Hello Motor-Talker, I wanted to make a truck driver’s license (Kl. CE) soon. I heard once that you can drive with 18 also commercial vehicles, if these are not loaded. I also heard that you can carry with 18 agricultural goods, namely within a radius of 50km around the location of the vehicle. I have already tried the search but unfortunately found nothing. To avoid the 10.09. driver’s license regulation : Does the application date / start of training for the driver’s license apply and I could e.g. also after the 10.09 take the exam ? or do I have to take the driver’s license exam before the 10.09. ? Servus people, had yesterday’s extreme case. The following problem: A customer of mine wanted to change batteries on his MAN L2000. He removed the old ones and wanted to wait until Monday with him because he didn’t have much time. Now comes,…. in the run away he noticed that the window on the passenger side was still open. Electric window lifter. Vehicle was standing outside so the window had to be closed. He took his battery car and thought he just hung the there between. Actually logical and no problem. Then he switched the poles in the hectic. He didn’t notice and got in, turned on the ignition to close the window, but there was nothing. Then white smoke came out under the cab. He ran to the battery box and immediately suspended everything. Now to the damage I could see immediately so to speak short diagnosis: starter line and B+ line to the alternator are scrap. Now the question to all MAN freaks, what do you mean What extent of this damage could still take? Was the only thing I could see on the fast. Next problem the vehicle should be sold and should as always not cost anything. Have no schematics for MAN but think that there is some defective. I am definitely looking forward to your answers. Because of the topic “Which drivers do not fall under the professional driver qualification” here in the forum I found out that drivers who only transfer vehicles (over 3.5to) do not need BKF-Quali. The driver is not allowed to drive and only the driver drives the truck all day. An example of understanding: 10 customers on day means 4 hours of driving break. Then 5 hours of pure driving time. Good evening, I’m doing the training as a professional driver. Because I thought that was a good idea. But I don’t think so anymore. More and more entrepreneurs have told me that they don’t care if their drivers have learned it or not. I have now received an offer from an entrepreneur that I should start with him. He offered me 230€ net in month (distance and dangerous goods) And has super well-kept trucks ́s Am wochende definitely home etc. Me the money is hardly enough to keep up the training. And I am afraid if I continue the training ( 1 whole year still) that I would not get such an offer anymore. And the training does not bring me anything. The ADR certificate would pay me the new boss. What do you think I should go there?
