  • MAN L2000 8.103 5 gear transmission is fixed

    Hello I have a MAN L2000 8.108 from year 94. With the truck the transmission is fixed, it is a gear inserted, the 3rd or 4th gear, which however does not go out anymore. The gear hub can be moved freely, however the gear stays fixed in the gear unit. With the gear lever you can switch to the first and second gear and you can hear the movement in the gear unit, but nevertheless the 3rd or 4th gear remains in the gear unit although the gear lever is placed on the 1st or 2nd gear. do not move further to the right to switch to the 3rd 4th 5th or reverse gear. Does someone have an idea here, what I could look at or if I should open the gear box etc. Thanks to PS. fits here also the 6th gear box from the 8.163 etc, the 5 gear box are very rare, or where were the still installed except in the L2000?

    Hello guys, I bought a used Sprinter with 3.5 t ZGm, installed is a Siemens VDO 1381 with software 1.3 a. On freight traffic: I do not drive complete shifts, but only short trips to the customer 15-45 min back every night, when the device is picked up. I am still very new in the truck business and have learned it a little differently in the qualification than it probably is practiced. 1.     Hi, someone who had the error 2 8185 Plausability error of the target value clutch position control? Our milk collector MP3 1846 BJ 2012 with the G281-12 Powershift showed the error.
