Hello together, I was at the dealer’s store a week ago because I needed new brake blocks. When changing the blocks, the master also changed the front brake discs directly because there were “points” on the right brake disc. He said it had been overloaded and therefore it would have become too hot. I insisted, of course, that the discs be changed on guarantee, since it is not possible to brake strongly without the brake discs Well, the dealer sent the windows to BMW and yesterday I got the answer that it’s not a guarantee case. Hello, I plan to buy a BMW 5 in the near future, it should cost up to about 12,500€, i.e. it will probably be Bj. 96/97 (but anyway the new – so with clear glass light throw). I have quite specific ideas about the equipment, but not about the motorization, but it is supposed to be a gasoline. As far as I know there are the 520, 523, 525??, 528 and 530, where the 523 would be the most suitable for insurance & taxes. My question is actually: Do they have the right to buy a BMW 5 in the near future? different engines any known susceptibility/muggles? What should I pay special attention to when buying BMW (which should not be attached to the engine should be clear). I am also interested in how the BMW spare parts prices are for the 5s. I would probably repair damage myself, because I also restore cars anyway, so it is only about spare parts prices. Hello my “loves”, I’m just about to make a decision and hope for your support!!! I’m driving at the time of a 528iA….Automatics….18er…everything except Nav. My consumption is about 13,5liter so on average – a lot of city… So, now I could drive a 530dA M-package for 4 weeks….and was thrilled that goes great from below…..and that at about 8,8 liter diesel and was speedy on the road…..am now really confused have heard horror stories many times…from 100,000 pump here and there defective chips in the tank must be removed etc……so he should not “lift”….have you experiences? Can you encourage me? Don’t know what to do but the profitability has already convinced me!!!! Thank you in advance for your contributions!!!

@ To all I have the problem that the lamp insert of my left headlight no longer has any. So when I open the bonnet and work on the lamp holder, e.g. lamp change, the two lamp holders move. I can’t see how the fixture of the lamp insert is designed. Is a complete lamp set due here, so also with the glass housing, or there is another solution. BMW 528i Approval 26.09.96 Greeting Jürgen

Greetings God 🙂 ! Yesterday I looked at the new A6. Should be 10 cm longer than my E. But where are these 10 cm? front and back is the place like my E-Class. The trunk also no bigger than the E Limo. Yesterday I tested the new A6 3 liter diesel. Actually I would have been more interested in the 4.2 liter V8 petrol engine but it was only the diesel engine there. As I have posted several times I switched from 530D to 530i because I had the latent nailing and the sound didn’t make any fun anymore. But this engine is the absolute force. With this engine you can not really tell that it is a diesel. Even in idle. A dream. The processing and the interior d it convinces A6 directly in comparison to the E 60. But this is pure taste. My next car is definitely an Audi. I can only advise anyone who deals with a new purchase to test this car.

I spoke today with a very burdened person who absolutely knows to make his BMW 525 (something old, E34?) has no speed limit and therefore should bring a full 270km/h on the road. Normal white I always think of tachotuning when I hear something like that but that seems to me already very exaggerated. I myself drive an E36 320 Bj 12.92 and have either one of the most accurate tachos or a slow car that my goes into the limiter at 215. You can always read in the forums that the 320 ́ger according to Tacho 230 and more bring… What do you mean??? Are 270 in it? Oh, the box is absolutely series. What else has recently won at ebay a control unit with tuning for my 320 – for great 6.- + shipping! Does not have any noticeable extra power just an increased idle speed and limiter up to 6900 u/min. What do you think?? Actually a bargain but I don’t really dare to install that – so look for an F Reiwilligen in the Leipzig area!!! mfg nick

Hello guys, I bought new rims and tires for the summer at D&W today.The new summer Pneu’s are Goodyear Eagle F1 235/40/ZR 18 Y the latest model, look forward to the spring.The rims are in size 8.5×18. I paid rims and tires 1.700 €uros, is that a good price or is the price? I currently have 205/65/15 Goodyear winter tires on it, and if I mount the new set, will the car lose a lot of agility? And my last question on the n Rims is the Rondell logo above, how could I best replace it with a BMW logo, I don’t think sticking on it will look very good. I don’t see any more, however, at some point to pay for the mess of this dealer and another and it will I would like to take a tour or even downgrade to 525d, because I notice that I am driving the main road and I hardly use the power of the 530d.
