Bus with lying areas – only when standing?
Hello to the bus specialists, I work partly in a bus company, which has two special buses. Both buses offer the possibility to sleep for the passengers. One bus is older year of construction, this was still approved, as no seat belt was required. With this bus the backrests of the seats are foldable up, so that they result in a continuous area on which to sleep (longitudinal direction), the remaining seats are also expandable, since there are again The second bus is a newer year of construction, has already been approved than the belt obligation existed. Since the belt obligation is only prescribed for passenger places in the longitudinal direction (i.e. in or against the direction of travel), the additional beds (not convertible) were installed across the direction of travel with lateral holding or locking bars (seats also do not need belts if they are installed across the direction of travel, but only a holding option). I’m not sure if I’m going to go back home and sleep while I’m driving. Now some people from other companies have told me that they’re only supposed to be used standing up when people are asleep, you can’t drive. When asked where this is: in the law (but no one could tell me Passus yet). As I assumed that my boss had settled this situation in advance, I never asked. I must go back to work. I have not read it yet (but will do so). Does anyone know here a legal provision that provides information about this? Still a small detail: The buses are registered in Austria (if there are different views regarding the approval of seats, these regulations apply in any case as described above), but since we also travel to Germany, the law may also be cited. If there is one, as German law also applies in D. Thank you in advance.

Do truck drivers look in the rearview mirror ???
First of all, I don’t have in mind to provoke with the title I imagine simply and simply after I’ve recently only grasped driving the highway the question know really so many truck drivers the rearview mirror just to rank??? I will at least twice a day braked by truck`s the two or three times blinking and then despite the fact that I have set the turn signal on the left anyway. It’s time and again Is it really necessary to overtake an 86.4 km/h driving other truck at 87,2 km/h? Also and especially in the Kassel mountains with many trucks it seems to be overtaking few and the middle lane is simply used. I ask you to drive the daily trucks to just read your view, maybe it also sounds plausible for me in the end.

More than 7.5t with FS Kl.3
I have the following question. With the FS3 you can drive truck 7,5t+AH 1axler to Max.Achslast. I somehow remember that there was a “tricked” truck so that you can drive with the 3rd approx. 12t truck. This “tricked” consisted of the fact that you built a truck train machine with a long driving position, and on it a “hooker” was coupled which had its own Aax, but actually no trailer was because it was firmly connected to me the train. n for example like a normal 3-axle truck, looked just a bit silly because the “truck” had rear lights between the rear wheels again. Does someone know that and often has a link to it or other data? Could one actually decouple the trailer, e.g. in order to do something different on it like a furniture case, then a Pritsche or ggF. sometimes also a WoMo case? Thanks and Gruss GasMatrix

Grant for truck driver’s license Employment agency / mechanic in permanent employment
Good day, I hope that I meet people here who know the topic. First of all about my person: I am 21 years old, mechatronics engineer at Volvo, trained for almost 2 years and in permanent employment. Now my boss came to us today asking me if I was interested in making a truck driver’s license. And that there would be subsidies from the employment agency of up to 50%. Now I have read something about it here and there. Even after the conversation with 2-3 work colleagues wu Is that so correct? I think there should be certain conditions for this, possibly without a fixed job or under a certain income? How exactly would that happen or what would you guess me? Can’t honestly imagine that that’s so easy. Especially since some said that you have to pay the driver’s license first and then submit an application to the agency. Is that so correct? I would be grateful for further information.

Which small(st) van as a workshop car
In this respect, I am not prejudiced by any brand. The only thing he should have is a climate and possibly an AHK. What I have seen so far is that with everyone in the extra charge list. The area of application is mainly tire-panning aid for trucks or breakdown aid just like that. Therefore, do not need a built-in shelf so that I can carry 2 tyres and a 200l barrel. The mileage per year is 10tkm – 15tkm. Would the vehicle like to drive 10-15 years. Are the standard versions enough with approx.70hp or should it be 90hp? With the old combo suction diesel with 60hp it has been possible so far. But with us in Austria there are many mountains Which brand/model is recommended or not? Does the extra price pay out e.g. at VW Caddy or Mercedes Citan? Are the French all from one factory? Thanks already in advance for tips.

[BKrFQ] Test requirements for beginners
In Germany, the IHK is responsible for the examinations for the professional driver qualification (valid for C/CE from 10.09.2009). Two examinations are possible: 1. the basic qualification (lead certificate already available) 2. the accelerated basic qualification (lead certificate is first made) For further training only the training, but no examination is required. Now it was necessary to establish examination guidelines, so that these are carried out uniformly throughout Germany. H In the meantime, there is a “common guideline”. During the examination, there is also a practical part to be provided. The knowledge to be examined is clearly defined and described accordingly. I have first selected one of these tasks (I intend to post more), so that everyone can see what will be required of beginners before they can do the job.

Rewrite class 3 FS and drive solo with additional test up to 12t?
Is it possible to rewrite an old class 3 driver’s license into the new classes and by an additional test – I don’t mean the purchase of class C – to obtain an authorization to drive solo trucks up to 12t zGG? I don’t mean the regulation of class CE with restriction 79, this is quite familiar to me. But I can’t imagine how this should work, because according to the old driving licence classes the The limit of the zGG was drawn at 7.49t for class 3. All heavier solo vehicles needed the class 2, or not? The story with the extension test on request I recently heard from an acquaintance who thinks that he has been allowed to drive Solo trucks up to 12t since then. What do you say?
