  • How to disassemble the mouth clutch?

Hi guys, the problems never go out^^ Currently I try to get the fragment of an old ring spring-muzzle from the traverse. But it’s not possible….. the crown nut on the back is of course already down and the discs from the back too. But the cone just can’t be hit out of the flange. I already hit around from all sides of the clutch with the thick bello. With a long tube the clutch can be tuggily turned round. Trick? I already got a used clutch, but the Ebay seller had not told me that the clutch pin is slightly crooked. Does that do something? Also with regard to TÜV? See pictures…. Thank you for your answers!

  • Don’t you want respect?

Hello, here I open up a topic which is slightly provocative, but which probably also happens hundreds of times daily in Germany. I personally am a lover of commercial vehicles and see them as indispensable work equipment in today’s time. But unfortunately there is very often the situation, one drives with a weak car on the highway to the left next to a truck makes no space though it would have room and hinders your own entrance. Or also that not b Some of these are also very dangerous . Especially I noticed that in Eastern Europeans and Swiss people they like to insist on it. That’s why I don’t let any of these stubborn colleagues put the blinker in by now, to overtake it. And if they want to on the highway they should look at it themselves like they do. Live and let live… so that this isn’t wrong now, I’m going to take a look at it. don’t say anything if it just doesn’t work, then it’s just like that and I’m not mad at anyone. Now to the truck drivers or also to the car drivers. How do you see all this? Maybe because of the sight of a truck driver I become more aware. Greetings Kamazfreak

  • Clutch slips through!

Hello all! It’s about a 2002 Iveco Eurotrakker 440hp, 200,000 KM run! Well loaded the last two gears a little bit through, I turn the previous gear a little higher and then take the next (and thus minimize the speed difference) is better. For me as a bureaucrat this sounds like the first signs of a worn clutch. However, I wrestle the car DIRECTly if I want to drive the car in 6 or 12 gears in the stand. of course, I can also send the driver to Iveco, but they are guaranteed to install a new clutch directly without even thinking about it… I found that it makes sense to listen to it before you release a repair order >2000€…

  • A short trip to Spain

Most of the participants here probably think I’m stupid but my partner and I would like to do a truck tour to Spain. I did the 2 on a tractor in 1997, but I didn’t drive a driver and only a while on smaller trucks. Of course it wouldn’t have to be such a big truck. Is there a need for such a wish in the greater Stuttgart-Heilbronn-Karlsruhe area? pfisti

  • Auxiliary equipment for diesel engines increases fuel yield by 20 percent

Does anyone know when to buy such parts? From the journal elektronikpraxis I have this article:www.elektronikpraxis.vogel.de/…/strategieunternehmensf… The cost-effective apparatus can be installed in any car, even gasoline could benefit from it, write the physicists around Rongjia Tao from Temple University in Philadelphia (US state Pennsylvania) . A suitably equipped Mercedes-Benz 300D increased its reach in a six month practical test of 13.6 to 16.2 km/l on the US highway – an increase of 18.75%. The fuel consumption thus decreased from 7.4 to 6.2 l/100 km. In the city the fuel yield did not increase quite as much, but still by 12 to 15%, reports the physicists. The small unit consists of a few centimeters long cylinder, which is installed before the injection nozzle. Inside it there is a strong electric field, the flowing fuel is charged electrically. The field requires very little Stro m. The repulsive effect of the electric charge makes the fuel thinner, and considerably smaller droplets are injected into the engine, which burn much more efficiently and cleaner, the researchers explain. Accordingly, the engine power of the diesel car in the laboratory increased by 20.4% during a solid spray.

  • Regress

I have a small transport company with vehicles up to 1,5to payload. therefore we mainly transport press products. 2 months ago one of my drivers turned his vehicle at his disposal into scrap because he drove without oil. And this despite several written instructions. So the engine was scrap. 3 weeks ago the same driver disassembled the next vehicle. He drove twice as fast as allowed and this despite smoothness and previous me The new leasing vehicle is total damage. 2 weeks ago, I saw video footage of my clients performing thefts at the customer’s service in the night. I saw footage of the surveillance cameras. Of course, I immediately terminated him without notice. He still has to get outstanding wages for 6 weeks, which I am not willing to pay now. Because he caused so immense economic damage to my company. Am I on the right legal side? Who can help? Thank you.

  • Truck driver’s license

Hey, I’m a student and I’m thinking of driving the truck (better said class C/CE). (If I did this automatically class CE1, BE. currently only owns class B) I’ve heard that from September 2009, it’s not that easy to close a driver’s license, or that it’s connected to an IHK exam. So exactly that the nice man at the driving school could not explain to me 😉 How is that exactly? And how about the exam, which every 5 years g Will you be different for people who made their appearance before September 2009, i.e. for the IHK tested? How much will the costs be? (Slightly today, with IHK exam and the respective check after 5 years) And finally, will a difference be made between drivers who only made the driver’s license and who have also completed an IHK exam? I know many questions…but if it is really so much more expensive then I would be nice to have you mm if I don’t make the driver’s license fast now. MfG Johnny

  • How does the waiting time behave in total at the week’s working time?

Hello dear friends, have a question about the working week. This is now limited to a maximum of 56 hours by law. My dispatcher recently thinks that the waiting time, e.g. in works, can be billed from the shift time, and at the end of the week can be practically “opened up”. Small calculation example of the so-called dispatcher: Thursday 18:00 o’clock: 50 hours on the map. That means 6 hours of working week left. 6 hours + 9 hours (waiting time in total in the works defend It’s from Monday to Thursday) = 15 hours of working a week. In my opinion, this is total nonsense, I’ve never heard of this regulation before, but I’d be interested in your MEing. It’s best with sources, where this regulation is definitely excluded. Thanks already in advance. P.s. Further regulations regarding driving,- and rest periods do not have to be addressed in detail, since these are clear.
