Hello, now also have a Sprinter 315 cdi with EZ 10/06. Now the engine control light has turned on and I no longer have any power. Switching the engine off and on at short notice remedy. When reading out with Torque come following errors: P0101 – Mass or Vol. air quantity meter circuit range/operation problem (declared as “current lazy”) P1955 – no description, according to Google a not relevant error regarding NOx (as “pending lazy” declared) P2011 – flow control ngsystem in the intake manifold (bank 2) – fault/interruption P2134 – circle sensor/switch F throttle/acceleration pedal position – signal discontinuous P2672 – injection pump timing offset (for this I have unfortunately found no German translation) In another topic it was written that it may be on the throttle valve if several errors occur at once. However, since I have another engine, the OM 646, advised me “saft otter”, better to open up a new topic Viellei I would have to delete the mistakes to see which ones are left over. Sprinter engine 519 CDI noise
Hello to everyone. I have used a Hymerwohnmobil integrated with engine 519 CDI. The vehicle has still until Oct. 2014 warranty. When accelerating the vehicle and warm engine one hears an additional noise. It sounds as if something was rubbing or grinding. Three workshop visits at different Mercedes houses did not help. All companies have confirmed the disturbing noise but finally defined it as state of the art. Who knows the problem and can help me? I am grateful for every answer. hweinz

Ignition lock ticked, what could it be?
Evening together, I have at my 2006 Sprinter Pritsche the ignition lock Fritte…. has now given up after 2 years eternal hook completely the spirit. Now nothing more moves…. I let the to a MB workshop drag and they thought they have to expand the whole steering bar to get to the defective lock… Cost point 1250€ net is this realistic … seems to me to be a bit high or? Stinking interior / Coated injector
Hello people, with our 316 of 2010 the interior stinks of exhaust gases. The reason is the leaky injector from the 4th cylinder. Everything is full of oil coal up to the top. We have now solved the holder, but we can not get it off, we can not completely fold it up and remove it, it bends at the lower edge and we can therefore not get it higher. Do you know if you have to turn the nozzle something ? We will then screw it up and then a hydraulic screw up 8L with extension and hope that you can turn it a piece. But I fear that the injector is firmly seated. To set our puller on, unfortunately the holder has to be removed. Deim 311 you get the holders out without turning, when using the nozzles you have to turn them a little bit until the holder slips in. And what I noticed, there are 7 screws Tx50 installed on the 316, not the 6 with Tx40. And the holder is symmetrical at the 311, at the 316 one nose is longer. VG, Andre

Sprinter 416 CDI ( OM 612 ) power oscillators !
Hello, have a camper with Mercedes 416 CDI engine ( 156 hp – year 2004 – OM 612 engine – 90,000 km – retrofitted particle filter because of green plate ).Now I have for some time the following problem: the car drives about 250 km ( or even less ), then I have – as it feels – no more turbo. It drives, switches also, but turns and turns only and goes hardly forward ( I gondel then with 30 km/h nn mountain up … ) There is no motor lamp and it also does not drive in an emergency program ( as far as I can judge ). If I stop briefly, switch off the engine and then restart after about 20 seconds again the problem is gone … then he runs again “how smeared” …… about 100 or even 200 km or longer …??? A familiar of me has read out the error memory and said something about problems with the underpressure . Unfortunately, is the next 4 weeks on holiday and before I search for everything now as a layman: has already had the same problem before and has had the worst problem for me?

316 CDI – Engine damage?
With a loud bang today my 316 CDI with 32000km mileage (2.5 years old) on the highway has said goodbye. Oil and cooling water have run out…. Are such problems known with the engine? The vehicle was recently for routine inspection and had fresh oil. No error message before the bang. Has run quite quietly on the 500km track before the event.
