On another topic, I came up with the idea of asking the people here according to your opinion about the age of the driver corresponding to which BMW. So I am of the following opinion: 20-30 years = 3’s 30-45 years = 5’s (alternatively 40-55 years = X5) 45-end= 7’s If the 25-year-old is seen with a 7’s, everyone says: “…and how does it go in Papa’s car”! Conversely, the pensioner in the 3’s also looks kind of stupid. Touring, whether 3s or 5s, suggests family or field staff. What do you mean…? Which BMW fits what age of the driver?

523iA Touring BJ 12/99 Hello people I am unfortunately also one of those who have problems with the vibrations of the vehicle. Come on at 100 – 110 km/h. The steering wheel is actually rather quiet, you notice especially at the driver’s seat and the passenger headrest starts to tremble very much. From 120 km/h everything is gone again. It seems to be easier at all after some driving time again.Bin after shopping returned home and it was much quieter. Tires are balanced stationary on the BMW rims 8Jx17 Dunlop Sport 2000E 235 45ZR17 94Y Had no problems with the tires last year, even with the winter tires everything was clear only now when I had somer tires reinstalled. Hello everyone from sunny Portugal, until recently I have been complaining in the E-Class Forum how bad the carross series construction at MB has become, because my W210 almost rusted away under my butt. I have given up the search for a good W124, they just rode me down. So I wanted to try it once with a fiveer. With the commonrail injectors I am afraid that they will give up the mind, so I am rather on a 525tds n. The whole commonrail story drives the CDI owners almost to despair at MB. Don’t know if they are just as vulnerable at BMW. So short and well looking for something proven. A friend advised me to buy a 525 TDS from 97-99. They are considered mature. What do you think? hi, my engine (520i; bj96; 134000) became hot until shortly before the red area, then went down to normal again. after the bitten hoses were replaced and that system was checked for tightness at bmw, the car still loses cool water. means that the cylinder head seal is broken or the cylinder head is torn? what costs such a repair and is worth it at all? can any workshop do that or should you do that better at bmw has one after soner repair rest or is the unit then hit anyway and the next cooling water loss is determined? would I be pleased about the announcement of your experiences? thank you!

Hello,I bought me a BMW E 39 Bj 2000 530 D. Unfortunately I have to find out that the vehicle ratters between about 100 and 125 km. Not the classic rattling on the steering wheel but on the complete vehicle.It is as if you drive over a bumpy road and only in this km/h area.Can someone help me and tell me what it might be.In the workshop I was already and they are just as baffled as I am. I thought at the beginning that it might be an imbalance on the bike could not be the case. I am grateful for all the tips and say thank you to everyone. P.S the vehicle is an automatic and it happens in 5 gears at low speeds. I am really perplexed.Only when accelerating with winter and summer tires. What can that be?

Hello So that this information about petrol has something to do with the octane number is clear to me. But where is the difference?? What does this octane number mean? Does it mean the difference of 95 and 98? Is it better for the engine? If yes, why? Is the difference of 3ROZ so big?? What does that mean exactly. thx I want to know now finally

Hi all, I found out with my 530d (E39, BJ 02/00) that with Tacho 200 (if it goes downhill maybe 205) it’s over. Up to this speed it goes normally. The usual suspect (LMM) according to workshop or rather diagnostic device is allegedly not to blame. Does anyone have an idea where the fault devil could still be there?
