guess that the CDI unit is defective? Replacement of the SEM 14-05 is used very rare and also expensive. New even more expensive….with such an old planer almost a value doubling 😉 Have already been googled a lot whether you can change other, more cost-effective units I have found an SEM 14-07 of a 2-Taker for this purpose. Does 2-Tacter CDI’s also work on 4-Tacters? The ignition coil provides the voltage and with the pick-up signal that comes from the ignition coil, I generate the ignition voltage. Can someone help me further, or did already have the same problem and a cost-effective solution? Thanks in advance!!!

    hi, have an offer for a 360 exc supermoto. The part has 2,600km (bj.98) down and is supposed to cost around 2000€. is it worth the price?? Did it allow to register the part on 25kw and then drive only on the road. What do you think about it? Is it road-friendly? When are the maintenance work at the 2-T? Thank you

  • 625 SMC Supermoto registration without throttle / open possible ?

    Hello KTM municipality, I’m just about to get a supermoto … here already a bit stuttered – would actually have shot me on a 640 LC4 Supermoto ex factory. What I have found out so far: – better newer year HighFlow cylinder (so from 2003 ?) – large oil circuit (with oil cooler ?) visited today a Bj 6/2004 625 SMC ex factory – registration throttled, however in the papers no throttle is in it ? Currently it is open and the throttle is not installed. times where read that you can not enter all 625 and/or 660 open ? War I entered there without problems ? Since I have no worry about stress with the race management I want to be able to enter this in any case ……. – Highflow cylinder has it – large oil circuit also – if I have checked the right chassis of the 660 ́ and the engine of the LC4 640 …. – almost 10 thousand km, last service at 7500 a year ago…

  • Compression test on a 2 t KTM????

    Hello people I want to get a 2-stroke KTm, with road registration, to the fieldway cracking. How durable are such engines????? how do I check the compression??????? on the 2Tacter because you can not hear much about the wear, right???? what costs about a new piston with cylinder loops, or crank drive over?????? are the parts with the Japanese cheaper????? am grateful for every tip roland

    Servus.. so when I get my cold Kati out of the garage I let them withn Choke on. But must play withn gas so that it drains me ned… good and nice stand at the intersection after 800m only pulled the clutch and swollen engine off.. Motro on let on and play withn gas because otherwise it is acidic again. Well drive on a curve to naturally pulled the clutch from the 3rd to the 1st engine I of course during the time the clutch has already completely dominated and as it should be tires blocked and mic h throws… great… well, that’s why I have to work ned today, but I’d rather be at work than at home with that shit.

    I have now removed the Pirelli tyres MT 60 o.a. and am looking for a new profile. Do you have a tip?? It should be a good all-rounder, as I drive over highway (Harz, Franconian Switzerland) and now do not need MegaSuper sticky tires.
