As the title already says, about the iCarsoft one reads here a lot, about the launch CRP mot 3 unfortunately only little, except that the car doctors apply him pretty much and he currently costs only half over Fabucar. Has someone by chance experience with both, or knows where the advantages of both lie. Am am currently thinking of buying me a new cross-brand tester for the extended home use. I don’t have to program, just read / delete errors, read live values en, DK resetten, park brake in service drive/back, and vent ABS. Nice to learn RDKS, but no need. Maybe someone knows comparable, except Autel. I’m looking forward to your answers.

Pre-heating
Hello to all I hope that there are some people here who have sound knowledge about the preheater at Passat 3c (please don’t suspect that I won’t get any further). Now to the problem.Passat 3c 2.0 Tdi EZ.2008 with preheater ex works. Preheater was used daily this winter and ran without problems.A few weeks ago it went out again after starting.Long speech short sense. Yesterday I removed the water pump and controlled it. After 2 attempts, the heater ran.I repeated this 3 times and run the heater every time about 15min without any problems.This morning the FB started again and after a few minutes it was out again.The strange thing is when I start the engine and then the heater runs, then it runs out.If I turn off the engine, the heater runs without any problems.That is that the heating works (water pump) e, pump, candle, etc.). Where is the error?

Which app is recommended for this? I already tried EOBD-Facile Auto-Doctor Car Scanner Carly Except Car Scanners have all worked immediately but I could not see the oil temperature with it. Is the oil temperature already manufacturer specific and can r to be queried with paid apps? The car is a golf 5 gti.

Vcds Hex-V2 from Conrad
Hello everyone, sometimes an understanding question…. If I buy a Hex-V2 adapter at Conrad with 3Vin limit currently 279€ and would like to upgrade to unlimited Vin then if I have to turn to it??? I looked at ross-tech and there costs an upgrade 169US$ so about 144 euro! If I buy the same at Pci costs the interface 279€ and the upgrade from 3 to unlimited even 329 euro? Thank you!

Twingo read out problem
Hello people Have a problem with my twingo c06 1.2 year of construction 1999. I wanted to read out the twingo times but I don’t get a connection to the vehicle. I tried it with Delphi DS150E however no connection. I tried it afterwards with another device but forgives. I can read other vehicles without problems only with the twingo does not work. I measured the battery if it is all ok. I checked all the fuses in the car and all are healed. e question is if there is a security for the obd connection separately if yes where can I find the security? Or is it due to the security box? Should I change it completely. If yes, someone could give me a guidance. Thank you

Hello, I’m looking for a software for vehicle diagnostics that should be able to: -Error analysis -learning of actuators/keys -coding -learning of injectors -check Km-Stand I’m looking for a convenient way to cover a wide range of vehicle brands. So from 2000 to today it would be quite good to find a BMW 3 Series E46 (2004), a VW Passat B7 (2012), a Seat Ibiza 6L (2002) and a Toyota Yars first generation. Abe r the software should also be able to find a hobby application in the family/friends circle. I prefer no matter which vehicle manufacturer. I have an old laptop which should be converted so that I only need one cable and the software. At Ebay I stumbled over an interesting link: LINK Has someone with some experience or can recommend me a software? Hello guys, since I could not really help anyone in the collection thread coding for the A3 I have now opened my own thread. The topic certainly helps other users further. My goal: The oil service and inspection service display should be changed from 15000km/365days to 30000km/730days, so that I have a fixed interval at 30000km/730days. Since I don’t drive 30000km in two years first the time comes to me. That’s how I have handled this since 10 years every 2 years I change the engine oil in connection with the inspection (brake fluid change, interior filter, depending on the KM stand then air filter, spark plugs, DSG oil, Haldex oil,… intervals are in the service booklet). I know that this is not intended because there is either the fixed interval with 15000km/365days or the flexible interval with 30000km/730days and that the system calculates the next oil service on the basis of various factors: The maximum maintenance interval of 30,000 km or 2 years for petrol engines can be reached in driving mode and in most long-distance operation. In extremely uneconomic driving mode or in extreme operating conditions, e.g. short-distance operation, the shortest maintenance interval is 15,000 km or 1 year. That’s a good thing, but I’m not personally interested since I do the service every 2 years, so please don’t have a fundamental discussion about it. Please just comments, At the moment, the values are as follows (have been reset recently): WIV: Oil quality = “good quality” WIV: Min value Km-driving power/inspection = 15000 (km) WIV: Max value Km-driving power/inspection = 30000 (km) WIV: Min value of the time between inspections = 365 (d) WIV: Max value of the time between inspections = 730 (d) FIX: Driving distance since last run performance test. Inspection = 0 (km) FIX: Time since last time-dependent inspection = 0 (d) FIX: Max. driving distance until next runtime. VW error codes – diagnosis?
Hello, I have problems with my new beetle 1.6 petrol engine from 2002. It runs normally. At the start it saws cold in the stand. For a few weeks the engine control light and the ESP light have been constantly lit. The lights came before, but went out again. The vehicle is almost exclusively in short-range operation (2km a way). Spark plugs, air filters and engine ventilation are new.
