Hydiho I am currently looking for a power amplifier. The price should not exceed the 200 ? threshold, and it must be new. I have (still) the standard boxing in it. However, they will be replaced immediately later. possibly Infinity Kappa. The sub is a JBL, GTB 1200e. 250Watt RMS, (top 450). The whole should be a 4channel power amplifier. There are some of Helix, which are very cheap, or also of Carpower. But who has the “warmer” sound? or, who has, really more power? I know there are some questions, but you would really help me…… =)

Hi, I want to put a decent front system in my polo. Am I thinking if I should get the Focal 165-A or Infinity REF 6500cs. Or does someone know something better in the price range? Thank you gruss markus

hy guys at first: I don’t have any idea about the audio krams :/ so here’s what I want: I would like to hear (metal, rock etc.) something louder with a clean sound. I have a PIONEER DEH-1400R now I thought it was enough first a few reasonable speakers in the doors in the front then I got to the Hertz HSK 165 and the BOA 2.16 (believe I’m called that) but brings this without the end stage ? apparently not :/ what do you take then for a final stage as example ? so pre in total I would find 300€m already quite a lot…but I have 0 idea what kind of “cost must” also fit these front systems just in ? always read of any mdf constructions and doorboards etc. I thought the 16.5 fits like the original – ? what do I do with the original tweeter in the a-board ? and what do I do with the old cables ? must yes thicker in or ? as you see I need some help somehow…. mfg, thomas

Have the following problem, which also bothers me animally! Every time I turn on and off the radio or blob, or whatever I should describe it, my sub. I’ve heard that somehow it has to do with voltage spikes when switching on and off. If not, please teach me better, would be nice if I could get that away. But that’s not my main problem, that I can live with, which is much worse, the same problem also occurs when I am on the radio the L ied change or it’s over, also if I switch from CD to radio and vice versa and even if I set the radio to volume 0. Hope for quick help!! Thank you!

Hi guys, I got a GZ Radioactive 38 subwoofer (300 watts RMS) and a GZRA2200X (also 300 watts RMS) turned on by a salesman. I put it all nicely into my Audi A4 Limosine. I bought a Sony MP3 player as a radio, but that doesn’t matter about my problem… I should perhaps mention that I only hear Techno (hard trance / hard style), that’s what I told the salesman. So much for the history! My next problem is now, when I make louder then the bass totally swallows, and will not really play clean, the whole car (mainly the boot) is only buzzing like wild and somehow I also think that the pressure is far too little for a 38cm subwoofer with 300 watts! Since I actually have zero experience in points Car Hi-Fi, of course I don’t know what to start with the adjustment screws at the power stage, I have to have Or is the power amplifier too weak? Or do I need a capacitor? Or should I also install a new front-system? Thanks for your help!

Moin, so I’ve got to build doorboards for my Golf 3. After several tutorials in the net and magazines I lost my complete overview :kopfpatsch: That’s why I wanted to ask if I could explain again what I have to do and so in the way. So first I have to dam my front doors, i.e.—>doors off and with what do I jetze the door dam (not doorboard) ? Bitummatten and antinoise paste I had to… but from where do I get d i n the whole stuff ? hardware store, but I have to know again just how/what kind of stuff that is. after the door is insulated how to go on ??? then I have to dam the door board ? guess with the same stuff as above or ? So door insulated (and door board apparently also ). Now let’s come to the doorboards … So cut base plate from MDF, then put a kind of wooden ring on heaps (sry I can’t express better ) And now I don’t know any more with what wi rd the nu spachtelt, so all this holds nice and also becomes round ? GFK, hmmm ja nu I have to know again what the stuff exactly means so that I can buy it and of course also application or is that on the packaging on it ? Then still huge big question marks at the doorboards——–> How do I make them when they are finished to the door fixed ? They have to be stuck to the doorboard again or ? If I fix them however I still have the Lu ftsplit between door board and door because the 2 components are only plugged together with door clips. Well, that sends for the beginning but surely still a lot of questions will come… MFG_Matze

Does anyone know a small, inexpensive 6-channel power amplifier for my speakers in my car? It should also fit in’s spare wheel! So performance doesn’t really need much just crossovers would be important and a sub doesn’t get there anyway! Thank you!!!

Hello, I need help with the compilation of my equipment for the car! I have searched all the contributions here but I am still not sure what is suitable for me. So, I don’t have a car right now, but I want to get a Golf I convertible. My preferred music styles are Hip Hop and Reggae. I want a nice clean sound and a decent bass that sounds clean but also powerful. I don’t want to spend more than 2000 €, If you could call me dealer right away for your recommendations, where you can get the stuff cheaply! So let’s start: I thought about an MP3-capable headunit, but there is so much I can’t decide! Then I thought about the Focal 165V as a front system. Power amplifier should be the ESX Vision V-1000.D, I would like to run only one sub with it for the time being, later I want to have a 2-/4-Kan Buying a power amplifier for the front system (but the money is not yet available!) As a sub I have once noted Carpower Raptor 12 as well as Ground Zero GZUW 12, but I am very unsure here. I would try to build the housing myself, but also here I would be very grateful for tips and suggestions. I would also need a few tips for capacitors, which are recommended. Since I am new to the material, I would also be happy if you would buy shops in the Room Stuttgart could say, in which I can also test some combinations. I am really very grateful for your help!
