Hello, I urgently ask for help !!! I have an Italjet Velocifero, on the stand it takes on gas super and turns also nice up. As soon as I take it from the stand and sit on it, it hardly comes from the place, but it drives in snail speed. Does anyone know what that could be ? Would be very grateful if someone could help me further. Gasoline tap is new, diaphragm plates are new, carburettor several times cleaned also an exchange carburettor tried. Air filter cleaned, exhaust I’d be really happy if someone came in.

Hello, My Speedfight runs only 50 km/h although all throttles are outside. The scooter turns very high and does not get over 50 km/h which is a problem for me. All throttles are developed and the scooter is perfectly tuned and runs 1A, but slow. Without throttles it should run easily faster. Also a sports exhaust without throttle is installed. Please help me maybe someone knows this problem. On the Vario , clutch it can hardly lie there I already almost all auprobated (weights, feathers, etc.) Greeting Dennis

At a red traffic light an unknown smell pours into my nose. Oil, burnt rubber – something like that. Didn’t think about anything at first but at the next traffic light the same. Well. First of all, put your hand on the Vario cover. Normal temperature, all But then I see smoke rising from the exhaust. No thick mists but a little “steam”. Hand held about 10 cm away and it was good hot. Sometimes strongly spit on the exhaust and it brutzelt like in a hot pan. The ride was by the way without problems: normal driving behaviour/acceleration and normal engine noise. The only thing I did differently today was the route. It went down to about 3 km with 10%. Can that have something to do with it? Or Does anyone have any general theses here?

So I took my Mofa/ Scooter apart completely 2 weeks ago, washed and painted every cover part, air filter cleaned as I always do every few months(I clean more often than others but I also have a lot through it etc.), and I took my engine block and piston apart and saw to the right, Achja vergasser was also closed off At the end everything came back together and then the evil awakening came. The scooter drives throttled 5-10kmh and unshruggled 20-35kmh. Normally throttled 25-35 and unshruggled 70-80kmh, after how warm it is. Achja also the acceleration jetzr is about 30 sec to 20-35kmh. I don’t come from the spot. Does an idea have it? Did now just where I wrote the post also the complete engine block, piston and Pleue l replaced. Also all seals. I’m baffled. Everything like before. It starts with the bad cold start, it starts quite normal but if I want to start driving in the first minute, the speed is slowing down instead of the clutch grabs and it starts. After a minute of idleness, it goes quite well again and I can drive. When driving, I always have misfires when I go off the gas, sometimes it’s almost gone, sometimes it’s every second. Hello, I just can’t get out of the problems with the Kreidler Flory 50 Speed (2stroke 50ccm) . I had bought these defective (always only a short run ) . First I had cleaned the carburettor and changed the E-Choke , afterwards it ran a few days , until during the driving heavy rain came , then he went out and did not want to hit again . A day later I tried to start it again , which after shortening the ignition cable on both sides (true wet ) also erfo However, one day later he did not want to go to, then I ordered a new carburettor (https://www.zweiradteile.net/…/…orto-phva-for-aerox-nitro-tph-cpi), a new e-choke (https://www.zweiradteile.net/…/…mb-peugeot-piaggio-gilera-dellorto) (the old one had 8mm) and a new air filter (https://www.zweiradteile.net/…/…d-for-minarelli-liegend-aerox-jog) (because the old one was leaking and was not suitable for the new carburettor). However, the scooter started again, but I then installed all the ordered parts, because the old carburetor was at the oil and petrol connection point. Now, however, the scooter doesn’t run anymore, unless I spray brake cleaners into the air filter, then the scooter turns up very briefly and goes out again. Ps. The carburetor comes according to the side where I ordered it (and apparently has three nozzles in the float chamber, not like my old one with two). Hello, I would urgently need some expert tips from you. The whole thing started with the fact that I recently noticed that my front brake is no longer fixed, that much of me by a clapping, when driving over small bumps. I found out that a screw has already loosened and that the brake was only sitting crooked on the disc and sanded the brake cheeks on the disc. I then renewed the complete brake caliper. This also works perfectly again, but I now have a very strong vibration in the whole front axle. This is expressed by a very strong flickering front light when driving fast. When driving slowly (approx. 30-50 kmH) the handlebar starts to shake extremely strongly when I release it. I had first read on the internet that this could also be on the steering head bearings and have already changed them, unfortunately nothing changed at all in the situation. my question about what it could be? Can a bent brake disc be the reason, purely optically I can find nothing. Or is it possibly due to the fork or the wheel bearings? Unfortunately, I can’t afford a repair in a workshop… Can you help me? Or give me tips on how to examine the individual components for functionality? Thank you for your help in advance!!!

Hi. this is my first post here, hope I hit the right section, so don’t be so hard on me lately I wanted to remove the variomatics in my Sym Orbit II 50, but was quickly stopped by the screw on the picture (bottom right with blue dot) in the attachment. Can anyone tell me what kind of screw this is? And maybe also a kind of marking in the direction of size?
