Good evening, I have the following problem.. Have a piaggio zip she jumps great at mostly the first or second kick but then he drives 3-400 meters and just goes out again, but if I kick two to three times he goes back to then he drives 200 meters and goes out again. What could it be? Would I be happy if someone could help me further. Greetings

Scooter for student everyday life
Hello everyone, I know that the topic has been discussed here until the vomit and almost daily new threads with similar title and meaning are opened. but nevertheless I also want to ask you for advice. since I plan to study next year in a relatively bicycle-unfriendly city, I am obsessed by the idea of buying a scooter for the way to uni it is still a little time, but I don’t think you can start to inform yourself soon enough. lso my demands would be the following: – Reliability (must start every day without murmuring and bring me from a to b) – Cost (purchase should not be all too expensive, think of max. 1500 €) – Drive (it doesn’t have to be a rocket, but also not too lame, possibly strangled…) – I’m 1.80m tall and would like to sit comfortably and maybe take someone back on it sometimes – Service (I would like a scooter that has relatively long maintenance intervals) I hope your ha bt maybe some ideas on camp MfG Nils

Which 50s scooter is reliable Piaggio,Gilera Kymco
Hello Now that some of the cheapest models of the respective manufacturers have rather discouraged me, I now have 5 other scooters in mind. They all cost between 1500 and 1700 € and there I expect and hope for a great reliability, so that the things run without problems from service to service without problems. And if nevertheless 1 lack occurs that you get a guarantee on it without any problems. Specifically it is about the models: Piaggio Fly 50 4T Gilera Storm 5 0 2T (allegedly the same as the Piaggio TPH) Kymco Super 8 Kymco Agility City Kymco Vitality 50 (Sportstream) So since I actually have a low consumption, I would have to remove the Storm 50 from the list at the same time or? Supposedly it needs a lot more than the specified 3.5l… With the others I wonder, how reliable are they. Did Kymco really overtake Piaggio in terms of quality? And are these models a lot better than, for example, d ie Kymco Agility ONE? Would be really nice if you could tell me your experiences or the experiences you have heard. Because after 1800km in 4 years with a China scooter I would like to go for sure. Thank you

Aprilia SR50R or Yamaha Aerox R
N ́abend zusammen!! I’m janz new heir and don’t know if I’m right here, if not then sry so, I have a little question^^: Was also infected by the scooter virus and would like to get one too. Since I’m 15 I’ll have it converted into a mofa. My narrow selection much on two chic models: the “Yamaha Aerox R Race Replicia `08 the Aerox I would let him come with the PowerUPKit. Does that really bring it (the kit)?? And is it true that you can send in the Mofa Drossel and those from Yamaha send back a PowerUpKit?? Or do I have to order the PowerUpkit when I buy from the dealer, but he does not build it yet but the Mofa Drossel (which I have to pay him well or badly), and the PowerUpKit only installs when I am 16 and have the driver’s license for 50ccm? With ABE, this would have the advantage that the “restriction of the exhaust system” is registered and I can drive an open pot. Then I also have to change the “Power Cdi, which closes at 8000upm, into a normal one. At Aprilia I would then also later make a sports pot (also with ABE) but then not open. What do you think is better? Which scooter is “more durable” from the lifespan? Which engine is better? What is better with habe? b do you have better experiences? Which looks better in your eyes and which would you buy if you had the choice? Which scooter looks better in your eyes? Which is high-quality processed? Which chassis is better? I value: -Performance -Optics -Sound -Handling -and driving fun Both scooters are bought new, and I don’t want to do more than another pot. Look forward to answers, but please with justification and only 100% information! ! !DICKES THANK YOU!! Best regards Yesterday50 P.S.: Please don’t come to me with “Search Function” or something. I’ve been researching for weeks, and if I’d found something I wouldn’t even post it here. Thanks

Timing belt torn by oil pump
Hi, I had a stressful experience yesterday with my Vespa LX 50 with air-cooled Hi-Per 2. I drive around with my buddy in Munich. Suddenly the scooter no longer picks up gas until it finally stops and goes out. Opened directly to the parking lot of ATU and Variokasten. What do I see there? A small timing belt is torn apart in the Variokasten. The timing belt from the oil pump! The scooter, after it went out, could be started completely normal again. I But I didn’t go any further, for fear of breaking something. Now we stand there, about 7km away from home..but then the good idea of the buddy, that we just get a small bottle of 2T oil and dump it in the tank, ratio about 1:30. Bissal the scooter wobbled and we drove back home. On the way I didn’t notice anything. The scooter drove as usual. But what is very surprising is that the scooter was in the inspection before 2000km (I still had a guarantee). The belt between the crankshaft and the oil pump runs directly behind the drum (is that so?) with the weights. I wonder why it was not replaced, especially since this is already important and belongs to the maintenance. Well, the belt has to be replaced. Can I actually do it myself? Because the installation is not a problem, but you have to tighten the belt? Well, what worries me is whether my cylinder got what from the action. So I can rule out clamps or feeders, but what about Riefen? How is it noticeable that the cylinder has Riefen? Do you feel this as a power loss? What else I noticed is that my fan wheel somehow melted from the Vario nut. How can such a thing come about… did something like grind on the V-deck, because the dirt in the Vario lid was also gone at the place. P.S.: the scooter has now over 11000km down. Thanks already in advance for r your help smile I hope you can help me Dennis

Newbie wants to know whether new chinese (jinlun 699.-€), or used brand scooter?
hello all together, I have become aware of the offer of practitioners. they offer a scooter there for 699.-€. as far as I have noticed, this was already offered in early 2005 and summer 2005 by practitioners. it is, as far as I know, a jinlun 4 clock motor with electric start and top-case, also called starquad. I have so many questions, because scooters and co. for me are absolute newland. I have already thought about it several times, to me a the scooter (at current petrol prices :-)). the scooter doesn’t even have to be new, but the used costs also around 400.-€. now my questions: 1. has someone already made so many experience + kilometers with the jinlun to make statements about its quality? 2. what about the “replacement infrastructure” for wear parts? are the prices appropriate for spare parts? 3. how many kilometers or years, will I be able to use this scooter without problems, without the need for larger reperatures? in which interval, larger reperatures occur (cost and duration)? 4. but prefer a used one from a well-known brand, or can one take quiet certain the chinese? I don’t have very high requirements for the scooter. I guess I won’t drive more than 2-4 tkm a year. I don’t expect anyone to answer all the fragans right away, but I’m very grateful for every little hint+tip. many greetings

Original Yamaha crankshaft
Hello, wanted to know how much revolutions an original crankshaft can last for a long time. Think, the 10,000 will be the limit, or ? Would I be interested, since I have no desire to install a new one.

Problem with Italjet
Sers, my Italjet FR 50 runs perfectly when it is cold. He then drives about 55 according to the speedometer. After about 3-4km drive, when the engine is warm, he has no more power, he accelerates much slower and reaches with difficulty his 40km/h. What can this be about? Thank you already. mfg bmm

125′ and more now with Class B according to 3rd Directive, from 1.1. 2007???
Hello, you have been alerted to the 3rd directive of the EU driving licence law (new regulation nr. 3.x) which is now published and that I could almost have given myself the A, exam in 2 weeks, because class B should now be included in classes A1, A2, b1, c1, d1. So no unnecessary discussion burns here the link from the EU: driving licence regulation 3rd level , Article 6.2 (f) read. If I read the right A2 would be included and thus even driving with me hr ccm and PS possible without A note. If I have read correctly, does this apply from now on to various restrictions? Article 18, Entry into force says that as I understand it.
