Nice morning, I am currently having big problems starting my scooter Peugeot Pulsion 125 ccm, first registration 04/20, 30,000 km, electronic key (funk). The problem is that it’s been a gamble for some time, whether the vehicle starts or not. Sometimes it’s completely easy. Then again, even immediately after a ride, it doesn’t start at all. In these cases, nothing happens at all: if you press the start button and turn to the right, the system drives though high, everything lights up, the ads update, but when starting, nothing happens at all, not even groaning engine turns like if the battery is too weak. In order to make it run, you have to shake strongly during the start. In these cases it starts sooner or later, although sometimes as hesitant as you know it with a weak battery. However, this is 100pro in order, even freshly charged and shows at the start constantly approx. 14V. The first attempt, without shaking, is often the first attempt at the start, but only two hours later it is not at all or only to jump with shaking. I am now at a loss and unfortunately the Peugeot specialist workshop has not succeeded in locating the problem for the time being. The next guess would be a connection with the rear light or to look at the wire harness?! Something even more complementary: as soon as the scooter drives, there are no abnormalities, what e.g. V use, speed, noise level etc. Maybe someone had a similar problem with the pulsion and can help me otherwise. Speedfight 2 new cylinders little compression
Tomorrow. I installed a new cylinder in my Speedfight 2 and actually everything is right. – Arrow shows direction outlet – Piston rings are right – All seals installed But when compacting seems to escape air at the cylinder outlet. Didn’t get to start the scooter yet. So you can hear the air as the piston goes up at the outlet escapes. Don’t know what’s going on. Do you have some tips and ideas?

Aprilia Habana 50 Custom – goes out after 1min.
Moin, normally I screw on mopeds (GS 1000G) from the 80’s, but now my wife has got a plastic companion. The scooter is a model from 2002. It is a Keihin carburettor with E-choke installed. What this engine is, no idea. After longer service life went naturally first garnix. New candle pure,Spark is there,but nothing. Ok,then the carburettor has to be cleaned. Oh, you have to degrade everything,in time my carburettor bench 3x expanded. So carburettor ze Re-installed and the box starts. Runs about 1min no longer takes gas and goes out. Fuel is there. Now I thought the E-Choke doesn’t run. So a new one in, exactly the same thing. Now I’ve dropped the plug from the Choke, then the box runs, but of course much too fat. Plugs up again, after 1 min. The spelling turned out 1.5 revolutions. From the feeling I would say fuel is missing, but the float chamber is vol. I don’t know more about Jetz!

Roller no longer pulls properly and has lost to final speed
Hey together, ride a Tgb Bullet 50RR, 2013. The scooter always ran top, had a train and came to a final speed of 65 kmh. But now at 58kmh is the end! The scooter turns when starting up higher as usual, and takes longer until it is at final speed. I have already changed/cleaned/ and renewed a lot. There are no tuning kits installed!!! New is the spark plug, clutch, the suction nozzle, V-belts and weights. Air filter is not the latest but looks okay, The scooter has no drop-outs, and after 30 seconds of driving, it stands well at 2200 u/min at the traffic light. I also sealed the exhaust at Krummer and connection to the pot with Gum Gum. Oh yes the converter is also used New. Hope someone can help me to have fun again. And please no information that the scooter is going too fast anyway and …….think you know what I mean. Mfg SL

Kymco Downtown 300i …think, I’m going to open a suitable thread for this scooter type, maybe it’s going to be like a mammoth like the SYM GTS 250 EFI – Thread So, I’ve been looking for (m) a 300er for long enough, and why the Downtown now, when I don’t really like any fat boars as a scooter??? Yes, that’s how: I had made myself a pro – contra list of all the rollers in question, with tyre size, PS, appearance, consumption, dealer’s tz, spare parts procurement, handlebars/knee problems,usw….usw….. And with the downtown was actually only -the fat boar on the counter side, everything else was from -very good–to—acceptably–. In total, the downtown was therefore at the very top of my list ! …..and since I lost patience so slowly myself, but now got a cheap offer from a local dealer, I had to hit quite simply !! Now it has become so –a fat boar !! The h at also the advantage that I do not have to lose weight in order to give a balanced overall picture, on the contrary, I can eat something else !!! And why did you downtown drivers just decide for the downtown ?? And what do you have to pay attention to at the downtown so ?? so far my personal impressions were from impressive to intoxicating !! Piaggio Sfera 50 NSL does not start indiscriminately.
Hello together, I have (would like to write “drive”, but most of the time it doesn’t work…) a Piaggio Sfera 50 NSL from ’93. Unfortunately, the mopped usually doesn’t start… But a little indiscriminately. As an example the current situation: I tried to start the scooter 1 1/2 weeks ago. Starter goes, rumbles constantly, but scooter doesn’t start. Then I ordered a new e-choke because it is one of the last parts I haven’t changed yet. Then I am today to the scooter to install the, think “oh, testest again short”, starter pressed and scooter starts immediately, without murmuring. Hmm. No matter, new E Choke is there and will not hurt, so new E Choke will be installed. Battery on it, starter pressed, mopped starts, everything well. Briefly away from the mopped, other screwdriver fetch, wanted to adjust the carburetor because he somehow turned quite high with the new E Choke in idle, push the starter and nix. Starter roll, but planer jump t not on! On situation before he didn’t jump again 1 1/2 weeks ago: Before I got him, but always only with gas giving when starting and the first minutes I always had to give some gas in the stand so that he didn’t go out. If he was then warm, he ran but ok, was always rather high at turning in the stand, which is why I didn’t want to make the idle drah number höhher so that he would have stayed in the cold condition even without gas. Interestingly, he ran this morning , when I hit him the first time after he stood for 1 1/2 weeks, immediately without gas. I had the phenomenon already that he suddenly no longer sprang up and when I then wanted to pick him up a few days later he immediately jumped on without murmuring, since then he ran as described above, somewhat grumpy at the beginning but when he went warm. What did I do/what is new about the scooter so far: – carburetor cleaned – new air filter – new exhaust and crackers – new spark plug – new E Choke What can that be? Does someone think of something? X9 500 i.e. does not start?? Injection nozzle? or gasoline pump? who knows advice?
Good day to all screwdrivers and scooter friends! My scooter has 48000 km on it, EZ: 2002 Injection! Where can I find the injection nozzle and de#ie petrol pump? under which disguise they hide? Spark plug has spark and if I inject gasoline into the spark plug opening (cylinder head) Spark plug in, then it starts briefly, but goes out immediately, if gasoline consumes. Ergo few seconds! My idea would be to pull off the petrol hose at the gasoline pump, check, od there gasoline rough if yes, it wouldn’t be the pump. Kymco Grand Dink 50 S does not move on the mountain
Hello dear Schraubergemeinde So I own a Kymco Grand Dink 50 S 2 timer. Year 2006 ,15,500 km mileage …Renewed exhaust (original) clutch. Variomatics along with 8.5 gr. weights (which were previously also included) also original, carburetor (was set in workshop) Malossi cylinder and piston new candle.The problem is that as soon as he smells a mountain only drops from almost 65 km/h to 25 km/h. The speed of the engine then goes down and from 20 km/h he turns around wi cold start was also renewed as well as vacuum pump….What is that supposed to be so fucked up ???? On the mountain I have quite a few difficulties to keep track of the already heavy scooter since one is almost before the overturning….Bin with my Latin now really at the end…WEISS EVTL.
