Good morning E car friends. I have had a Zoe ( affectionately called Zöö ) for a few weeks and I am very excited. Normally we drive the star as diesel, but for the city now the GLK had to give way and I must say I regret not a second. I would have two questions to Experienced Stromers. 1. I have read the reports about the long-lived batteries, but how are your experiences, I think about buying the battery ( The Zöö is rented from 2019 with 43,000km on the clock ). 2. How are your experiences with charging cables from the accessories 230v for home? Or should it be to avoid damage only the original ones. Thank you for your answers. Many greetings Hajo.x

The orange key and the warning lamp drive battery is on
The following fault was present: • Car no longer charging at the 400 volt charging station Public • Charging condition of the main battery 14% • The orange key and the warning lamp drive battery is on!!! What did I do: • The 12 volt battery was empty. • Have + and – solved from the battery • Have the 12 volt battery recharged • Battery + and – again connected • Now only the warning lamp electric motor • 12 volt battery is on again and waits for one hour • Battery + and – again connected • The orange key and the warning lamp drive battery is on again!!! • The warning lamp electric motor is off again. Why the 12 volt battery has to be unloaded again and again. So I did the following: • Battery in quiet mode measured 12,6 volts. I shut the doors. • Doors on and ignition on I measured 14.6 volts • Doors on and ignition out he only has 10 volts. That’s still to be communicated to the main battery? ?? • After that the power supply has been connected to the car always after 7 minutes. There are no silent consumptions before. • Stop lights. But stop the warning of the alarm call of the alarm! The alarm is again! The alarm call of the alarm of the alarm of the main battery was again.

easylink Energy-Info ZOE
Hello, we got our new Zoe on Friday. We have the first charge now also behind us. Now I wanted to have the energy info displayed. Unfortunately I can’t find the button Energy Info in the easylink. According to the instructions this should be under vehicle information. There is only the circulating air operation… otherwise nothing. Am I only unable, or is the service not activated? Another short question about myrenault: Will the connected charging power of the charging station be displayed somewhere? Does anyone have an idea? To the Fzg. INTENSE R135 With easylink and the large display. Thank you

Zoe Purchase Decision
Hi guys, I’m just about to decide to buy a new Zoe with 50KW battery. First I wanted the one with 135hp but the dealer said that there was hardly a noticeable difference to the 110hp. He moves away a little faster at the beginning, but you would hardly notice that and only when you get in full. So I’m not sure anymore. If that would be the case, of course, I would like the weaker one better because he is a little cheaper. Has someone ever tested both models or can tell me something about it? And what’s the advantage when renting a battery or buying? The dealer only has a few battery purchase models in stock and he wants to bring them to the man, so his arguments are one-sided.

New Zoe Z.E. – Quiet grinding noise outside?
Hello, our new Zoe has been there for a good two weeks and is whispering. But now I was standing next to the vehicle for the first time, while it was driving slowly, and I noticed a kind of grinding noise. It wasn’t the pedestrian signal below 30 km/h, that was disabled. The noise of such a vehicle is still new ground for me, but can such a subtle grinding noise be normal? You can also hear it as a driver, but only with an open window and when you drive by next to a sound-reflecting wall or a parked vehicle. How is that with your Zoe, is there something similar to that? The car has only 415 km down now and I think I remember that I had noticed this with an open window the day one before.

Wheels for winter tyres
Hello together, We ordered last week a Renault Zoe Experience R110 Z.E.50 and hope this was the right decision…. The car is expected to be delivered in early January. Looking for winter tyres we repeatedly stumble over the question about HSN and TSN, unfortunately the new Zoe is not listed at any tyre dealer, whether online or offline, and we always find the “old” Zoe. Can someone call me HSNn and TSN for the ordered vehicle? Would be great if someone could help me here. [Transferred from engine talk from the topic ‘HSN/TSN Renault Zoe 2 new car order’.]

Used purchase Renault Zoe – where is the catch?
Hello Together, I am currently looking for a small car that should be used as an absolutely classic second vehicle and a larger shopping bag and all the conditions speak for a small electric sparkler to “strom” around the city: – short distance operation with max. 30km/street in everyday life – very rarely distances up to max. 150km (for everything else another household vehicle is used) – double garage (refitting wallbox no problem, three-phase current in the basement of the house available The budget is at max. 10,000 EUR plus the sale of the current small car (just less!) Now I have come across vehicles like e-Up, Mii electric and just the Zoe. So small cars with pure electric drive, which can be used in contrast to the smart as a fully-fledged car (second row of seats & a “koffer room” that can swallow one week purchase) That is to the previous story. Specifically I have found some Zoes, which are at around 6,000 EUR without battery and at first glance make a good impression. I found for Renault the information that the battery rental is not in the case of ~80km/month?

Beginners ask Zoe procedures….
Hello, yesterday we bought a Zoe 2014 with 88,000 km. Now I had cleaned the processes, was probably the first time, since already plants have grown in there. What is surprising me, that on the driver side a rubber flow is in it and on the passenger side an oval hole the painted sheet one looks at. Must that be so? With the hose and plenty of water also comes out water down but also in the middle of the wheelbox. Then another question about the heating. Had the car driven over the highway, set 22 degrees and automatic. Outside temperature 10 degrees. Despite turning the controller on high, only lukewarm air, at home I had ice-cold feet. Do I do something wrong, must say ac or is this so at the outside temperatures?

Battery level, what happens when?
Hello Together, I’m curious about the experiences with (almost) empty batteries: I’ve tried to drive the Zoe l(almost) eer 2 times (55kw/h model:Riviera). At 9% charge and approx. 30 km range came the message that the ECO mode is taken into account in the indication. At some point the battery indicator became yellow and the computer asked me if I wanted to charge the car. At 4% and approx. 20Kilometer range indication I then charged the Zoe. My question is: How far can you unload the battery until the car stops. Is this already happening? Is there a kind of “notentrieglung” for a few kilometers more? Will the charging condition become red at some point, as a last warning? Can you unload the battery up to 0% (even if that wouldn’t be good) or take into account the battery management system, so that no damage arises. Are perhaps strange questions, however, and maybe since the one or other has already made his experiences.
