TCM and PEMA do not have such a thing on offer and can unfortunately not get this either 🙁 Thank you very much in advance for your help! Greeting Tim

Chewing advice Roll-off tipper
Hello together, for our biomass power plant, which will be in operation shortly, must in future drive about 20,000 cbm wood chips from the forest to our plant every year. For a few weeks now I have been looking for a used truck with roll-off tipper. I have so far been able to find up to 25000 Euro nothing useful. The market is quite empty at present. Was already ready to make an offer for a new one, but 130,000 Euro net are too expensive for me. rhalten: Scania R113 6×4, year 1996 with 750,000 KM on the speedometer. The vehicle has already many KM, but is first hand and makes a very well-kept impression. And the suitable trailer is still there for 5000. Since I have not had much experience with trucks so far, I would like to hear your opinion about it. I think the vehicle is older than what I originally wanted, but it will probably last 2, 3 years. Complicated is the fact that it is one of the last 3 models I guess it’s already a rather old box from driving behaviour and operation…. But I haven’t driven it yet and can’t say anything about it. Can’t estimate the repair risk either. What bothers me is that the next Scania workshop is 80 KM away. Alternatively, an Iveco Bj. 97, 400,000 KM for 27,000 euros. Advantage: Iveco workshop is only 5 KM. Otherwise I haven’t found anything reasonable yet. Need 6×4 or 6×6 with as much as possible 7 meters roll-off tipper. They are very thinly sewn. I am curious about your opinions. Thank you and many greetings Markus

Main-beam passenger cars
in Austria on the highway, the guide rails are replaced by concrete walls at all times, which may lead to increased safety in case of accidents, on the other hand, to a safety risk for the trucks and in further consequence also for the pkws on the opposite runway I drive only in the night and the most strenuous at this working time are blinding pkws, which either (because of the concrete walls) really do not see that I turn them on 10 times or more often with the light horn, or de if it just doesn’t matter if you blind someone, of course, you can now say that I should just get headlights, but every non-self-employed driver knows exactly that the fewest bosses pay I would just want more clarification from the authorities, car clubs or driving schools what experiences or inspirations do you have on this topic?

Ignition lock VW Crafter
One of our craters has already been left with defective ignition lock for the second time within two months. The key can no longer be turned in the lock. According to the VW workshop, the ignition lock has been changed during the production. We got an old lock during the first exchange action. We have two other crafters, all from 207, these two had no problems until now. The vehicles are always started with the same key. The spare keys are always in the vault. Are you aware of any problems from this direction?

Truck import from USA
Hello friends, I am interested in an older truck (only tractor) from America. Prices would be fine. Questions: 1. How does a transfer to Germany blow off, i.e. from a U.S. state in the interior to one of our domestic ports ? (shipping possibly in container?) 2. What does that cost about ? So if necessary I fly and drive with it to the next coast. But I am of course looking for the cheapest solution. 3. Should an on-site inspection of the truck take place absolutely, at a purchase price of approx. 5000 to 10000 €, despite exemplary picture documentation and description of the condition? How much can one trust the American vendors? I calculate anyway with costs for a certain “restoration”. In principle I am stupid, in Germany I lay myself under every car intended for purchase and now I want to buy the cat in the bag. 4. How high is the cost for an upgrade to German StVO (illumination, journey recorder etc.) So, still nothing is fix, I only sammüße me so practical tips.

opening the Volvo F611 spring brake cylinder?
Hello, How do you open or rather disassemble a spring brake cylinder on a Volvo F611 without the spring flying around your ears? Has anyone ever done this of you and can maybe give me some tips on it. I would be very grateful to you. Greetings

Brake sit “soft” at Opel Movano/Renault Master
Hello, with my 3.0 Movano there are always theatres with the brake. Now the rear brake system has been changed to the second mail within a year. What irritates me particularly is that the brake pedal feels really soft when I step on it. If I stand at the traffic light and step on the brake pedal, the pedal gives up almost to the bottom sheet. At the beginning this was not the case. At my Ländmovano the brake was the same as I knew before. Solid and clearly defined Druc When I had my car again, I had quite problems getting used to his brake at the first meters. The braking effect seems to be ok in itself. It’s only started after the first brake repair. The Opel master thinks, “You couldn’t do anything. That would be just like that for some vehicles. Opel would have tried a lot but never found anything.” The brake used to be really cool for my taste. What do our car mechanics say about this? Have you ever had such a thing before? Why is that? Do I really have to live with it? I am grateful for every hint. Unfortunately, I did not cause a total damage to every complaint with an external crankshaft, the problem is that it is ignored by my Opel dealer or blown off as above. I am grateful for no warning. Greeting Karsten

New Actros 5.Gang defective or gear damage?
When I drove the car from Osnabrück to Stuttgart, the 5th small and big gear made me a bit worried. So if I switched from 3 small to 5 small, it did not do the usual switching noises but he really throbbed in the gear that you meant the gearbox comes out of the grille at the front, since I normally drive with a different actros I know that this is not the case. can anyone give me a tip or did someone ever have the same problem?? MFG Simon

What’s the use of your truck?
Due to the ongoing debate about increased fuel costs, I would be interested in what your trucks consume minimally and maximally, as the consumption can often be reduced by predictive driving, please give a few tips. So I start with the start: I am currently driving a Scania R 380 with Opticruise 40t outward drive Empty return Fully unloaded terrain Central Germany Consumption 26ltr/100km minimum consumption 23 ltr max Consumption 30 ltr/ 100 km
