Good evening, I have a problem right now. I left the air out of a tire completely from my 7.5 t with twin tires. Question is now, since the rim is shaking back and forth in the pressureless tires, how do I get air into the tires again. Compressor is available, but the air escapes constantly between rims and tires. I already tried to fix the tires by means of clamping strap but does not work. I am open for all tips. I still need the truck today.

Gigaliner survey of drivers
Good day, Since I take part in a training course and we want to do a survey about the Gigaliners I would need some information from the drivers. They don’t need to fill them out it would still be dear who would do a few it, so that one gets a correct overview of the with every other survey is asked everything except the drivers. 1.) What do they think of the Gigaliner ? For / Against 2.) Would they want to drive something like this themselves ? Yes / No 3.) Are the roads out of Yes / No 4.) Would it make sense for your company ? Yes / No 5.) Is this in the planning (at your company) ? Yes / No 6.) Are jobs reduced by Gigaliner ? Yes / No 7.) Should a road safety road be made in addition ? Yes / No 8.) Have you seen a Gigaliner ? Yes / No 9.) Is the upper limit of 60 tons useful ? Yes / No 10.) Is there any parking space for Gigaliner ? Yes / No 11.) Is there any traffic safety ? You can also find more answers so that you can see and present the “problems” of the drivers. with friendly greetings Marc Lemke

Double cabin on large truck series possible?
I am interested in whether it is also possible to get a double cabin for the large truck series? With Mercedes or MAN, for example, the double cabins are shown only for the Atego or TGL/TGM in brochures. But as far as I have read in, double cabins are anyway made as custom-made according to customer requirements (e.g. for the fire department). Therefore, my question, whether it would be theoretically conceivable or technically feasible/allowed, is a double cabin on a At least at Scania I have read out that the Doka is also available for trucks with more than 400 hp. From this I conclude in reverse that at Scania the Doka is also available for the large series or?

Truck 7.5t which one should I buy?
Hello, as it looks like I will soon need a truck as a 3-side tipper if possible with crane (grabber). My question would be which one take? Will the dealers go off tomorrow. Will look at Mercedes, Iveco, Mitsubishi and MAN. What do I absolutely need with a 7.5t? A Diffi at the HA is certainly not wrong I think. Which AHK should I take? Don’t really look through there. Does Rockinger then give a so-called G135 and so on. tens. It should also be driven a lot with a tipping hanger. To tilt the hanger I need additional attachments there? Are ABS and ASR useful? Or would it be a used one do too? However, I find the prices for 6-10 year olds rather high. So that was it first of all from me. Good night.

Pre-loading axis/returning axis
What is better or where are the advantages and disadvantages? There are both tractors/motorcars, which are 3 axles, where the 3rd simply tyred axle lies at the far end, as well as the possibility of the front axle, which is then in the middle and the drive axle at the very rear. And then there are these two variants still steered, unguided in combination with liftable and rigid design. Only for what purpose do I take what? Are there some clues according to which one can si Is it possible to judge?

working in holland
hiho, I’m 28 and I’m currently continuing my education of 5 months to the eu- bkf, incl. adr, forklift and crane. since tomorrow I’m going to the ihk to lay down my theory I’ve been looking for a company that hires me from january for several days now. since most of you say that you deserve much better in holland as in Germany, I’ve also got a foothold there. unfortunately my problem is that I can’t find a place in the net without being able to look Dutch. all sides look like a job I know that this is no different for foreigners, but maybe you can recommend it to me on the net or from experience call a company that hires German eu-professional drivers who have no professional experience yet. a place in international long-distance traffic on a 40t saddle train or tanker would be my favorite… mfg der PsYcHoKaTeR

MAN TGA 460 XXL Funny flapping from the right
Hello, I have a question about the MAN TGA XXl 460, maybe someone already had this mistake? The car still has a workshop contract but somehow they probably don’t find this with MAN. I have a metal flap or poltern coming from the right when driving through potholes. I have the feeling the cabie also fluctuates very well in the stand today when the wind is full. But the polting is always with trailer or without. If with the polting is quieter and not so dol l but it is still there, I was already on this vibrating plate in the workshop but there are according to Man all parts on the axle ok. They meant possibly out of the tilting cylinder from the cab, that was also changed, but did not bring anything, the poltern is still there. Maybe someone knows more or had something like that already?? Thank you! Vehicle has air suspension in front. Best regards Bluesander

Holiday certificate required despite driver card ?
Hi have a short question about the driver card The following situation In the company Crafter (zgg 3,2 to) are used to get to the construction site. These have the digital tachograph. So I put my card in the device, whether I have a trailer with me or not. But now it is so that I don’t drive with the crafter every day but irregularly. Sometimes 4 weeks every day, sometimes a week not at all. 1 ) I would have to have a holiday for the days I don’t drive with the crafter. 2) What does it look like if I use our 12 to analog tachograph in between? Do I need a certificate for the non-driving days? 3) If I am on the road with our 40 to the digital tachograph, do I need a certificate for the non-driving days? Somehow no one really has any idea in Our company about it. If you are sent off with the 12 to get a certificate that you have not driven the last 14 days. No matter if on the driver card the rides with the crafter are recorded. Reason: Just say you have no driver card and done … If you drive with the 40 to you will only be looked if you were the last 14 days with the 40 to go and for every day you were not traveling in the time window with the 40 to get a certificate. calibrations with the crafter are also not taken into account. Somehow this is all quite chaotic

Digi Tacho ???
Hey dear fellows, I have a few questions for you guys who don’t break your neck without really having a clue (like some colleagues in the car yard in the evening) . Well here are my questions 1.) If I don’t put in my steering time interruption (after 4.5 hours) too late so assumed only after 5 hours 5 min. ; or but my daily driving time (of 9 or 10 hours) exceeded, how do I do this with a digital recording device ? Let’s say that the given circumstances should be written on the expression of the respective day (e.g. traffic jam/full lock with stagnant traffic), since one of you has experiences like this is treated in controls, are the officials agree with this procedure or is no penalty mitigation applied here ???2.) There is as we all know in the digital recording device the function “Out of Scope”. Can someone tell me when I can use this function ? Is it right that you can use this function on private closed terrains without the driving or working hours that occur there when checking the police/BAG? 3.) Something basic still: What happens if I remove my driver card from the recording equipment and a colleague on the premises (e.g. to refuel) moves my vehicle without inserting his card? Is this driving time stored on my card when I am the next one to enter the card in the guesses put in, or how is this time booked by the device ??? I thank you in advance for your suggestions and tips – I am looking forward to the answers

Compulsory snow chain for trucks
so just came in the news a contribution to the current weather/traffic situation and a related proposal from the political berlin. a few bureaucrats have expressed the proposal for a snow chain obligation at lkw. it was said in “special” situations, but the discussion seems already pre-programmed. one only remember the assembly time of the chains and the use of the mature and road, especially if there is no snow in pieces greetings
