Hello, my MAN F2000 year 96 with 1.36 million on the clock has the following problem. For about one and a half years the oil pressure liesar goes back. This is after heavy stress (mountain on ) when the oil is particularly hot, the oil pressure reaches with ach and krach 3 bar at 1500 rpm. Earlier playing 3.5 bar. I do not have strong oil losses. only the connection to the compressor wets easily. Oil change we make every 65,000 km with filter change. Whether original – MAN motor oil or at the time of Eu 10W40) The oil consumption decreases at about 1 – 2 Lieter to 1000 km. ( is within the scope ) The oil pump is indestructible with the crankshaft and does not break. I reworked the Ventiele a three-quarter year ago. Does anyone have an idea where I can still look. Is this a sign of……?

Help with the purchase of a transporter
Hello, for professional reasons I need a transporter so about medium long, from year 2000 onwards, with ZV+Servo, up to 130 000km and up to 10 000 Euro should then cost. But since I had not looked so closely at this area of cars, now the question arises to me which one should buy with the above mentioned conditions? So I have up to now three favourites: MB Sprinter, Opel (or Renault Master) Mavano and Ford Transit. Has someone good or bad experiences dam it made? MfG Good slide

Change engine
Hello guys, I have a special question. I have a MAN F2000 Bj 96. In my old sweetheart works a five-cylinder D2865LF21 with 340 hp. Since we regularly ride over the Kassler mountains and to all the Üerfluss now also the B3 is no longer rotatable for us, I thought to exchange the engine through a D2866LF ( six-cylinder ) with 465 hp. Regardless of that it is economically totally stupid, and that I needed a new EDC device + wire harness, is me in question if this thing fits in there. If yes, someone has a D2866LF in the basement for a small cash register, can also be broken or worn out, would overtake the engine one way or another (just for fun). Until then men!! ( and women of course )

Caterpillar 8S8444
Hello guys, who can help me with this engine designation? Search data about this engine. Most important for me: In which vehicle was this engine installed? Because Caterpillar itself does not send me any data;are probably strictly secret!!!, try to get all data on this way. What else I know: This designation is described as a tractor version and the associated turbocharger has the size T1402. Since neither CAT-Europa-wide nor Cat-Amiland gives me an answer I put my chips on the well-oriented and professional community of the motor talk. In advance: Danke für helpfule Reply MfG S.R.

Gear runtime?
Good morning together, I have been working for 4 years on an Atego 815 (ZF – 5 gear gearbox). The car is the cheapest version that existed in 1999. (for example – seat consists of a springless stool) Now my boss assured me when hiring that in half a year a new truck would be ordered. As said 4 years ago. Meanwhile the Bock has 900,000 km and after last year the rear axle has been renewed (4500 euros) and this year the clutch ( 5500 euros) is supposed to be in his eye My question is: how long does a 5-speed transmission last for an Atego? Normally we have a good relationship, but if a car is over the Zenith, and the boss himself has no idea of a driver’s work, there are tensions. Another example of this is when the clutch is changed. The workshop found that one of the batteries (8 years old) supplied only 2 volts of electricity and my boss explained to me that a 30 watt loudspeaker and a CD player (NP 75 €) built in by me were responsible for this.

Car consulting
Hi guys, I hope you can help me. I want to be self-employed with 2 colleagues and, still have to buy a big car. A three-sided kipper with a crane, this car crane must have a boom of 30 meters and be able to carry fully extended about 3.5 tons. The point is this: We are wallers, and do all the works Querbet, more often also a new building, at when the concrete ceilings are delivered in partial prefabricated parts. These must then be placed on the walled walls. Now in the company where I’m still working Chief always ordered a mobile crane, just the cost and one depends on the moods of the crane driver + his boss. Now I want to point out, I have seen that there are now empty car cranes with long arms, abe these also hold the load? What kind of car would you recommend me as a tipper up to 7.5 tons, I thought of a MB 809. Because in my old company we have an 809, an 814 and an 815. And the 809 is the most robust. Gi bts also with Diff. lock?? Because the 814 with us has none and I dig all the nose long. What must I pay attention to when buying a car. How much money do I have to invest.

EU – Professional drivers
Hello! During a training course on dangerous goods last weekend, the topic of EU-BKF was discussed among the whole truck drivers at once. As is always the case: Everyone wants to say what – nobody knows. So I went to search for information and found it with a good overview under EU-BKF. In a quite clear structure, the requirements for professional drivers are presented there. Decisive whether you have a basic qualification or a qualified driver. If you have to complete your driving licence after the 09.2008 (bus driver) or 09.2009 (truck driver) you have to prove such a qualification before you can work as a driver. I no longer describe what the exact content of such a qualification is, by reference to the link. However, for most of us this should not be true, since we probably all already have the cardboard. Nevertheless, you also have If you have made your driver’s license before the above-mentioned dates, you must definitely continue to train – if you are not a trained professional driver. The first training course for all bus drivers must be completed by 2013 at the latest and for all truck drivers by 2014 at the latest. This training course takes place in 5 units á 7 hours and can also be completed, for example, by participating in a driving safety training or an ADR seminar. The training is to be repeated every 5 years. Of course, these trainings are not for nothing, but must be paid again expensively and cost also working time. However, if you do not take part in such training, your driving license loses. So example: Someone made his driving licence class 2 15 years ago and since then drives in a forwarding company. He does his work safely and reliably every day. If someone like this does not have training as above b It is also interesting to note another detail: the much-worn Polish drivers already have the EU BKF in their pockets. Poland has made the BKF a direct obligation for all truck drivers because of its accession to the EU. What do you say on the subject? Looking forward to your opinions! Greetings de Kölsche

Question about truck driving licence and trailer load
Hello, I have 2 questions that fit best into this forum (as I mean) 1. I am thinking about whether I make the truck driver’s license. There are C1/E and C/E. MUss you make all 4 tickets or is it enough if I make the C/E? What does the ticket cost so much? 2. Then I still have a charge for the trailer load on the car At the moment I have the driver’s license B. The following example: I have a car with 1500kg empty weight and 1000kg payload, hook load is unbraked 700kg, and braked 1200kg. Dar f do I drive a trailer with 1500kg zlg total mass, if it is not fully charged and weighs 1200kg? I hope ear can answer me thanks Tobi
