Moin, Mein alten Sprinter (BJ 2005 ) has for some time the problem, which slightly in the parked condition the battery sucks empty. The radio is meanwhile expanded – now we have the preheating in suspicion, which just recently turns on unmotivated. Permanently when parking the negative pole of the battery is also not a solution. There is due to the age no proof of use for this car. How do I adjust the preheating reasonably? How do I find the error i n the electrics? I am a DAU (the stupidest user to accept), but the whole screwdrivers also did not know any advice…. I hope for an answer ; thank you in advance

Trailer battery starter
I have a 3,500 kg three-sided tipper trailer with electric drive. A problem occurs when the trailer is fully loaded and the battery is empty – in this condition the tilt function cannot be used. The battery is installed in a closed battery box under the trailer, which makes it inaccessible from the outside or from the bottom. You can only reach the battery when the trailer (in empty condition) is tilted. I am looking for a way to get started. My idea was to move cables from the plus and minus poles of the battery to a weatherproof socket and to attach them to the frame of the trailer. So I could use the appropriate plug to connect an external starter battery or my car battery and operate the trailer. My questions: What kind of socket, plug and cable are suitable for this purpose? Gi Is there possibly already ready systems or solutions for such cases? Or is there a better way to solve the problem? Thank you in advance for your support!

Front tyres strong on the outside
Dear Starfriends, at my 2017 W906 316 CDI, the front tyres on the outside were heavily driven. An axle measurement at Mercedes showed that everything was set correctly. My tyre dealer said that this was always the case with these cars, as the main weight would be on the outside edges. Do you have the same experience? Do you have a solution? Thank you. Mercedes Sprinter 906 311CDI 2008 Rear light, brake light on one side
Moin moin, has the following problem on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter 906 2.2L 109 PS Bj 2008. From the start of the brake, after letting go of the brake pedals, the front left the dipped light falls off and the rear left the brake light. When starting without the brake, everything works, as well as the brake light during the first actuation. Side marking light and turn signals work. AHK not available. Does anyone perhaps have a circuit diagram from the power line light control? All bulbs are new, battery new, brake light switch new, rear lights new, warning flash switch (center console control unit) also new, fuses i.o. Has cost me 500 EU so far, partly the components were already due… have worked for months, suddenly Hab the rear lights completely changed left and right among each other. Unfortunately also the same game. Can not lie on the rear lights. as soon as I have the (F1 – 25) fuse no. 18 from 7.5 A to 10 A replace, the dipped-beam at the front left again works. The brake light remains permanent after the first actuation. Any conjectures, mass? Would be grateful for any help

Stand-up heating switch without function
Hello all, I have a Sprinter w906 316CDI, 163hp, built in 2013. The switch for the heater has not shown any reaction for some time, so the heater doesn’t start and doesn’t glow either. At times the malfunction coincided with the attempt to expand the radio (which I did not do after all). I already checked: – fuses: all ok! – plug-in radio and heating (if accessible): everything ok! – diagnostic device icarsoft v2.0 recognizes the standh no eitzung and therefore no error message. – Tank is full – heating controller on full What could that be? ECU defective? Where exactly is this? At Mercedes I was told: Stand heating would be normal after this time, especially if you don’t start the heater longer. But if the switch doesn’t even light up, then it can be that there is no signal to the stand heating and the heater is ok per se, right? Thanks for your help! Best regards Alex

Turbidity value too high at AU
I have a Sprinter 208 cdi from the year 2005 with a mileage of 303,000 km. After I have eliminated all damage to the engine technology, I had the AU done once. I renewed the following things in advance: LMM, both vacuum control valves, vacuum box throttle valve and the AGR valve cleaned. Filters and oils are new. I drove the car for about an hour at 3000 tours with ARAL Super Diesel before I went to the workshop. Unfortunately the Trübu was located ngwert at the first measurement at 1.1 then at the 2nd attempt at 1.3 and at the 3rd at 1.4. AGR valve is clean and works as far as I can judge impeccable. If I give gas in out of the idle the engine throws out a small black cloud first. Does anyone have any idea why the value is so high? Greeting Dirk

Sprinter 903 does not accept gas
Hello everyone, my Sprinter 316er from 2002, 272000km does not take any more gas in the range 1500-2000 revolutions, I drive and it always does as if I had gone from the accelerator pedal, if I press the pedal further it comes again and runs at higher speeds cleanly, at the branch error memory was read out and found nothing. Also he has for 2 years a ticking noise from the engine control unit ( like relay switching ) and the driving light becomes light and d unkel. The AGR valve, the brake light switch, rail pressure sensor and the accelerator pedal have been changed before, the LMM and the alternator are still from 2002, I ordered both now and will change them. grip driver side a column (mb-code 75)
hello people, have another question. mb would like for 2 grips (a-pillar re. and li.) incl. installation 301€ incl. VAT. grips incl. mounting material for both sides cost 131€ without VAT. the installation is too expensive for me as early retirement and you can certainly do that yourself. for consequential damage I have to wh self-exploit, since the retrofitting of the daimler ag is not tested or released. but please someone can tell me how I get the covering of the a-pillars and whether it doesn’t matter in which r height the handles are attached, or are there exrta predestined to put for it? thank you for your infos ??
