Moin moin, to me this scenario happened exactly 2 times. Everything is going great for half a year, and all of a sudden my power amplifier does not look like me. I switched off the fuses, had power for 10 seconds as before, and then again the fuses. Then the same again with the same power amplifier, but this time it went into smoke. Great.
