Hello Leidensgemeinschaft, have finally found a small tool at the IAA in Hanover, that allows the automatic input of the PIN during speedometer testing. The thing is put on the interface and flopp is one in calibration mode…those who have done this monster procedure with impossible installation position of the tachograph, know what I mean, look at www.keco.me Has one possibly already experienced with it?

Maximum speed truck highway
Good day, I want to get an electric car, which is why I do range calculations in advance. With regard to the motorway, acceleration maneuvers are poison, of course, if you have to use the energy of the battery households. Theoretically, I would therefore constantly roll along the right truck lane. To do this, I would have to know what speed the trucks create until the throttle closes, so that one swims evenly in the traffic current. This “excessive” calculation is therefore carried out, since each km/h the re-driver is The assumption is a flat highway without a slope. I assumed that about 95km/h real (~98 am Tacho) are realistic. You may have other maximum values, which I can use. Thanks for the approximate maximum value, which I can orient myself on.

(Car)Transporter/Pruche 3.5T/2T
Hello, A question to the specis: Is there a (car)transporter/pritch of the 3.5T permissible total weight and 2000kg charge? The age of the construcion doesn’t really matter. Or: which factory could be converted like this (with approval of course)? Would be grateful for any hint greeting Wojtek

Actros MP3 reverse gear should stay inside
Hello guys I got a few additional reversing lamps mounted on my Actros Mp3 from the company. Unfortunately they have connected it so that they only glow when the reverse gear is in. No toss. Switch. But if I have to unload somewhere in the dark, I also want to see something when unloading and not only when driving backwards. The Actros switches back into neutral after a certain time, if I leave the reverse gear in it. So that’s not how it works. a tip? Can you somehow leave the reverse gear in it? Or does it only help to wire differently? Thanks and greetings

Auxiliary drive problems
Hi guys, I’d like to know your experiences in things related to auxiliary engines at Man. We are a working-class landlord and currently have 2 TGL and 2 L2000 (7,150, 8,150, 8,180 and 18,280) in use. At regular intervals we have serious problems with the auxiliary drives. With none of the 4 vehicles the drive has lasted longer than 1.5 years. Most of the time it starts with that the drives can be put in worse or almost only go in with crashes until they then s In the case of the diagnosis, the return fork and the pressure disc have usually always entered or the compressed air piston from the return fork has entered. It was also several times the case that the gears themselves were heavily worn out. One must also say that in these vehicles of the secondary drive a hydraulic pume drives which supplies our crane similar construction. Furthermore, our use cannot be compared with that of a tipper truck. Since we have the auxiliary drives considerably higher running times (about 500-1000h in the year). As a rule, the drives run all day at a time. Since we currently also have 3 Atego and div. Sprinter in use, which do not cause any problems (the oldest has already over 5000h) we are quite detached from the reliability. Moreover, for a repeater are always very fast 1000,- away and most vehicles run slowly out of the guarantee, what the story to a teuren hobby mac Our Man branch office is very busy and also regularly consults ZF on the problem (several local appointments with ZF) however, the MAN master is slow with his Latin at the end.

Black warrior
Hello, On the net I found the truck from the unfortunately deceased A. S.. For the 6 year old truck 100t€ are called up. Is such a show truck really so valuable and constant or is it trying to make a business with the previous owner? I mean if it comes to the benefit of the widow it is OK. And that’s what I mean as I wrote it.

CB radio for the car
Moin, I’d like to upgrade a CB radio for my private car. You know it, it’s in traffic jam, nothing works anymore, you don’t know why. How nice it wouldn’t be to have a CB radio in the car to ask the colleagues ahead what’s going on. Or to draw the attention of colleagues (e.g. broken pears, etc.) But what’s the best thing for the car. Of course I don’t have a place to put a 1.5m antenna on the roof unless I want to be hit by lightning. d handy devices that you know or may have/used? Do you even get mobile devices for this radio bandwidth? Or only stationary devices? If yes, any recommendations? What about use from 2020 on? Have I read in a lot and looked into it, but I don’t get through it all. I know about a CD-approved device + certificate. Max 4W. Channels I know luckily still from the truck Would be grateful for every tip. LG Joey

Daimer Benz Atego reversing headlamp without function
Mercedes Benz Atego 1222, built in 2009, manual gearbox, crane tipper. The following problem: reversing headlights without function We have already checked the usual things. We pull the relay K7 (reversing headlight) at the top of the basic module and give power to 30 and 31 burn the return headlights. Therefore, no cable break to the rear. The relay is new, also we have changed the basic module for precautionary reasons. All fuses are inside. r with the Star Diagnosis, the return light will not happen. It is also funny that the Star Diagnosis does not recognize a GM. Otherwise everything works on the truck, we can also control everything else with the Star Diagnosis. According to our knowledge, the relay is controlled via the basic module, this should happen if the switch on the gearbox gives signal. (cable color from below: black/green and black/yellow with red stripes. Both cables go up into different plugs. We are with the Lat One at the end.

Couple of small questions about the driver card
My company sometimes lends equipment with trucks (own and borrowed) to customers. Sometimes it happens that we drive to the customer quickly with a jumper because a part is missing or needs to be replaced quickly and no own drivers are on site. I have dealt with the EU guidelines a little bit and come to the point that we would have to carry a 28 day proof with us if we are travelling with a vehicle > as 2.8 tons zGG (according to driving my question: do we have the so-called craft clauses, so that up to 3.5 tons we have no recording obligation and from 3.5 to 7.5 tons only within the 50Km no recording obligation. We have no forwarding license and these journeys belong to our profession(job) however, they are only a small fraction of our work as we otherwise work in the office or in the warehouse. Thank you in advance. Fabs
