Hi I have installed the following valves:Bosch 0 280 155 786 or I drive the whole thing in a 1.3l Ford Endura-E with 60hp/44okw According to google: 79g/min 101CC7min 16,0 Ohm 9.6lbs/hr Quote: 52. BSFC is defined as the number of pounds of fuel burned for every HP generated in one hour. 52 BSFC – Est. HP Duty Cycle Source: When I look at which vehicles the nozzles are used, I find next to the Fords with the same engine also a 1.4l Peugeot engine with 75hp/55KW These are at least 25 % extra power, so maybe the whole thing is not at my limit yet. It is also quite good, no MKL. However, I do not have a measurement for exhaust gas temperature or OBDII at work. If I want to have about 40% more throughput I would have to go to about 140cc/min, but then this can not be working anymore in super operation, or simply runs to fat. Vllt you should only take about 30% more. What do you think? About suggestions and opinions I am grateful

Where is the economical driver?
CO2 saving is on everyone’s lips and the conversion to alternative energy sources has become fashionable. I decided to drive as economical as possible instead of conversion – or before the conversion. My Espace 2.0 T has achieved a minus record of 7.2 liters / 100 km so far. That at more than 1700 kg of unladen weight.

1000km with super and E85 admixture in GDI
Hi, after which I read the E10 did not tolerate the direct injections, I got in the Sweden ethanol forum info, because the GDI drive with E85 admixture without problem. Now I mix since 1000km 35l E85 with it. I drive a Space Wagon GDI2.4 Cool Aut. The first time the car had at start and gas giving like a diesel, later never again, engine run and sounded like always also the oil smelled not to ethanol or gasoline and no warm report there was. The consumption from 8,3l to 9,1l to 100km increased, but I drove Max 120 with tempomat, navi shows 116km/h. I also have no city traffic(4km of land and 32 highway easy distance) just to shop on village, oil and filter have not yet changed, the petrol lines are on the HD pump without change also the both tank pumps look good. Who has also made experience with E85 and its GDI? Greeting Camionero.

Compression increased – result: more torque !!!
Hello guys, Just for information: Since I need my Fiesta GFJ for a special project, I played around a little bit on the engine. I increased the compression from 8.5:1 (serie) to approx. 11:1. Since I have been driving over E100 all summer, I wanted to know how it will affect when the compression is higher. It is well known that you can get more out of ethanol. So I got a “fast” 1.5mm off the head. The compression pressure was 12 bar before +/- 1. Now it is 15 bar +/-1 . Of course I took a power curve before and after to have a comparison. Here as an appendix times a hard copy of the measurements. I also noticed that the engine in the lower range runs through much better. This also shows the measurement. In the 2nd gear it pulls out super, evenly without having a power hole somewhere. It also has much more torque and that at less speed. At approx. 2000 1/min the double !!! At the power itself nothing has been done But that’s probably because nothing has been changed at the engine capacity. I can’t test the fuel consumption at the moment because the car is logged off. Maybe I’ll let it go for a short time in September and let a few tanks pass through. Greetings Bruno P.S.: The values of the power measurement are not 100%, because they were not made on a test bench. But a comparison is definitely possible.

E85 Conversion CORSA B 1.0
I drive a Corsa B, built in 99 with a 1.0L three-cylinder engine. I would like to upgrade it to E85pur, with the option still normal E10 to be able to refuel. When scouring the WWW, I read more that the ECUs offered at Ebay for 90€ should not work really well. These are only attached to the injectors… I have now discovered the Flexitune AutoX4 and wanted to ask here if anyone can tell me if the vehicle is compatible. guess is good and if it is suitable for my car. In addition, I have the question, how this works with the wire harness. Can I buy this somewhere? Is the installation difficult? And is my car even adaptable to E85? Thank you in advance.

TÜV Nord: Additional ECUs for E85 fuel are subject to approval
(Source: TÜV Nord) Additional control units for E85 fuel are subject to authorisation Due to constantly increasing petrol and diesel prices, there is an increased demand for alternative fuels, such as E85. E85 fuel consists of 85% (bio)ethanol and 15% from petrol and is exempt from the mineral oil tax in Germany until 2015. Bioethanol is produced from renewable biomass, e.g. from sugar beet, potatoes or cereals, in Brazil from sugar cane and in Swede E85 has a higher octane number than petrol, but the energy content is about one third lower. Therefore, a special additional control unit is required for operation with E85. The installation of an E85 additional control unit is only permitted if there is an EC system approval, an ABE or a part report available for this purpose and the conditions and restrictions mentioned there – e.g. an amendment assessment – are complied with. A positive individual assessment according to § 21 StVZO i.V.m. § 19 (2) StVZO without test certificate is possible if: 1. a positive EMC test or an EC system approval is available for the E85 additional control unit. 2. a positive exhaust gas test is available for the vehicle, which shows that o the exhaust gas behaviour does not deteriorate due to the conversion and o for OBD vehicles during operation with the E85 additional control unit all required OBD radio 3. for the vehicle there is an engine power record with E85 fuel. If the engine power changes by more than 5%, engine power, maximum speed and noise values have to be redefined. We want you to be always well informed! Price development E85 and petrol station network
Hello, there is a question somewhere a internet page similar to the gas-tankstellen.de page on which you have a directory with most E85 petrol stations including prices? What would interest me as well how is the price development at gas-tankstellen.de I see the price development of the LPG of the last two years, or also the price development of the individual petrol stations. Is there something like this for E85?

Aygo E85 and without retrofitting
At Aygo, the light is about E40 and after that the lamp lights up. An Aygo driver has a linear 10 kOhm Poti built in at the water temperature Sensos. At low temperatures he turns the fully up and the temperature indicator sing under 40 degrees and the engine goes great. If the engine has become a little warmer then you can turn the Poti down a little bit. During the ride you should not steal it more than 1/3, because otherwise probably too fat runs. My questions: What’s better? Too fat or z u lean? What do you think of the solution?

Brand fuel or low-cost fuel
Hello, I have a question for you, and I have heard that it should not be worthwhile to visit a so-called “free petrol station”, since the fuel offered by these tanning stations should not correspond qualitatively to that of the brand filling stations. Is it true that there is a loss of performance and increased wear of the engine due to “bright fuel”? If so, is this also true of diesel? Thank you for your contributions!

Is the conversion to LPG still worth it
Hello! is still worth the conversion to LPG gas ? the lpg gas will only be tax-friendly until 2009 and what is afterwards? What is your opinion? Gruss Pierre
