Hello people How do you find that, which are registered with the EXC models mostly 9KW???? I myself drive e.g. an EXC 380 with Doma, open, and without throttle in my letter are only 9KW registered I don’t care(it has open far more than 9KW) but I know even if what happened is the shit on the steam. The other side is but if you drive such a Satan with throttle that it has 9KW also sucks for the engine, I believe that in our latitudes NO KTM properly lega l with throttle is on the road. Open performance is not available with TÜV in contrast. Now purely for interest who of you is legally on the road?? Are you for this that you should get open performance registered with KTM ??? THE PROBLEM OF THE DECISION
Servus. As you can already see from the title, I hesitate with a certain decision when it comes to my future mopette…. Since I have already almost decided on two cylinders, because of the long-distance comfort is only “one(?)”: The super duke would be a complete since I had/have a 95 Enduro so far; now came the dealer of my least mistrust, because of my body length, to turn the “idea” to me the 950 Superenduro…. My P roblem now: You don’t hear anything from her. Is she good? Is she bad? Is she just too big for the average German, who still measures “only” approx. 1.80m? Or is she simply too heavy for an enduro? Is she uncomfortable for the long distance? Or what???? 1000 questions. But you don’t hear anything. Nobody seems to have them here in the forum and on the street/off this one I have never seen them…. Problem understood??? Please let yourselves out of greeting M.

I’m so excited
Servus, I just have to share my excitement with you now. This week it’s finally time, I get my Kati SuMo finally and can’t wait anymore. On Wednesday she goes on the transport and at the latest Friday I have her here with me. Yesterday was nice on the biggest Kartbahn here in the area and I looked at a SuMo race, was really great. Here there are a total of 4 Kartbahnen in the area+ a real offroad track. Oh so you don’t know where I am. bin: in the south of France:

LC4 or Duke or what?
Hello, I’ve been fighting my way through the search function but couldn’t find a real post. I’ve driven now 19 and almost 3 years 125ers (good 15tkm a year) and would like to now, oh wonder oh wonder, get my “real motorcycle”. important: -Price up to a maximum of 4000euro-d.h. used of course -high seat height (I’m 1.88 tall and wide built-which does not imply that I weigh 150kg) -“everyday fitness” – i.e. I need the motorcycle the main time in the year as Auto replacement, it is important that I do not drive 200km routes, rather realistically short distances, but that several times a day – should be throttleable (34hp etc) – road suitability (land falls away) -2 seater would be practical For me no other motorcycle than a KTM is possible, just fluctuate between the models, so up to 60hp is enough for me, I don’t need a SuperDuke or so I hope I didn’t forget anything and maybe someone can help me, thank you k.tW0

After a long break 950 SM ?
Hey you, After a long search for a suitable SuMo I have just stepped on the ktm 950. I am approx. 1.88m tall, accordingly much the choice now on the 950s. Unfortunately I have no KTM dealer in my area to do a test drive. I used to drive a small 125er Yamaha DT (A1), I made my motorcycle driver’s license recently and in a few months I will be 25. What do you think that is too much for the beginning or still manageable ? Will just a pure fun Mopped, but also 150km drive through the Vosges… Greetings *edit*: I have just seen that there is about 40km further, nevertheless I would be grateful for answers…

Which KTM to buy?
Hello, I would like to get a KTM (which I can drive limited with the A) soon now I asked myself the question which fits my needs. I will drive 70% on the road and 30% terrain, besides I don’t want to mix, but can easily fill up at the gas station. I don’t know what this is like with the EXC, SMC and SMR models and whether the road is suitable (mirrors, turn signals) and which for longer roads road rides are so longer the same I’ve been looking at the 450 SMR and the 300EXC but I don’t know how they get on the road and fill up with it. I hope someone can help me. Thanks MfG Tommy

KTM Merchant Death
MoinMoin, does anyone know a contact email address of KTM to which one can address for a complaint? I am currently driving my third KTM and at the beginning of this year KTM has tightened its sales network, so that my current dealer is no longer an official KTM dealer. I have already loved to maybe get a new 690 SMC this year, but KTM doesn’t make the sales anymore. I don’t seem to be one to drive 50km easy distance to the next dealer. At the time, the KTM was bought because it was an individual machine that had vibrations, was loud, uncomfortable, what else do I know, but just awesome. The dealer did a rest to my feeling of well-being. But if KTM is now mutating to a big puke manufacturer, then just without me. But I would like to let them know. Even if I know that it does not bring my dealer anything more here. Has anyone perhaps had similar experiences? Gruss Sascha

‘HSN/TSN problem with Husqvarna 701 Supermoto
Meal together, I have a problem with the HSN/TSN of my Husqvarna 701 Supermoto built in 2018. My motorcycle is throttled to 48 HP and in the papers is the TSN 6007 AFB. However, this TSN actually belongs to the 701 with 42 HP. The correct TSN for the 701 Supermoto with 75 HP would be 6007 AVA. Now the question arises: Does this mean that the manufacturer has delivered the throttled variant with the TSN 6007 AFB, or how can I understand that? I hope you can help me! Thank you very much in advance!

What is that Akrapovic?
Hello together! I bought a used SMC 660 BJ 2004 with 1900km on Saturday! On the machine is an Akrapovic rear silencer mounted, the previous owner did not have it registered, and also has no papers of it! Whether on the ESD a test number is punched in he spontaneously could not say on the phone yesterday! Therefore my question knows someone whether there are for the ESD papers or whether it is an ESD which is actually only used in the “Racing area”? Pictures come on weekends e or at the beginning of the week when I picked up the machine! here is a picture of the Akrapovic PS: The rear silencer has a removable DB killer Gruss Martin

Who has exhaust recommendation for 950 SM
Hi, everybody! Congratulations, great forum! I’ve been KTM owner again since last week (950 SM). I’ve only had good experience with the seat and exhaust. I’m looking for an exhaust that has improved torque and/or performance and where possible approved. So far I’ve only read about Akra and Sebring. My dealer (self active cross-mechanic) says that the Akras are great; with use more torque, without use more power. Who has experience and Can you keep helping me?
