Hello, since Tuesday I am also proud owner of a driver’s license (BF17) and now wanted to make my TGB Bullet RR faster. On the one hand, an acquaintance said that he had to pay more than 300€ for his TGB, so that he drives 45km/h and comes through the TÜV. Friends of me claim that I can do it myself or have it done in a workshop and as long as my scooter was changed to 45km/h with the insurance, everything would be fine with a police control (Ro ller is in the original condition, never changed anything), because I would have insured him and have the driver’s license. Before I do anything, I wanted to know exactly how I should handle it. Roller runs until now… also more or less adjusted the carburettor.. Air filter is also cleaned. New candle and even new candle plug mounted. Roller still runs. Jumps great in the morning to no problems only and now we come to my main problem, which comes no longer out of the quark.. . End speed at test drive then 55 now currently Max and with tailwind almost 40!!. Hello, I urgently need help! A few days ago the scooter only jumped on by kickstart. Control revealed that the fuse in the battery box was defective, was then replaced. Result: Roller started by automatic but no light. Ok, driving is necessary even without light But after some rides and the use of automatic starter and turn signal the battery power decreased. Battery is ok. Was recharged again and keeps the charging voltage!! You require a document from which the pollutant class is visible and has minimum Euro 2. I have only one chassis number unfortunately no VIN! Hello dear community, today I wanted to do something good for my 95 Honda SFX 50 and replaced it with a new spark plug, air filter, rear shock absorber, new illuminants (halogens), new V-belts and just the transmission oil. I used a workshop manual and also from Castrol the oil selection help. My scooter gets 100ml 10w40 oil. I took extra from Castrol the MTX 10w40. this was red. Oil drained and filled up until it ran out again and then quickly I drove a lap afterwards, of course moderated and not immediately full gas. arrived at home, I once turned the rear wheel and had to find a “singing”. isn’t that normal? that the gearbox skyrocketed. before it was a grinding sound. The transmission oil was safe from 1995 and was really slimy, green, black, dark. the new is red. am grateful for every advice. mfg Deniz

Hello have a problem and my scooter doesn’t do anything after a few months of service life. If I turn on the ignition no light goes on, the tank indicator does not work and if I want to start with an e-starter nothing even comes to stutter this. The battery is in order have 12,6 V measured. The scooter can’t be started by kickstarter either. The spark plug doesn’t make a spark even a new one I’ve already tested. Have your tips what it can be?

Hello first of all. I’m new here in this forum and have a question or problem with my Rex scooter: Recently, turn signals, electric starters, horn and brake light no longer work. I have no idea why, the scooter was standing in a garage at the time and when I wanted to drive it again after 2 weeks of service, nothing of the above things worked. I only got it via the kick starter. The light works perfectly. Of course, I have s chon read several other posts on the topic and already tried a few things, but did not help anything. I checked the battery: fully charged fuse was also fine. Contacts on the battery were clean Maybe someone else has another idea what the problem might be?
