  • KTM 125 exc – Spark plug constantly broken!!

    Hello, I have the following problem: #undzwar with my ktm 125 exc bj. 2009 always breaks the spark plug again and again. If it is turned out then it is black, wet…. In my opinion it is much too fat set. I have the air control screw as original on 2.5 revolutions. I tried with more revolutions so leaner, and the main nozzle reduced to 168, hopelessly…. I ask for your help. Many say hello.

  • Ktm sx 250 ccm bj 1990 stutters at full gas

    Hello together. I got a ktm sx 250ccm. I’ve already driven a few laps and had to find out that I can’t run out of gear properly, because the engine starts stuttering at higher speed and has no power. I have now set the nozzle needle a level leaner but can’t detect any improvement. Did you get a few tips or vll also have the same experiences and can help me?

  • KTM 690 R E 2019 First journeys

    I’m driving in my 690R E 2019. What strikes me in comparison to usual motorcycles is the critical seat height for road traffic. You really shouldn’t be the smallest one. There are lowering kits, where the offroad is probably rather damaging. The motorization is comfortable as with the car, especially always powerful, not only at high revolutions. That this is an injection, you probably only notice who you drove it without injection. The second is really not the third gear etc. Motor & gearbox require some exercise, if you master them, however, you have no weaknesses. There is no 1.5 he gear, which is compensated with the driving style. The machine is simply fun. Lowering or whatever is certainly not a wrong investment. Otherwise there are hardly any abnormalities, such as power loss. The chassis is just good, I haven’t tested it at the limit yet, but it doesn’t matter how high the curb is, for example, nothing pushes into the rim. You sit comfortably, I think you shouldn’t change anything at first, even if you leave some great things. It’s quite mature. Two fingers clutch, new seat, oil cooler should be omitted for the time being. The handlebar is strangely narrow in diameter, while shunting, you can notice that there is a lack of flexibility. But test there, too, a handlebar is a science in the industry.

    Hej people, Would you like to know something if someone can help me please Would you like to know what is more suitable for the “road” Ktm EXC 525 (supermoto remodeling) Husqvarna SM510R from which and until which year of construction?   • KTM EXC on the road

    Hello together, I know the topic is taken up again and again by many, but I think that shows that it is still very controversial. Many people hear that EXC ́s don ́t belong on the road, but in the terrain. Of course they are made for it, but I decided to buy a 125 EXC anyway. For the summer it ́s a wonderful thing I can say until now Has been converted to Supermoto and can handle 1A. Now my question: Can you iwas I always fill up 1:40, good oil, ride with higher, sometimes with low speeds and in between simply pull the clutch and give intermediate gas even if I use the engine brake in between. Is that good? Can you do even more to treat them even more neatly? About HELFREICHE answers I would really be very happy mfG Malte

    Hi, I’m Mike and I’m new here… I bought myself a KTM LC2 with piston-eater a few weeks ago. I’ve installed a new cylinder and piston. My problem is that it’s throttled and I like to remove the throttle in the cracker. I have to saw it out because it’s tight. My questions come now: -Do I have to open the air filter under the seat completely? With me, it’s partly glued off. -Do I have to change something on the carburettor? And if so, what and how? Would you be great if you were to give me a new carburettor? I don’t even have a manual at the LC2. Greetz, Mike

    Hi, I bought a CCM 604rs last time (CCM is the brand and does not mean cubic centimeters), but since the KTM Rotax engine has, I write it here in the KTM forum. Now I wanted to put up the stand gas because it always goes out in cold condition, but no idea where the screw is. I would also like to know where to check the oil level and where to fill the oil if necessary. I’ve already driven a KTM 530 exc and it was conviction without end. Do I have fun with that but also longer?
