Hello Have me looked at the service subscription offers of Renault. About 25 Euro monthly you have 5 years service and badge with you. Is this meaningful or advisable with an e-car? Thank you

Hello together, maybe someone knows the “problem”. I have been driving a Megane E-Tech for about 2 years (40000 km) and have recently entered, how to describe it here, rattle or vibration noise while driving in the front left. Always occurs with constant rides, or when recuperating and can be heard up to about 80km/h. Sounds like a small thin sheet that vibrates. It’s not very loud, but clear to hear. I haven’t been to the Renault dealer yet. But maybe someone has an idea what it might be so that I can give the workshop a search tip. Thank you Greeting SD

Hello together, for a few days now the distance warning does not work in the front. The rear ones work against it. With my Zoe, the brake discs are corroding in the back. The workshop found this out during the last inspection and advised me to slow down again and again. Did I also do it, unfortunately only with moderate success. Does anyone have an idea?

I removed the vehicle from the app and added it again, but the synchronization simply does not work, since the code is not displayed in the display, then I wrote to Renault Germany and share the following information: Quote:”We are happy to have checked your request. Sometimes the Zoe has a very, very loud and unpleasant noise when loading. It has already happened to me 2 times. What might be the cold temperature was around the -10/12 degrees. I then put the noise out and plugged it in again. After some time it stops then. Otherwise the charging process was always silent except for the buzzing, therefore it surprises me.Does anyone know this “problem” or is that normal. I use a go-echarger at home in the garage.

For some days now, when my Zoe turns on the seat heater, it goes off again. When pressing again to turn on, it stays on. It sounds as if a relay switches on the second time.
