  • Roller Top Case Holder Self-building allowed? With photo

Good day, As the title already says, I wanted to know if this holder would be allowed in road traffic. The scooter is a 25 and the tail light which hangs down, is fastened to the very rear of the frame, at the trailer coupling. The holder is 55cm long and stands 35 cm behind the original tail light. Would this be legal or should it not rise above the case?

  • roller does not pull properly and drains at full throttle

Hello, My scooter drives at once only 20 kmh (previously 60 kmh) after the problem has occurred, I have installed a new carburetor, suction nozzle, air filter and spark plug. As far as so good, but the problem persists. To my scooter: Mbk Booster Rocket 4Va bj 96 with manual choke. Starting it does quite normal. I slowly do not know any more! Greetings

  • 7 years of service life: Gilera Runner 50 starts very bad or not at all

Hello guys, sorry, this is probably the 9347 thread on the topic, but it is always individual again. So: my runner 50 C14 BJ 1998 doesn’t start with the kick starter, no matter how long and intense I step (the battery is empty and thus the electric start is not possible). The scooter stood about 7 years. I managed to start it with a pinch of brake cleaner in the air filter box, however the next attempt hit a few minutes later (without brake pure). My plan: clean carburettor. Makes sense at all, because the scooter was running with the help of the brake cleaner before?! What else could you do good for an old scooter? My plan was: -new brake pads front -new brake fluid -new oil fill in -new air filter -motul fuel system cleaner fill (unnecessary?) -possibly change coolant -possibly new spark plug -possibly a new carburettor, if everything does not help (costs at Ebay only about 30€) -Tires are from 2005 :// Anything else? I would like to make the scooter again with relatively little money and effort. Thanks for your help !

  • Scooter does not switch to stand gas anymore

Hey people have a China scooter, because the scooter at the traffic light when I gave no gas often went out I wanted to adjust my stand gas, that I did then, I have to say it didn’t do much when I turned on the screw. But the scooter at least did not go out while trying so I read it like that. When I wanted to get out of the house this morning the scooter didn’t want to start no matter what I tried (stand gas was changed when the scooter was warm) al I then turned on the screw no matter how always the same. I wanted to turn on the scooter with the kickstarter but did not go and if very briefly the same with the e starter. This morning I saw that the e Chock cold startes is on the carburettor, but he did not have a cable looked like it is off. On the picture you can see that the yellow green cable is there I think it is from the e hack. Do you think it is because before he went also always before I changed it???? Please help me

  • Yamaha Aerox does not start!!! Help !!!

What could I have forgotten / what could I have done wrong / Bzw WHAT would you advise me? Servus first, the following problem: have a Yamaha Aerox (Bj 2001) which had a piston eater and what else do I know completely apart, and changed/renewed/built-in – Rms 50cc cylinder Blue Line – clutch and Vario play no role – 17.5mm PHBN tuning carburettor ( standard 95 HD ) – Ori air filter with Malossi air filter insert …. were already installed in the scooter ^S days 6 per replica^, ^CDI Motoforce Racing^ and ne ^Zündkerze NGK BR7HS^. After felt 100 hours of alternating kicking without ignition and pulling on the vacuum hose and then kicking with ignition, the scooter started at some point so that it remained on and one could give minimal gas…more however was not to get out.. as soon as one has more or even full gas against, the scooter went out immediately.. That meant for me either too little fuel, or too unbalanced relationship between air and Benzi n…and/or too little sparks Topic spark: ^CDI^, ^Zündgeber^ and spark plug on ^NGK BR8HS^…must force me to hold my finger to the spark plug, in other words Funke is in my opinion very good. Topic fuel: New ^20 mm ASS^ and ^Membrane block^… from ^95 HD^ to ^102 HD^. State of the art: Roller Don’t jump (more). Haven’t kicked/tryed for as long as before, but is it normal that one has to step until it reaches???? wants me there What could I have forgotten / what could I have done wrong / Bzw WHAT would you advise me to do? Edge information: sucked on the vacuum hose, comes gasoline out of the petrol hose,,,swimming chamber full of gasoline,,,Zündkerze gaaaanz slightly moist when I bring it out with gasoline I think, smells at least so….Zündkerze out, thumbs held and kicked, seems to me to be enough pressure, have nothing to do with it. Fairs..Pistons also really get around for those who care. Thank you for any help in advance..

  • Experiences with ATU, Explorer Speed 50 Euro 5 and maintenance

Hello, I bought an Explorer Speed 50 Euro 5 for 1.299 € at ATU. I had previously researched the Internet and the ATU scooters don’t seem to be that bad. Also, the KSR Group from Austria seems to me to be a more serious thing, like if any China scooter is imported, which might not exist next year. “The KSR Group develops the Explorer Roller itself in cooperation with the Standard Motor Corporation (SMC). SMC is a Taiwanese company. “I have to worry about that, if China is incorporated into Taiwan, this could temporarily affect the supply of spare parts? A brand scooter was too expensive for me (Peugeot starting at about 2,000 €), because this is my first scooter and I am not sure if I will drive it permanently. With the cheap scooters that you usually get on the internet, the service is usually not done in a workshop, but via mobile Servi ce, what I read about it was quite dissuasive. Of course I could also have bought a cheap scooter from a dealer, but I didn’t want to look for a long time and with a resale I see it as an advantage that you can refer to the nevertheless quite dense ATU-Filialnet. While the order went perfectly over Internet, the previous impression of the local ATU branch was not exactly good. I don’t want to report any details, otherwise they sue me still for evil Now my questions: 1. What are your experiences with your ATU branch regarding scooters? 2. What are your experiences with ATU rollers, especially the Explorer Speed? 3. How do you handle the service? What do you pay for the service if you don’t do it yourself? After the first service after 1,000 kilometres, this should be done every 3,000 km. I find that quite a lot, I have read distances of 4,000 or 5,000 km. I think about whether it works. It makes sense to have the service done in a workshop. Changing oil, air filters and spark plugs should not be so difficult. I assume that I can drive about 10,000 km a year. For those who drive little, things look different again. Once a year in the workshop is fine for me, then I can also have the things I don’t trust. But 3 to 4 times? On the one hand, the time spent, on the other hand, the money… 4. What experience have you made at ATU with warranty/guarantee? I don’t know if ATU offers a real guarantee or if they only mean the legal warranty. There it is the case that after 6 months the buyer must prove that the defect has existed from the beginning. That is often not possible without experts, lawyer and litigation. Is ATU rather kulant, so after 6 months a defect within the scope of the warranty to I know about electronic products, that after 6 months it is simply claimed that there is no initial deficiency, so that the 24 month warranty after 6 months is over. Then it would also not matter if my service book is not filled in correctly. Greetings Tanja
