Battery – how much voltage ?
I’ve had some “problems” (e-starter) lately with the nearly 2 years old battery in our Aprilia Sportcity One 50 4T scooter. In the last weeks it’s been 3-4 times that it didn’t want to start in the morning. The start noise was normal for the first 2-3 seconds and then got a little weaker or slower. I guess it’s because of the battery. If you drive only 1km then jump immediately by E-starter. Last Sunday also 30km country roads (3/4 hour with almost constant speed and only a few stops) but still the E-starter didn’t want to drive again yesterday morning – and the scooter was driven almost daily between Sunday and Friday (even though city and with 2-3 intermediate stops but usually not daily under 10km). Now my question: How much voltage does a 12V scooter battery have to have normally i.e. not under load? I think this is about 12.5 to 13V, is that correct? To what value can the Battery at most kneeling during the start process with e-starter so that you can speak of an intact battery? Thank you for all the answers in advance !

Carburettor vote NRG 50 POWER DD
Hello, today wanted to vote the scooter of a friend. Is a NRG MC3 POWER DD 50 Year of construction 2005 Setup All throttles outside Exhaust Stage 6 Replica Carburettor Dellorto PHVA 17,5 Clutch Stage 6 Torque Control Clutch bell Stage 6 Air filter Stage 6 two-layer So the following problem, I can not get the carburettor properly tuned to the scooter. I already had the problem with my NRG MC2 LC already with the same gasser. However, this was with my not so big problem with 70 he DR and YASUNI R. Had a large main nozzle in it and then it went on. A 76 main nozzle is too big. With a 72 it runs really well. However only up to about 60 km/h and then it leans and does not really go at speed. Can that be the manyicht that the auxiliary nozzle is too small? Is a 34 in it. And where can I get one of these? at Scooter Attack … it does not exist, only for 19 gasses and Stadler it can order only for the scooter in original. That can not normally be n. On a TPH Bj 2004 we have the same carburetor on it with handmade TT and 70’s main nozzle and it runs perfectly. But on the NRGs the ned. Why? Can it still lie on the membranes? are original, but Kunstoff. Mfg

Yamaha Neo’s 4 bar experience values ?
Hello everyone, I play with the idea to buy me a 50 ccm scooter. After a long look at many manufacturers I like the Yamaha Neo’s 4 beat best. Does anyone have experience with this scooter? Is it really so good that it is worth spending 2400 euros for it? I need a scooter on which I can rely because I will drive a lot with it also some more distances.

Switching motorcycle -> Roller from 250ccm
Good day, I’ve been playing with the idea of my 1250 GSF Bandit for a long time on a daily scooter or in addition to the Bandit. I actually don’t ride any more tours. I just don’t like it anymore. But I still like to go to meetings, sports etc. My Bandit has 3 suitcases with which I could always transport everything. Thanks to the repair manual for my Bandit I can also do a lot myself. Now I’m also looking for a big role. r, which offers a lot of space, because it should continue to transport my things. No fun rides should be done with it. It would be good if there is also a repair manual / workshop manual for this scooter so that I can do as much as possible. I think that I can get around the corner a little cheaper with the scooter, than with the Bandit. Roller should at least drive on the highway at least 110-120kmh, so that I can ride leisurely on the right lane, without the d he trucks get on my nerves or I can overtake them well. Otherwise it is a good mixture of Bundestraße/Landstraße and city. Unfortunately I don’t know about scooters at all. I don’t care about brand. Price should be about 4000-500€. Size 180cm. I hope I haven’t forgotten any further details. Thank you in advance.

Keeway RY6 no power by part wave
Hello, I need advice from someone who really has a clue. Briefly to me: Daniel, 24. I have to drive scooters again. So I bought a used RY6. There was nothing done about it. Then I went to work. Since the original pot was over I made a new sportauapuff drunder. Leovince TT Handmade. Drosselung is still in it. Since the old cracker was so tightly attached to the cylinder, I also renewed it. Is a quite normal one. 50ccm cylinder with new piston and gaskets. The arrow also points to the bottom. And otherwise everything worked well. Then I put the oil pump still blind. So all cables closed. Also the on the carburettor. I then of course mixed fuelled. Circa 1:50. When installing a distance ring then the Vario broke to me. So I ordered a price value here as well and built in with the included weights. And because I’m just about I also renewed the two switch unit on the steering wheel. On the left now functions as it should and on the right unfortunately did not fit. That’s why it is still missing. Then of course I wanted to see if and how everything is going. Starting via Kickstarter took a bit of time but then the planer ran quite comfortably in idle. But when I then give gas no power. I almost don’t get off the spot and when I give it full throttle it goes When I let out gas he catches himself and runs again normally in idle. I then installed again the lighter weights which accompany the exhaust. But that did not bring any improvement. I checked everything again for leakage or other errors. But nothing found. Gasoline and air he gets enough, in my opinion. I also had the carburettor open. Seen everything well. When then my dad said that it sounds like he got too much gasoline I almost completely turned the gas/air mixture scraper. Then he already ran a little better. But he didn’t really have the power yet. I just brought it to 20 kmh. Without a distance ring. I find something little. Still further I can’t turn the mixture screw in. Then the engine almost goes out. So the thing stands now in the garage and brings me to despair. Does anyone have an idea?

aerox carburettor does not get sprit????
Hello dear user I have problems with my aerox I have them now about 5 months they stood now about 4 months and I move them lately again now I have moved them about 1 month again because so a crack throttle is in it drives the thing only 25-30 I am now quite normal as fast as possible was driven so 30 times I had a power loss and she was at 20 I left the gas short and gave back gas she reached only 20 kmh besides she drove se hr bad and you heard what’s wrong about 100m further I stopped at the traffic light and left out gas in the same moment she went out I tried to start her now 2 days candle top battery top tank half full because I didn’t know any more have you pushed to some guys the ne werksatt to my happiness was there was one of the things he knows about rollers he has looked a bit etc. and then told me that most probably the gas tap is broken I then got something researched and found out that you should suck on the vacuum hose I then built them apart and released them all then I removed the vacuum hose from the carburettor and the petrol hose from the tap when I was washing on the vacuum hose came gasoline from the tap afterwards I connected everything again and only the petrol hose from the carburettor then I tried to start the starter turned but petrol did not come out of the hose mus s I say that I did all this without air filter box because I had agreed the one before to get to the spark plug I don’t know if that’s relevant anyway I don’t know what’s broken now and what I should do I know the text is a bit long and the spelling but I hope someone can help me stay healthy and thank you in advance

Which scooter would fit me?
Hello guys! I’m looking for a scooter from 125ccm. From the design I rather like retro, so I would like the Vespa Cosa 200 very much. However, the test reports and problem reports scare me off with the scooter, so e.g. engine dropouts from half tank filling, bad cornering position, high consumption, high service costs, not particularly high top speed etc. I would have even found a very nice Cosa 200, but now… somehow I lost the desire. But a I don’t want to buy a futuristic Japanese plastic bomber either, but I don’t want it to be too exotic either. So what would be important to me: Rather fuel-saving, yet squinty good cornering plain design Handshift would be my favorite Do you have an idea what would fit me? LG, Schlaumy

Experience with steering tulips
Hi there, so slowly I think about my riding equipment for the upcoming winter. Last year it was damn cold here, at -18°C I had to stop on the 20km long track 3 times to thaw my fingers, despite 3 few gloves I have come across steering tulips now, which look modest but should bring something. Has anyone ever had experience with it? Would they of course wear these in combination with my winter gloves+ underdress gloves.http://www.louis.de/…/index.php?topic=artnr&%3Bartnr=10008345 Heating grips are not in question, as relatively expensive and not suitable. Does anyone else know good alternatives? Otherwise I am very well equipped, only my fingers are totally deaf in the winder. Thanks Greeting Raoul

Search sleeves for ground-out brake drums.
The brake drums in the scooter are overworked. Now you could recompensate the cut-off excess by sleeves when locking the brake jaws. Is there anything like this at all? VG Fly97
