Hi Zettis, since I’m about to get a new Z4 3.0i SMG (currently I’m driving a Honda S2000), the question arises whether I should wait for the new 3-litre engine, which is already available from September in the 6’er and next year in the new 3’er. Could just save me on the side stripes. Cause: sensor on the camshaft defective. No matter. It really is a t You don’t believe how many detours there are to get home. From 15 minutes have already become 45 minutes. That can certainly be increased. Was ́ne long introduction. I would like to ask a question to the round: If the answer should stand somewhere, please don ́t stone, but give me a little hint. I don ́t get a straight run. I always have to correct. I move the steering wheel in the millimete I was already in the workshop, but they said it was all right. Do I just feel that way or is the steering really so sensitive? Hello together, I would like to buy the original Aero package (front apron, side skirt, rear apron), it can get new for € 700,- painted. Does any of you have this installed? Experiences? Is it possible to continue using PDC (I only know different version with/without Xenon), then you have to drill the holes for the sensors yourself? Can the installation be done yourself or better at ? cost? I am grateful for every info, ka_ro

First a warm “HALLO” to everyone. I have only read the last weeks. Since I will probably order the Z4 now in the coming days, I could use a little suggestion. Because I can not yet decide for a painting without doubt. Of course: the interior will become beige with wood. Almost there would be a black painting. My current MX-5 looks very good in this color combination black/beige. However, I have the Eindruc k, that the distinctive lines of the black Z4 are clearly lost. The night blue metallic is unfortunately not delivered without the special equipment “maritim”. I like the sterling grey, but hardly fits the beige leather. I am extremely unsure about the Toledo blue. Its effect seems to depend clearly on the light conditions. Of course the color selection is a matter of taste. And I would like to know exactly your taste. What would YOU choose to beige leather? Do you like black? Do you like the Toledo blue? Of course I make my decision to my liking. Dear ones – as with everything else before I am sure, you have good tips for me again: The first time the yellow oil lamp came at the time when I had the windshield replaced. The friendly one looked and as far as I know, also oil tipped – certainly I am not, because the mechanic, who was last on it, meant oil is sufficient in it. But my good Mr. S. could have got ahead of it, he always cares very much about my baby … Anyway, I come from shopping yesterday, make my baby out – and: Piiiiiiieeeeeeeep and the yellow oil pot showed up for a while. Since the windshield change I drove about 1,500 km. What’s going on there? Can’t be that I have to fill the oil every 2000 km, or yet? I’m not riding roughy, but quite normal, 1/3 city and 2/3 highway with an average of 160 – 180, only very rarely it gets much more. Hello together, I have a question: After the conclusion by FFB my old 320td had always “linked” me. So I wanted to have the z4 again. Unfortunately it did not at the pickup!! The statement of the master was: “That’s not possible with the model” My salesman could only wonder about this statement and the master was not there anymore. Now the question: Can he do that or nciht?? Who of you also has a 2.2i and can tell me what is going on and what is not. Point: I accept this light on the mirror, for the alarm system. ABer I now have one or not??? Is not on the invoice as a special equipment/series equipment. The vehicle is probably from end 2003/ beginning 2004 (how can I find out?)
