  • VW Crafter 2.5 TDI / Power loss when incandescent turntable flashes

    Hello, I have a serious problem with my 2006 crafter installed is a BJJ engine 2.5 TDI with 65kw/88PS KM standknapp 190 tKm. the following problem: Sporadic error: Incandescent light flashes (only on the highway) from 2500 rpm approx. 110 to 120 km/h. If you flash I have only about 50% of the power usually flashes then also the engine control light which then usually also stays on. Well a restart of the engine goes again, sometimes you can also drive 200 km without what is, some things go ke ine 10km… After several visits at Boschdienst with error search and memory erasure we changed following parts: charging pressure control valve, all glow plugs, lambda probe, pressure valve from the comonrail, air quantity meter… When reading the error the lambda probe was displayed = changed, then displayed charging pressure error = charge pressure control valve was exchanged, then one of the problems at the touran told me, glow plugs and air quantity meter = changed…. slowly I dedate d I put hundreds of Euros in it and the error is still there !!! I really don’t know what to do anymore! I hope very much here one can help me who has correctly guessed about it. Currently the error 339 ( Lambda probe resistance too high bank 1 ) cannot be deleted. Unfortunately, the Bosch service has no access to the manufacturer-specific errors in the memory…

    Hello together I have an old engine tester at home that I have already been standing there for a few years without a function. After a long time I thought now I’m going to the problem again because I still find it too bad to dispose of such an oldtimer jewelry stücjk. The original problem was that the tester could no longer load an operating system with the error message “BOOT DRIVE 0 FAILED ERROR 87” The after various forum contributions I could identify as a defective floppy drive so I kept looking for a drive and then found a cheap used one in the bay. Then he didn’t show this error anymore but another FAILED ERTROR number which I don’t know anymore so thought ioch ok the floppy disks are scrapped, which I don’t know exactly. So I got a sd floppy emulator and a set Systemd diskettes, AU diskettes and target data diskettes as image get this you find in the internet if you are looking for fat vette, many thanks for this. So again connected to the tester emulator and system diskette loaded and see as it runs, but then the disillusionment. After the system was loaded he demanded after the AU-II LEG diskette this also as image. So inserted on further pressed it also shows me that the diskette is recognized and then the errormeldun appears g “INTERRUPT 01” without that I can press anything.   • Coding inactive car menu +03276 after RMC conversion? [A1]

    Hello, you know, the following problem: I have done an upgrade of the chorus to the smallest concert (RMC, i.e. CAN version without Conn. and Navi, STG56) so far successfully in my wife’s A1. Since this is not labeled like the 5F in the VCDS, I was able to implement smaller adjustments to the vehicle, like MuFu, thanks to your help already. I still have two things to do, where I may need information and help:1) In the STG56 of the converted RMC I have the familiar 03276 error dr Inside, maybe the predecessor has made an update here without a backdoku. However, contrary to the procedure with the 5F, I can not read it out in channel 15, link it with XOR and write it back again. Channel15 in the STG56 has a value of 0. ->Is the procedure different, or is it known how to delete the error here?2) In the CAR menu entries are available under the vehicle settings, but all points are grayed out and not selectable!? (see picture) Does this also have a missing coding/ To do adaptation and if so, can someone give me useful clues here? Thank you!

  • Delphi DS150E suddenly doesn’t read BMW anymore

    Hello, I have the Delphi DS150E (NEW VCI) 2014 2.3.3 software on my computer and with it a multiplexer with DS100E, the problem is I have this for about a month and everything went great, read my mini and by my father the X5. Now however since yesterday he does not want to read the X5 and also not the 3 Series BMW E46 from my buddy. I don’t understand why the software tells me that everything is in order in the device configuration and the VCI tester is also recognized and T it’s OK, but if I want to read the BMW then he tells me that the vehicle doesn’t answer and you just have to check if the car supports the function and everything.
