Hello Perhaps one can help me here. We have recently bought a Vario 612 Bj. 2000 and converted it to a Womo. The engine is the 2.9 liter five-cylinder with 116 Ps. Before it was a double cabin with platform and tarpaulin, now it is a single cabin with duere construction. Everything with blessing from the Dekra. My problem is the following, I am looking for documents, explosion drawings, repair instructions etc. for the Vario, only for the Vario and not for the construction. I find in the net no documents that would be helpful to me during repair and maintenance work. I would like to know where the component is and how the compressed air supported braking system works. Hi, I tried to switch from winter to summer bikes the day before yesterday. On the rear axle it went well, but on the front left the air impact screwdriver does not release two screws. I built something up (see picture). I wanted to put a 2m long tube on the cross. I tried a little but then stopped out of fear. What do you mean? Try that with the extension or in the workshop hoping that they have a stronger impact screwdriver? Maybe there is another trick? The wheels were changed the last time in October and tightened according to manual with 240Nm.

Servus, a year ago I bought a Renault Master 2 year of manufacture 2004, now I’m driving my truck driver’s license and would like to get into the 7.5 tons class and therefore sell the master. Another reason why I have to sell the master is because I can’t find any more engine bearings for it. Now I’ve looked around a bit and the Mercedes Vario has fallen right into my eye. Actually, it’s exactly what I’m looking for, about the consumption of the size it’s perfect. Also, it’s much more known and popular than the master(zb in the camper scene). My question now would be which year of construction (series) I should avoid, so that something like the master doesn’t happen again. Because online you find many Varios with Bj 2004… Also, you say the truck engines twice as far as car engines, so that is the whole of the 100,000 km for a passenger car Vario?

Hello, Sicherung 6 MB Sprinter Bj 2000 for turn signals, windscreen wipers, fans, burn through. Moin dear MTler, I have a Sprinter 903 with which the brake pedal is very soft, so also very low braking performance. I have aired the system several times, also with the Star diagnosis. It is good every time for 1-2 days afterwards and then the brake pedal becomes soft again. Brake lines and hoses etc. everything is tight, there is no brake fluid missing. I exclude vacuum system because the pedal would otherwise be hard or then it wouldn’t be better after the airing. Has anyone had this before? The HBZ is already new. I suspect a defect in the ABS control block. Would I be happy about some answers. MfG

Since the end of 2021 we drive the Mercedes as a leasing vehicle.
