Good morning, Kuzes Foreword: I would like to find here expressly no legal advice, but only a few information to a language further information. What about the legal responsibility with guided motorcycle tours? In particular the question of liability in the event of accidents or general misconduct of my side and of others. My naive idea is to offer (half) day tours in my home country. According to the motto: offer times and if people want to ride it is nice, if not then it is ok. Max. 8-10 participants. I would limit myself to the route. So plan route and stops for sights and stopovers and lead. Profit-orientedness is not in the foreground, but should also not be excluded. According to my previous researches one is responsible as organizer, and especially there I want to know of course what I do. Is a “normal” lawyer here the right contact point? Who formulates e.g. the participant condition What else can there be for conditions? Tax law questions are another topic, whereby I consider this to be obvious (registration of trades). Greeting Christoph

Motorcycle – neck pain – ordeal on the tour
Dear community, maybe someone with the same problem can help me solve it for myself: Since I am 18 I drive a motorcycle – often very long distances. Depending on the model I drive, I have since been getting burning and stabbing pain between the neck and shoulder blades after about 2 hours. I had no problems on Yamaha FZ1 and BMW F800GS. However, there are problems on CB 550 Four, FZR 1000, FJ 1200, FJR 1300, GS1150 ADV and unfortunately also on my aktu ellen GS 1200 ADV. What I think can be excluded are: – false helmet – problem is independent – false wind protection FZ 1 has no, 800 GS has tested which – inadequate training (daily 40 minutes back, abs, arms) – handlebar increase up and down – uses nothing – different benches with different heights and within these still different adjustment heights. So it must be due to the ergonomics of the motorcycle. I don’t want this So now it has to be rebuilt until it fits. What might help is a handlebar that is closer to the upper body. Is there anything there? Does anyone have any other ideas? The picture shows the seat position still with handlebar lift. For your help already thank you very much.

I’ve been away for a few days, and I’ve got photos on the way…
Following a spontaneous inspiration, I asked my wife to pack my bags for the motorcycle suitcases, because she knows better what I need on tour than myself. Quickly another set of Pirelli Scorpion Rallye STR for the R1200GS procured and assembled, plugged in check and credit card as well as a few hundred euro cashes and off for it. I drove in 9 days exactly 4015 kilometers, burned 240 liters of super gasoline, saw insanely beautiful landscapes, great and interesting met ante people, stayed at ingenious spots and experienced exciting things. I chose 60 pictures for interested people. Are self-explanatory part 1

ACT Greece 2019 Tour – with more than just interested passengers
The ACT Greece is planned with more than “only interested ” passengers ( which seem almost never to be the starting point ) in the period May 2019. This period is flexible and is considered as an indication until you have the suitable force together. Since there is also to be a bit more relaxed there unfortunately also ALTENED RESTRICTIONS Since this is an enduro tour is also a well equipped enduro needed and provided …………. ST FOR THE “I COMM DA NOT LANG ” fraction must be able to move the passengers safely away from the roads. Enduro courses are helpful here and I therefore use them as a must. Well-prepared and equipped machines are also natural for me. This also includes the straight adjustment of the handlebar position, the lever with handguards as well as the suspension settings. Feet are basically right on the ground, not only the footpits. zen, if you are sitting on the machine in the stand. Due to the routes should also be more than just a “sport tank with 6 or 7 liters “. There will also be no 250 KG bombers with you again! Procedures to this effect: Find Energetic passengers Plan a suitable period for all driving associations Book and go to have a lot of fun ……… Getting to know a real before in an acceptable setting would be helpful, but not necessarily a must. Please spare this I have a GS 1200 but I can still drive great terrain ” etc. etc. ……….

For the first time on tour – what equipment?
Hello together, at Fronleichnam it’s for the first time on a big tour to South Tyrol. I drive a 2005 V-Strom 650, have meanwhile bought me a pack roll and saddle bags, also a small tank backpack I would have. What else do you need? Which rain combi would be recommended? What do you take with you for visor / disc cleaning? Thanks for Tips! Greeting, Tobias

Trailers, even for the motorcycle?!
Hello everyone, I hope I’m in the right forum. If not sorry. I want to buy a car trailer which I would like to use to transport litter or sometimes building materials because I buy a house zz. Later I want to be able to transport with this car trailer also my motorcycle and that of my wife. Now the problem is that I only own driving licence class B so it must be a trailer up to MAX 750 kg. The second problem is of course the money. I had now thought of a hardware store trailer. Since there is usually the brand Stema: total weight 750kg payload 630kg outer dimensions (L x W x H) 292 x 150 x 87 box dimensions inside (L x W x H) 201 x 108 x 33 tyres (inch) 13 we come to my question would fit there 2 motorcycles? do you want other or better ideas? Money limit would be at 600€. thank you already in advance.

First multi-day excursion with Chopper – Beginner’s Questions…
Hello you! Since last year I have been the proud owner of a motorcycle driver’s license and a moped. Since I’m rather the Chopper type, it has become a Suzuki VL 800 Volusia… So far there have been only short trips and day trips. This year it should be a little longer trip. I feel like a long weekend, so 4-5 days. Long finish would be a motorcycle holiday later. For that I would like to get a travel enduro from Honda, BMW or something like that. n including suitcases & co. But since after a first sighting in the lower price segment 2500-300 euro are due, it is not possible for now. Plus the entire equipment – with the chopper I am currently with open helmet & co on the way… So, first use what you have. My idea is now on the chopper, which runs as a one-seater to mount a luggage carrier instead of the sociuspad. On it such a luggage roll and off it goes… I know everyone is different. But how big should the roll be . to be able to travel for 4-5 days. Since I don’t want to carry a folding chair, tent & co on the chopper, it’s more likely to stay in guesthouses… Do you have a tip for such a first trip? On the one hand just like iben written the size of the role, on the other hand possibly a book recommendation??? Thank you & you, Georg

Travel to Sicily – HOW and WO ??
Servus Biker, I drive to Sicily in 2006 and have no idea where I’m going best yet. Who of you has already driven the route from Lake Garda to Messina, or even part of it? I might need some tips. I’m going to have to drive alone because 5,500 km are too much for so many other bikers. Who doesn’t want motorways and no hotels is mostly alone. Grins! Maybe some nice suggestions come over for me. Gruss Ducatino PS: I I know me very well in Tyrol and in the Allgäu Alps (travel information). From Bavaria via Croatia to Athens and back via Naples I have already driven 6500 km. PSPS: Is this usual that a topic is blocked if it does not fit to “Motor-Talk”??????????????? These are nice actions. I better not let my mustard off. 🙁
