Should I still fill in new oil because the oil is a little over 1 year old or can you use it even further until it is black? I am about 600 km last Jah 2. Oil filter (filter sieve) (clean, replace if necessary) I’m not quite sure where to find the oil filter. I believe in the bottom right where you fill the oil? Do you have some tips for me how to do this best? Do I have to drain oil before? Does oil come up to me? 3. Drain of the intake noise damper (clean, exchange if necessary) I have no idea what that is. I also find nothing on the Internet. Can someone explain to me what it is, Where do I find this and how to clean it? 4. Fuel line: No leaks or cracks (check, clean, adjust, replace if necessary) I’m not 100% sure here either. The fuel line probably goes from the tank to the carburettor? So leaks have not yet occurred to me. How do I check this best? Do I have to dismantle the seat here and then look at the hoses? 5. Speedfight 1 goes out at full throttle and has no power
Hello It’s about a Speedfight 1 LC throttled (exhaust and variomatics) Stand a few years, disassembled everything cleaned then ran about 700km perfectly then at once it goes out at full gas or stutters no power. Carburettor cleaned and others always tries the same problem, with start pilot turns the then with full gas out so no fuel or false air Verbaut is a 52 HD with 12 carburettor original is a 50, carburettor needle one higher than center. According to dealer (Roller Händle r Peugeot since 1990) Simmerrings that I then had made with him and a new foot seal, engine I brought him. Still can not. Other exhaust has not changed anything. Various Choke always tries the same. Now new carburettor Repro with HD 60 and new membrane still the same problem. Jumps great at the beginning also on full gas when tires in the air but after some time it starts then also no start possible. When he then goes out with full throttle he jumps immediately again and runs nicely in idle mode. Have already built a filter in the petrol line everything clean and always full. Peugeot Geopolis 400 – Bench can no longer open – fuse defective
Hello together, please need help. I bought a scooter Peugeot Geopolis 400 ABS at the beginning of the year, built in 2008. I had now taken out the battery because I wanted to buy a new one anyway. I noticed the fuses next to the battery compartment (under the seat), where the plastic housing (of the fuses) had some jumps already. So I changed several fuses, each one taken in identical color. Seat closed and tested, went. D a second time tested and the scooter was dead, no display any more and the bench no longer works (electrically). Have now removed the fornt cover, then you see the ignition lock. My hope for a visible bowden train was unfortunately unfulfilled. Moin together, I received an Italjet Verlocifero 50. The scooter stood for many years in the garage and the previous owner had turned it off because he had pulled out secondary air. I have now completely overhauled the engine, so all seals changed, new pistons and cylinders, bearings, hoses, membrane. I cleaned the carburettor in the ultrasonic bath and renewed the seals. Unfortunately, it does not give a tone of itself. Briefly my previous diagnosis enumerated: – Gasoline tap runs – Spr It is in the carburetor. – If I hold the candle to the engine block, I have a very small spark. – Built-in the candle has in any case mass contact. – Polrad and stator package are properly mounted. – Compression are 9 bar (with e starter slightly less) – Oil pump runs. – If I give gasoline or brake cleaner directly into the cylinder, still nothing does. My guess is therefore now the ignition system. Maybe I have no ignition spark in the built-in condition. n more or it’s not enough?! I measured the ignition coil once after a Youtube video. In a spare part box was another ignition coil (no-name). Here are the results: – Between mass and spark plug cable 5.33 kOhm (with the no-name 3,31kOhm) – between mass and plus 4.9M Ohm (with the no-name 60M Ohm rising) – spark plug plug 24,31kOhm The values are now significantly higher than those measured in the video. Are the ignition coils defective? I get an ignition spark, but is maybe too weak? Or is my problem completely different? I am grateful about every idea and can also gladly provide further diagnosis. If the scooter was standing overnight it goes extremely bad the next morning. I have to kick for 2 – 3 minutes until it stays on. After that it has to run for a good 5 minutes warm. Only then it takes really gas and you can drive. But you have to keep the first meters the speed always in your mood If you drive 500m, it runs perfectly. If it’s warmer at noon, it’s not that hard. I might have to kick 5 – 10 times, then it stays on. Then it needs a few seconds of memory time and it can start. Does anyone know the problem?
