(no tent site, no luxury hotel) somewhere between Susa and Briancon ? For equipment, tyres (tolls a must ?) routes ? I know that there are numerous clips at youtube. I have been studying the Denzel for 3 months and I am member at alpenrouten.de Therefore, personal experiences are important to me above all.

  • Winter meeting Hohenfichte near Augustusburg (PlanB) also 2012!

Tach Gemeinde! At the beginning of this year, the Augustusburg had cancelled the motorcycle winter frieze at short notice. Two winter motorcycle meetings, two events, one approach…. And what do you do now a week as a winter biker camper??? We have thought about something… …we call the first “winter games of the bikers”, the Bike-o-Lymp ics 2012 from: Of course, it is a gross nonsense, but with a serious sports-supporting background! What awaits you, more soon. Only so much: We need teams of four! From the region, from the club, with the buddies, however. Flags and hymns are welcome! • Norway in September?

Moin moin in the round! Quite new to you in the forum I have a modest question: Do you think it’s too cold for a tour (about 9-11 days) from the district of Rotenburg Wümme to Norway? I’m planning quite loosely ahead of me: Up to Denmark Over to Norway one of my small ferries And then enjoy the landscape in the area south-middle Norway and back. It doesn’t have to be the North Cape for me. Reasonable tent, sleeping bag and thermal underwear I have of course. I’m looking for good tips for a tour that doesn’t have too many altitude meters as much as possible (avoiding cold and snow). I’ve of course used the search function before and read many great travel areas and HP ́s. However, the travel time was never September….A sign? I’m looking forward to every thoughtful tip!!

  • TomTom Urban Rider – Experiences

moin ! Sodala, the Navi has arrived today, I bought it at T-Online for 229 €. For the coal is in the carton: – the Navi – RAM holder with mounting kit – power supply (100-240V) – div. adapter for the power supply – USB cable – manual (with at best a small information collection in X languages) – cards for DE, CH, AT, NL and 15 other EU countries The Bluetooth headset is not included, also a 12V power supply would have been desirable, but you can also buy yourself cheaply in the accessories. D the battery should withstand up to 8 hours, which should be good enough for medium tours up to 500 km. The first impression is very good, the Navi looks ruby and well processed. The operation functions intuitively and the setup of the Navi is also done in 2 minutes. The RAM holder looks ok, whereby I will check the hold more often. The holder can be mounted via clamp or to the existing clamping of the clutch / brake lever. I have it between the clamps above the L The navigator can be used quickly and safely, whereby the anti-theft protection is equal to zero if you are at a junction. If you know how to do it, you don’t need 2 seconds. Let’s see what else comes up to me as additional security. The route planning works so well, plan your route on the PC with Tyre for example and load it to the navigator in the workstation (itn folder). The routes can then be mounted enkkopf (Suzuki GS 550 Katana). call in the navigator under route planning. ————- Find another little route, drive briefly and then see how it goes with it.

  • Romania travel–your suggestions ??

Hello to you I once have our round trip which starts in May, uploaded as GPX. We drive with a 1150 GS, a 1200 GS LC and a Yamaha MT 07 (whose driver will hopefully not kill us the road condition is unfortunately not visible in the maps—worst for the GS driver, not quite so for the Jamsen-man, who will compensate this however by youth) Maybe someone was already there and can give the one or the other tip. bike tours planning made easy to call up and import the GPX files in. I would be happy about suggestions, suggestions for improvements etc. Oh yes, start is in early May in Regensburg, then to Prague, from there by train to Kosice, there then start the 14-day journey

  • Vacation in the south of Germany

In September it is expected to go from the north to the south of Deitschland. We have thought about a holiday apartment somewhere cheap to rent. We are called my girlfriend ( Sozia ) and me. Since we do not necessarily want to be dependent on weather and luggage otherwise also tight should take place by car and trailer. Does someone have experience there? Where can you go to have a good starting point for tours? Would you like also Austria or Switzerland…? Maybe near Munich, would you like to … you can do something without a motorcycle (in bad weather, for example) … you have the car there. I am curious about your experiences!

  • Tour planning Northern Germany => Catalonia

Hello. I will soon move from northern Germany to Catalonia and therefore have the opportunity to drive a good 2000 kilometers through Germany, Holland, France, Belgium or even Switzerland. For me this would be the first trip of this kind and I have never been in these countries except Paris, so everything is new for me. Can be stayed in a tent. I am with the enormous possibilities of the route (start time 24 August, duration 3-5 T How do I design it as cost-effectively as possible, but also get something interesting to see? How do I avoid toll roads in France? Google Maps shows toll-free routes through Spain, but not through France. Is this any legal thing, or can you really not go through toll-free? Where do I camp in beautiful countryside and as cost-effective as possible? Me and a friend who comes along will have 1-2 medium-sized tents. And if the costs take into account are, which places (now not necessarily cities) are interesting for 2-3-hour driving breaks? Should I perhaps consider anything else during the tour planning? Of course, I do not want to stand in traffic jams.

  • How does a journey go exactly?

Hello people, have long had the desire for a two-wheeled trip. My first big wish would be Lake Garda and surroundings. I bought a Kawasaki ZR7 a few days ago. Either with it or it will be a scooter (e.g. Vespa ET4) or something else. I’m not sure how to do that, so I mean the ride. Coming from Dortmund and coming from me to Lake Garda it looks like the following: Highway = 10h / 961Km Landstrasse = 16h / 991Km. Where I am now insecure Actually, I want to get the way there quickly behind me and only start to enjoy driving there? Drive directly through the motorway to there? Drive over country roads, if necessary with an overnight stay? If possible by ferry shorten the way or let motorcycle/roller take there by transporter, fly there and then drive off? Or fly right there and rent a vehicle there? What would be the smartest and most efficient decision? LG
